My Meatball sub had very little marinara sauce where it was actually dry at the ends, and almost no cheese. It looks like they ripped a single slice of cheese into sections and spread it out thinly over the whole sub. The seasonings sprinkled on top looks like spillage. See pic. My wife's Steak and Cheese was just as poorly dressed with one pepper piece ripped in half per section, and two onions. Mayo and mustard barely there, and tiny amount of cheese. She had them do it "garlic bread" style and she couldn't taste the garlic at all. Again not like the advertising and previous experiences. See the last two pics of what they're supposed to look like with generous toppings. I've noticed a trend with foreign staff running franchises - they're cheap with the toppings to cut costs at the expense of quality and customer satisfaction. This location definitely does not do the Firehouse Subs chain any favours. The head office will get getting a copy of this review to advise them of the poor quality at this location.
