Today, my Wife and I ordered at the kiosks. Her food, on a separate ticket, came out right away. Mine took longer. Instructions say, take a number and we'll bring you your food. Instead, an employee shouts out your number and you must respond "over here," like grade school. To top it off, both of our receipts were blank. Just white pieces of paper. Odd. I think they need to re-think their business model.

The in person ordering counter is not staffed. Cobwebs will dangle from you while you wait for a live person to come. When they finally do there is quiet scorn, as if we could not figure out how to use the kiosks, and how dare you bother them. The staff tries to interact as little as possible with people in the dining room, especially making sure not to make eye contact. They say your order number, shove it out onto a little counter, and spin on their heels walking away before you even get out of your chair. I am not loving it.

Employees were friendly and competent - not always the norm these days at other places. They included plastic ware and condiments in our bags without us having to ask. Food was hot and tasty! I will say that in the past this location has been closed or slow with orders dependent upon time of day, so our positive experience today may not be a consistent pattern. Bottom line - it's a fast food restaurant in a service plaza, so set your expectations accordingly.

I tell him I had ordered a Giant, he says he will "make me the other half" with sort of a cocky smirk, but he makes no haste to go and do so. I didn't want him too anyway. When things are going right I run out the door with the hot sub and wrap it in insulation, so it is still hot when we get home. This guy wants one of us to eat a cold one because of his mistake. He didn't offer to only charge me for the small one either. I didn't want to wait for another large one to be made, not that he offered to, if he could bother to get around to it, as the wife was waiting in the car, so I just left. I am going to give this location a rest until the staff shuffles again, as it has many times since it opened.
