Best McDonald's ever. Always have ice cream and shakes!!! Unlike LJ. Love the managers here specifically the younger blonde sir (makes the most marvelous ice cream cones) and the ladies giving me my receipt in the drive thru. But everyone is usually so nice. Insanely clean inside, as a germaphobe I would eat inside. read more

I went for lunch at the location in West Columbia at 11:02 a.m. When I asked the cashier about the value menu he replied "I don't think we have that anymore." I questioned him in detail and he replied "I don't think so." I asked for a manager that knows what is available but he did not go get anyone. I told him we were going to leave. As we left, I could hear him and his co-worker at the order counter making sarcastic remarks about me. I am a 78 yr old veteran and a frequent customer so I have earned more respect than I received from this teen-age cashier. Dave Thompson read more

Service was not great, especially from Ava! Food is pretty good and cheap but ruined my morning!

Extremely nice & professional from the lady at the first window to the guy giving me my food. They spoke well & had a great attitude. A stark contrast from other McDonald's in the country. read more

this place use to have a good team a half a year ago now they Have been hiring teenagers and the customer service and the food quality has gone down. they are not making the iced coffee correctly it's taste like water and sugar. the customer don't even say hi to you just stare at you with a very blank face. read more

McDonald's is supposed to be famous for their fries not this place. Their fries are always old and cold. The chicken nuggets taste old. They are never fresh for any customer I've gone there on multiple occasions and never end up happy. read more

2 year update: This is still a great McDonalds! I have been coming here for some time now and every time the food is hot and fresh! They did not miss a beat when COVID came and shut everything down! Will keep going here again and again to get my McDonalds "fix" great job West Columbia. read more

The food is always cold. I ordered a Nugget meal, a coke and a Big Mac. The Big Mac was stone cold. The fries were undercooked and cold. The Coke had no carbonation and was flat and tasteless. Horrible food every time and this was the final time I will ever go there. read more

Between the horrible service and the steady decline of quality this is the last time I try giving this McDonald's a chance. The signs says the drive through opens at 5am, and you'll see staff inside but they seem to refuse to do their jobs. Tried to use the mobile app ome my way home from work the other nitr. Wait was way too long for "fast food", staff were rude, and they gave me someone elses order, which was cold, after an half hour of waiting. Having to go through McDonald's itself because they claim they can't refund app orders. read more

These nuggets are hours past their prime. They are so hard i am contemplating legal action if we get sick! Stay away! read more

Good service, Got a free t-shirt one time while getting my food thanks for the shirt. But I get my food pretty fast. And The food is always hot. Best employee that works there is Kailan. He should get moved up to manager. Hes a hard worker and can be funny but serious when he has to be. Thanks for the great food and service. I will be back soon. Thanks for being so close to where I live. Thank you again for everything. read more

Mobile order to save time was a waste of time. The clerk didn't understand how to do this and had to get help. Wait was over 15 min for 2 coffees and 1 French fry. Untrained workers and management did not seem to care one bit for the long wait everyone had. Will not return here soon. When workers are having issues then they need better training and help from experienced workers and mgmt right? read more

the attentiveness is nonexistent. they're constantly lieing about the hours of business as well. they constantly change the system or have to go down for evidently an hour at random hours. it's honestly crazy there's not worse reviews. read more

Great service and friendly crew. The only McDonalds in this small town and I was impressed. If I happen to drive by this area again I will be stopping again. I could help but notice how updated it was compared to the entire town! Keep up the great work read more

Wow don't order breakfast online, even though the app tells you to hurry up and get your order in because breakfast will end soon. I got my order in more than 10 minutes before 10:30. Pulled in not even 10:32 and they had cancelled my entire order. Like damn give a girl a warning I wanted that sausage egg biscuit. read more

perfect the best I ever had was a good time with the food 10/10 cooler water bottle and the food in the freezer I had a good time

None of them speak fluent English, and can never understand the order and get everything wrong every single time. very rude and impatien.

Do I really need to write a review of McDonald's?? I've never had a bad food experience, here. It's McDonald's food. Many of the reviews of this location look to have been done in 2018, as the location was undergoing a major remodel. Turnover here is about average, so you can't expect too much from the staff. Still, I have always found them polite. I like the self-order kiosk inside. There can be the usual wait at the drive thru, even with two ordering lanes--I always seem to be behind the person with the long, complicated order! The play area is fun for the kids; the new interior is very nice, by fast food/McDonald's standards. read more

Excellent service! Very clean play area and bathroom! The kids love this play area and I love the AC and Wifi!!! They even have a tv with cartoons in the play area. Thank you so much for such friendly staff and a great meal!! read more

Probably one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Slow service, followed by uninformed employees. Would not recommend anyone could come here. read more

I've grown up in the area and have eaten here my whole life. 90% of the time they get your food wrong, and when you complain there's a 50/50 chance the manager will give a crap. Once I went in around 8 am and ordered 7 McMuffins. I waited about half an hour and when I got them I realized they where just the bread to the McMuffins. I thought it was strange so I looked at my ticket and saw that she'd rang it up at 7 muffins. I told the manager, who was now running register, what'd happened and she just retook my order kinda. She asked what I wanted and I said "7 sausage McMuffins" and she asked if I wanted egg, not at all an issue it's a rational question. I said no and she looked really confused. "No egg?" She asked. I said no just sausage cheese and bread. "Would you like eggs with that?" She asked again. I said no. So she asked what I wanted and I told her again, and she asked me AGAIN if I wanted eggs. This went on for a good 10 minutes and that's being conservative. By that time I felt like I was about to pop a blood vessel so I just asked for my money back before I lost my temper. And I've had worse experiences there that's just the most recent. I've also had AMAZING experiences there too, where I'll order food and get it really fast and everyone's nice and sweet. But those experiences are few and far in between. You don't go there for customer service, Bc there's practically none, you go there to eat, and that's if you're lucky to get your order correct. And 80% of the time it isn't going to be. I actively avoid this place at all costs to the point where me and my friends travel to lake Jackson to eat McDonald's despite the fact we all live in west Columbia, Brazoria and Sweeny. And if we're eating in town we just go to jack n the box, which has all the rudeness you can find at McDonald's but atleast they generally get your order rite. read more

I go into the drive through to order a meal for my 2 kids. My son orders chicken mcnugget and my daughter only orders a strawberry banana smoothie. when the window attendant hands me my daughter's smoothie, it is only half ways filled! she then proceeds to quick scurry off and closes the window so i was left stranded. read more

Horrible service. Do not recommend. Employees completely ignored customers. Waited 20 plus minutes for one order. The food is still bad for you but it gets you full when you've only got a few bucks on you. Service has gotten a bit better.

Horrible Service orders are never filled properly...should be closed down by the health department.

This place just got remodeled and reopen and the service is awful. So many screw ups! Staff just cares about talking to one another rather than pay attention to what customers are ordering and gets many things wrong on a simple order. read more
