Soooo irritated, went to this McDonald's and spent 45$ Ordered extra onions didn't get them or any onions, ate in, they had the table tents behind the counter so we took one, then they just never told us our food was ready. Extremely guetto female employee talking about all kinds of stuff very loudly, stating that she leaves stuff for the morning shift on purpose, then talking about very personal stuff, didn't give me any sauce for my nuggets, and then they were Old and cold. Pmo so bad like then the customer service was so bad, food quality terrible this is the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's they close at 11 like come on. Restrooms were dirty, employees cussing, I'll stick to the EP location. read more

The East Peoria locations often offer better service and food preparation. The menu at this location was broken, staff seemed overwhelmed or confused, and the food itself was very poorly prepared. I don't expect top quality from McDonald's but this specific location could definitely use some improvements. read more

Apparently it's ok for the staff to take their break sitting Indian style on the floor of the handicapped bathroom stall in front of the toilet with the door open texting their friends while on break when paying customers are waiting to use the bathroom. I wonder if she would have bothered to get up if I had been in a wheelchair? Inconsiderate not to mention gross. read more

Couldn't get waited on. When asked the third person that walked by me. The manager proceeded to yell at me that it would be awhile. Think her name was Brittany. Which her younger employees thought was funny. I left and went to East Peoria and got excellent service. Wouldn't recommend this Washington McDonald's to anyone read more

I love Washington McDonald's usually... but after tonight my feelings have swayed. I got to McDonald's around 11:25 pm. This particular McDonalds closes at 12 am. I got all giddy and excited for a warm, comforting, filet o' fish just to be disappointed because no one was working the drive thru. So, my friends and I walked up to the door and it was locked. We then called and asked if they were open and they said no. This is only a problem because there are workers sitting around playing games on their phones. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry, this is completely unacceptable and embarrassing. read more

Terrible McDonald's, every time I come here inside the floors are disgusting. They are so slippery, and seems like they haven't been cleaned in forever. Workers cuss on the job. This Mcdonalds has verbally abusive management and staff. I witnessed managers and other staff being disrespectful to the coworkers for no apparent reason. The workers also do not use gloves in the sandwich station, which is very very unsanitary for the public. read more

We've been given apple slices outdated by 4 days. Yogurt packets have been opened and half empty. I'm beginning to think some can't read. After paying I have to tell them what you m missing. Why is there even a Yelp page for a local McDonald's? I've been around the country and patronized my fair share of golden arches, and they are the exact same establishment. What is the point of having thousands of pages for what are essentially identical places to summarily inflate one's blood pressure? Did Brad Pitt take a break from acting to get in touch with the working man by taking on a cashier position at this particular location? Has SARS resurfaced in the Playplace, making this page an outlet for a pressing public health announcement? You've all consumed McDonald's and you've all loved it. Don't kid yourself. Find me a person that claims to have joyfully abstained from their food within the past 10 years and you'll show me a filthy liar. As a rotten, moribund society, we are far more unified in our consumption of dilapidated trash than any sort of cultural or ideological peaceful co-existence. We know this stuff is killing us, and we devour it with impunity. Me, I'm one of those chipper dudes that just wants to see the world burn. I'm grateful for the fact that virtually any hospitable region of the US has a McDonald's within a 10 mile radius. When I'm self-medicating with poisonous substances to ease the cerebral burn of contemporary living, there's nothing better than stumbling into this place with 10 dollars, getting 2,000 calories worth of certifiably edible material that resembles food, and cramming it into my mouth in order to hasten my own much-awaited demise.
