Every time I go to this McDonald's they always forget to give me something and when I go back they act surprised.

Went through the drive-through to pick up a mobile order and to order something else. The employee that was at the first window was super sweet and the employee that handed out my order was super sweet.. I wish I could've got their names so I could put them on this review. Customer service was great. Was helped by a teen kid with blonde hair. Very respectful and helped me despite my hearing difficulties, he adapted and understood my disability and handled it professionally and was respectful the entire time. read more

Usually get good service in here but today I asked for a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and a sausage burrito. I didn't get my burrito so I went up there and told them and both of the ladies at the front told me there was one I there and acted like I was lying. They should change the name to McVomit this place has the worst fast food that I have ever attempted to eat in my life. Over nuked meat, dried out buns. The prep for the burgers is horrible usually they just throw every thing in a box and bag it, seven visit in one year and they got my order wrong six times. I know. I hit chain restaurants when I review them. They are what they are, a needed necessity. McDonald's does what they set out to do make their food taste the same no matter where you walk into one. Their fries, in my book, are top 3 for fast food. I also like their breakfast. Don't judge. This location is not the fastest but it's always clean and friendly and it's my local McDonald's. You know you go to McDonald's too. read more
