These workers are RUDE. We had an issue with payment at the kiosk. We proceeded to the counter. Multiple workers saw us, walked past us, and never spoke or offered to help. We left without our order because they had no decency to even speak. This is poor customer service and I would not recommend anyone visiting this location. read more

Not a good McDonald's. Extremely dirty everywhere, floor was a greasy skating ring. It was really dangerous how slick it was. Bathroom was filthy. Girl taking order had no intention of being friendly and was just a bit scary. Hashbrown had something unidentifiable it and was way overcooked. . Avoid this place. read more

Employees were nice enough. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, order was fast, and only one employee answered a personal call as I got my food. Pretty decent for 11pm at night in a small town. The bad, the food was terrible. Nuggets were over cooked and fries were under cooked. I mean, how do you mess up McDonald's fries????? 2 stars for the friendly service. -3 stars for the impossible task of messing up fries and nuggets. The ONLY THING going for this McDonald's is it's clean. They should either close or hire all new staff. There were 6 people running and not one single order was correct or came with a semi decent look or word from the staff. It was literally the worst experience ever. Since we got to the speaker they were rude and had such an ugly tone. They wouldn't answer to confirm our order or even ask us if we wanted to make our burgers meals. When we got to the pick up window it was even worse. The lady was very rude, she gave us half our order and when we sat there waiting for her to open the window again to tell us she just stared at us really ugly and then opened the window only to give attitude. We told her we were missing half of our order and she just closed the window on us and said "it's coming out" as she closed it. Rolled up at 8 pm on a Tuesday and the lobby was locked. Chairs put up on tables. Several workers in lobby pointed to drive thru. Posted hours say lobby is open until 11 pm. If you're going to close your inside dining at 8, then change your posted hours. read more

Most dirty bathroom I've ever seen in a mc Donald's. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Didn't get a receipt after we ordered so they put bags on the counter and everyone looks through it to see if it's their food. Worst mc Donald's in years. read more

She was cussing saying that she was tired of cleaning up after all these mfs all day long. So I told me family for us just to leave and we would find somewhere else to eat. Very poor customer service. We ordered a vanilla iced coffee and was given a vanilla ice cream cone. Then when we said something they said "Well this is what we charged you for" and when we threw away the cone they laughed. And still charged us for their mistake. It's unfortunate I can't give zero stars for this piss poor excuse of a restaurant. I waited 7 minutes before anyone came to take my order at the front register. I ordered 2 drinks, that's ALL!! Nobody had any clue as to how to make an iced caramel mocha coffee or a caramel macchiato much less how to pronounce it. After the staff scrambled out of the back corner where they were hiding they attempted to experiment with my drinks. They all disappeared for another 10 mins to find a manager who came up front with an attitude throwing things around & yelling at the staff. I asked her for a refund & to cancel my order. She proceeded to ignore me & yell at staff for not restocking milk in the machine. Then another employee removed a moldy container from the bottom of the machine. No way in hell was I drinking that now! I asked again for my refund & she finally came to the register to refund it. In the middle of the transaction she walked off & when she came back she ripped the receipt off the machine threw it on the counter & said Bye! I do NOT recommend stopping on this exit at this crap hole. Really wish I had snapped a few pics of the bathroom while I was there. I think the drain on the floor was cleaner to pee in than the actual toilets. Seriously need y'all to do better! read more

For a McDonald's this was excellent. Kids in tow on a road trip and coming in to a clean place with friendly staff and good McDs standard fare was a nice surprise. We often stop to use the restrooms and grab a snack at these small town McDs since there are usually few choices, and most are horrible. This one really stands out as nice and clean. Bathrooms included. If you are looking for a pleasant stop, this is it. read more

We are on the road and stopped at McDonald's for coffee and breakfast. They were supposed to open at 5am, which it was 5:15am. There were employees inside but no one answering the drive thru. We knocked on the window and the employee said they were counting their money drawers and he would check to see how long it would be. He then left and never returned. My recommendation is to just keep driving to Mississippi to get better service. read more
