I ordered a large Oreo McFlurry. The MANAGER just poured ice cream in the container and a little bit of aero on top. I asked the Manager if she could mix it. She said the machine don't work and did not provide the Oreo McFlurry spoon that comes with the Oreo McFlurry. The manager did not offer a solution or refund. This is the second time this happens, the first time I gave the benefit of the doubt because it was a regular employee. The second time the manager didn't offer any solution, just stared at me as if this it was the norm and no one ever has a rebuttal. I also did not get a printed receipt from the kiosk which again, happened to me before. When I asked for a receipt from the front counter, they said they weren't able to do that. The same manager in a prior purchase of caramel iced coffee, forgot to put caramel in my coffee. When I asked her to please remake my coffee she said it would be a long wait till it was remade. 20 minutes passed and when I asked her where my coffee was she had forgotten about my coffee. When she had remade it she had a bad attitude about the whole situation as if my request was too much for her. The manager is an older black woman with braids, and newly added to the restaurant crew. read more

First, lets start with the appearance of this location. Filthy. The windows are so gross that after a window person touches it and then hands me my beverage, I'm disgusted. There is debris all around the outside and especially outside the drive through windows on the ground. What was most frustrating, however, was my beverage frustration grew ten-fold. I ordered a large Dr. Pepper Zero Sugar with no ice. The attached picture is what I received exactly as shown. Filled to 3/4 full. Then to arrive back at my office, open a 10 piece nugget meant to be shared with someone else, only to learn we are missing two nuggets. Overall, this experience was a BIG turn off. Why is it some locations have such high standards and others...not so much. That beverage should have been filled to the top. Just because I didn't order it with ice is no reason to provide a lesser fill to the cup. On a scale from one to ten for worst experience ever.....ten being the worst...this location gets a ten. Why these fast food joints think it's okay to raise their prices sky high but give a lesser customer experience speaks volumes to their professional ethic and low customer service expectation!!!! read more

McDonald's - A large Dr. Pepper Zero Sugar with no ice (ordered this way) but just 3/4 filled. Big McFail! - Fast Food Near Me - Tacoma, Washington

Talk about a shitshow. Mobile order for 2 cones. 2 god damn cones. We've been in line for 20+ min. The line is barely crawling. On top of that, the idiots in drive thru don't know how zippering works. What's the point of cutting if you're gonna wait 30 minutes away. read more

McDonald's - Waiting.. - Fast Food Near Me - Tacoma, Washington

Has a nice play area and party room, but the seating area for the play place feels every small and crammed. The main seating area is also very small Food took a long time to come, there were lots of customers but maybe not enough staff/ kitchen space. Employees were all very kind and helpful. The play area had a small to it, and the lobby but nothing compared to the bathroom stinking a lot and you can tell it's not the smell of someone that just went, but likely a permanent stench that will never leave.... Food seems cheaper than other McDonald branch. Got the happy meal burger (add cheese for 30cent) and replaced the meal drink with a medium caramel macchiato for only 80cent; $6.50 total with tax. Food was hot and good Kid play area is fun for kids, food was good... but long wait and the smell... would likely not come back read more

When ordering at this location I received nothing but negativity. When ordering at the drive through, the worker who was wearing a Nike Tech (very unprofessional by the way) laughed when repeating my order. Once I received my order, we got many more drinks than we ordered and I requested to have it returned and the girl (who was wearing a hoodie which was also unprofessional) yelled at me while saying no and how she cannot take back the drinks. Which I understand but the negativity was unnecessary and uncalled for. Also forgot my sauces, will not be returning unfortunately. read more

As you drive up you can smell the rancid grease but this is just a start to the nightmare. Automated ordering is good but you don't get a receipt. Food takes forever to get to you, I'm talking a 30 minute wait, and when it does arrive it is cold and does not taste good. Seventy five percent of that purchase went into the trash and I hope I do not puke. Maybe I caught them on a bad shift or just a group that doesn't care but seriously, they should shutdown this location. read more

