Went to this location yesterday and it was the worst of the worst for fast food this year. First off the drive thru order taker skipped me like 3 times. Then when she took my order she had a real attitude for some reason. Well I paid, and you know she didn't get my order right. SO when I pulled forward I was missing an item. I told them hey you got my order wrong and they said its not on the receipt. And I was like I know she didn't type my whole order in. Finally some other worker inside walked up and said just give him his item. So I took it all home and of course the food was terrible. My McDouble was burned on the buns, and the meat was old and overcooked. The only good thing was the fries. The nuggets that I had argued about were cold. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time and money which I have very little of both right now. I will NEVER go to this location ever again. And I will tell everyone I know not to go there too. Believe me, I will not shut up about it. I'm going to make it my personal mission to educate people about how terrible the food is and how unfriendly and unhelpful the people are. The other 3 locations near by are way better than this location. I think they need to fire the management at this location, then retrain the workers at this location. Clearly this is the fault of inept management. And I am emailing everyone, social media everyone and telling face to face everyone I know about this location and won't stop until December of 2025. read more

Pulled in the drive through and ordered a breakfast number one combo. I was the only one at the drive-through with no other cars behind me. I was asked to pull forward into a holding spot. I said there was no one behind me and I would wait at the window. The manager came to the window and insisted I pull forward (wasn't sure why). Waited 10 minutes and the runner came out and asked me what I ordered. I told them what I ordered and was handed the bag. I left and shortly there after to find out they messed up my order. I've had several issues at this location with this one being the latest. I believe the only reason they're in business is the McDonald's name. Waited 15 min with no line to place an order. Vehicle that pulled up after me got his order taken right away. Speaking out loud I said are you fucking kidding me? The response I got was who the fuck are you talking to. Go ahead and leave I'm not taking your fucking order. Not only is this place dirty and always gets the orders wrong. Line takes too long(5 min to take an order was the quickest) management doesn't care. Food is stale and bland. Only reason for this place it's across the street from where I work. Employees are rude AF. The whole staff with the exception of the older ones lack customer service and a sense of urgency not to mentioned they are ALWAYS on their phone. Day crew obviously understood what I wanted more than the evening crew on Tuesday 8/30 about wanting regular buns, not sesame. Tuesdays evening crew sent 2 1/4 pound burgers w/cheese, minus pickle & mustard in plastic containers WITH NO BUNS whatsoever. SMH. And what happened to the supposed "world famous french fries"?? This McDonalds frequently sucks more often than most McDonald's restaurants typically do. If you're in a hurry, you might as well head down the street to find a sit down breakfast because you'll get out faster over there. People, if you're going to ask me if I want cream and sugar, please put it into the damn coffee because if I'm in the drive through lane, I obviously don't have time to sift through my bag, find the packets that you threw in there, pull over and put them into my coffee. They need better customer service for when a customer orders an item and it's on some kind of promotional sale the cashier tells that customer to save them some $$. Last Friday Sept. 15th cashier was about to charge us for a 10 piece chicken nugget until my husband remembered it was 2 10 pieces for the same price of $5, yet the cashier was about to charge us $5 for 1 10 piece. I asked her how would we have known about this sale and she replied well its on the board or on TV commercials? I replied what kind of customer service is that? 77 year old mother-in-law Goes to this location. On June 30th she went there to get a bag of ice. The girl at the drive up window had no mask no gloves so she asked her to put them on and go get another bag of ice. Rudely the girl complied. Today again June 5th my mother in-law went for a breakfast meal. Turns out same employee came to the window no mask no gloves and handed out the food.
