this place is the worst
shockingly inaccurate order fulfillment,
this time is the last, i will avoid now.
drive thru, was ok, order paid, asked to wait at front when there were literally no vehicles behind me, within 1 minute girl came rushing out,handed my meals with a smile, 10 minutes travel home - open up meals , happy meal missing mcnuggets, my meal missing fries, my son crying, we go back , 10 minute ride back, now 19:23, line up in drive thru , wait , wait,wait, explain to girl she says ok go to next window (like you can do that without waiting behind other vehicles)
then the very person who told you to go to the next window gives you the blank stare , and why, what do you want look with confusion ) so she tells go to the next window, then they give you the blank stare and don't look at us we only work here look, after explaining again , and then i got the well i don't know about it, so she speaks to others shouting over to hidden manager who started asking when did they buy their meal, to their answer it was half an hour ago (so iam thinking, are these suggesting we ate our missing meal parts , and lining up for a free meal! ,why has the girl whom i first spoke to not relayed that to the dispatch, then why hasn't the second attempt been relayed, so the third attempt to get my complete order has ended up them wondering why it has taken me half an hour from purchasing my meal!)
they never give me a receipt and tonite i was asked for the receipt, so i showed her the bank debit transaction on my app to prove it. then yes i was kurt with her, who on earth would not. then telling not to be rude! you rudeness comes in many forms one- is not doing your job properly, two- is to make customers wait longer, three- is to rush off without letting customer check the meal because if you did want them to wait while you checked they would be all huffing and puffing and tapping their feet like you got no trust in us dude!
four- not giving a receipt, to prove your payment and commend or complain!

mcdonalds's train your workers to check twice , not just smile and expect us to have a great day when obviously your incomplete fulfillment leaves us very unfulfilled.
dont rush off when handing out the meals to customers in vehicles.
give them there darn receipt, you are in breach of regulations when you do not.
when someone tells you they have a missing order, apologize! dont argue with the customer its simply not worth it, show you are apologetic by getting it done. communicate properly to the correct workers to prevent your frustrations, and more importantly your customers frustrations.
do your jobs properly.
stop being rude slack workers.
i had to wait over 40 minutes to finally get my meal because you cant check twice. and you run off so customers cant or have to trust you got it right- is this why you run off your afraid of the truth?