Second time I've ordered a double quarter pounder and they don't give me my double quarter pounder. I'll never go back to this McDonald's. Shitty attitudes as well. Tell me they have orders so they can't help me over the phone. Terrible service read more

Terrible customer service a whole bunch of kids working they got an attitude because they put whipped cream on the frappe frappe and when I reminded them no whipped cream, they snatched it back from me and we're very rude. Then they forgot to put pickles on my sandwich when I asked for extra pickles, all they did was take my sandwich. Throw some pickles in it and hand it back to me Then had me waiting in the car for 10 minutes for them to bring me my drink. The ambience sucks and the customer service sucks and the restaurant is dirty. I would not suggest coming here if you were on your deathbed. read more

This McDonald's has really gone down hill. It's food is inconsistent at best. And you can't get a a cheese burger without someone smoking fetty in the parking lot. I have decided that every business that allows this in their establishment is getting a 1 star from now on, it is super easy to hire a security person and to pick up trash in your parking lot, so if you care that little about your customer, then you can get a 1 star read more

No wonder this place has a trash rating. They gave me cold ass stale food. The manager refused to re make it. I didn't see the manager they just had a worker come back and tell me no. So based on that I'm sure there just as trash as this location read more

Wow! A super slow McDs. Just try to get service here. Worst yet, the armed security guard there is eyeballing everyone and looks like he is ready to shoot someone just for eating. The place is a mess too read more

Don't post 24 hrs if you're only service is pick up during the middle of the night. I understand if register are not working, at least inform customer why it's only pick up. Don't be rude about it when customer don't understand why they can't purchase food when your website says 24 hrs. read more

Bad place to order, most the employee really sucks, they didn't care for customer, really disappointed, they let ppl stand and waiting, never come to this place, and one thing, no one smiling , read more

ABSOLUTELY horrible service from the 2 ladies working the drive thru window on 7/21/2025 at about 12:15am-12:30am. Beyond rude and disgusting behavior and attitude from them. Will never return to this location if this is the behavior they allow their employees to have. The way they talked and handled the issue was beyond unacceptable, you should NEVER threaten your customers when you guys messed up the order and didn't want to take accountability, but rather decided to have attitude and resort to threading a DoorDash driver rather then just fix the issue that they could have prevented. Also didn't know you could have a customer wait at the speaker for 5 minutes, and then help someone who pulled up after them after telling the first customer they would be with you in a second. Absolutely disguising establishment, and behavior. read more

Clearly, you have to pay extra for customer service and manners. I'm pretty sure that they will not be receiving any customer service award anytime soon. read more

Nothing wrong with the food, it's McDonalds so you know what you're going to get. However my only beef was I went there as a Door Dasher to pick up an order, it wasn't ready so I politely asked the worker when it would be done. She replied with a very snotty attitude, "in about ten minutes you dick"..WTF?? I reported her personally to the manager. Never saw her there since, I presume she treated customers the same way, and either quit or got the heave-ho. read more

If I could give this establishment a zero I would . Today a woman who works there was going #2 as I was trying to wash my hands in the restroom. The door was broken and I could see everything, how uncomfortable,we even made eye contact as she was doing her business it was horrible and disgusting. I walked out of the restroom and was waiting for my ride home out in the lobby , employee who was using the restroom when I was, looked at me when she came out ,smiled and said " im all finished if you wanna use the bathroom now " How rude !! Maybe you all should have a restroom for employees only ????? Not ever going back there again . read more

You know how when you go to McDonald's at 1am and the food is very :| well this McDonald's is like that 24/7. The fries are consistently stale. Now I know how bad working in the restaurant industry so I'm gonna give the workers a break hence the 2 stars. This place hasn't been good for a long time now so I'm assuming management is lacking, I love McDonald's so I hope y'all get better! read more

they never have soap in the bathrooms been here hella and never was able to wash my hands

Service sucks.Live right down the street took hour and a half to finally hand my order to dasher. Had two dashers come waited for the order they suck. Called the restaurant they said they sent it out they lied. Had to call customer support for them to finally complete my order read more

Zero stars. Aside from their spotty hours, they asked for cash only tonight, once my husband was already in line with cars in front and behind. Seems very shady and we won't be returning. read more

This place is close to my house so I've been going there. I used the app and did the curbside pick up. Ordered special burgers w/out pickles. All came with pickles. Tried to use the app to complain but was sent in circles. After 3 times on the app tried to call the store, asked for a manager, person said she was I told her my problem and she handed to phone to someone else. Tried to tell that person who said she was a manager and was disconnected. This is a billion dollar company that doesn't care about anything but their bottom line. Brian Majeste read more

Do not recommend coming here. We were trying to get a snack and we were waiting in the drive-through. Are we going on 30 minutes? Yeah yeah 30 minutes anyway we got to the speaker in our early 20s and then they broke the news to news to us that they only were doing delivery orders so now we're waiting here probably another half hour of our lives just to leave read more

Wish i could put 0. I have given them abouts 7 or 8 chances.THEY LITERALLY MESS UP EVERYTIME. they never ever ever have anything. 3 times i ordered 40 niggets and they gave me NO SAUCE. Today i went and they had NO CHICKEN SANDWICHES OR HAMBURGERS. wtf ugh i hate it read more

Tried to order a shake and was told they weren't available. Two minutes later, they made one for someone else. Always have a 15+ minute wait. And today during the snow we walked down to get lunch, choosing walking as it is safer than driving on these snowy roads. To then find out it's only drive thru? I walk through the drive thru and the lady that was just taking an order says she can't take my order. I asked why the safer of the two options, being able to walk there and go inside to order, is not available. She said she doesn't know. Sounds like a typical McDonalds employee! So we walked back to our place with no food. read more

i have given this location multiple chances but no more! every time i pull up one or all of the following happen: 1. never greeted with a pleasant employee 2. i have to continually repeat the order 3. there is always a new person working 4. the lines are long 5. when i get to the window its never hi, thank you or you're welcome 6. THE ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG!!! oh, and let us not forget the drug deals going on in the parking lot with the homeless, begging for money or food right at the entrance, homeless parking on the street next to or in the parking lot of the location. you certainly don't have to go far for free entertainment!!!! read more

Well...if you want to waste your time and money, go here. The ability to get an accurate order is slightly better than dinosaurs suddenly taking over the planet...again...then inventing space flight and time travel and preventing the asteroid impact that killed them off. I was amazed that asking for a hamburger was turned into a plain cheeseburger. Verifying that I wanted a hamburger was too much to ask as it just reinforced in the persons mind that I wanted a cheeseburger with nothing but the cheese. read more

I would wager my first born child that if you go here, there is zero chance their ice cream machine works. I've lived near this McDonald's for a year. I've been there a multitude of times, whether it's for a soda, fries, late night meal, etc... never, have I ever, been there and asked for any sort of Ice Cream product and actually received it. Other than that.... Customer service is atrocious and if you ask for sauce be prepared to go back through the drive thru to get it, but not without them properly scolding you for even daring to ask for your sauce. Ask for no tomato, you will receive extra. Ask for a Big Mac, McNuggets for you! Do you enjoy hot fries? Here's some ice cold ones. I live walking distance from this McDonald's, I would not eat there if it meant it would bring back my grandmother from the grave. I would rather live my life with hot dog fingers than eat here. read more

I have had a few instances where the order wasn't fully correct or fries weren't exactly the best for that batch, but I understand that not everything is perfect all the time. We live in a world of humans, we aren't perfect, but the one thing I've never found wrong here is the customer service. Even tonight having not eaten until 9pm because just life, Sara was running the drive through and even though it's just a 5 minute interaction for my medium fry that I'm paying with change for because I forgot my wallet, she was so pleasant to listen to. She is bubbly, you can here it in her voice and even 9pm, still making you feel welcome and like it's a great day to be alive. So, thank you Sara for being you and thank you all for always making this drive through a pleasant experience! read more
