Patient..... BUT THERE IS AN END POINT! Service was AWFUL! First of all, we were told to pull up -they were working on our iced coffees. They gave us our food. We waited...they finally came out and asked for our receipt so they could prepare our iced coffees (the ones they were working on when we were at the window). We waited... a female employee came out with the iced coffees, but not our large sweet tea. Looking very displeased when we stated "we're missing our LARGE sweet tea". We were told, " it's going to be awhile, we are very busy". We waited... she returned with a small tea. We told her it was suppose to be a large----NO response, just the same disgusted look! We waited... finally she returned with our large sweet tea, but not our receipt. Told her, " thank you, have a nice day!" NO RESPONSE!!! And to think, we waited so patiently for our order after paying for it! If you don't have a personality and can't fake it, Customer relations is not for you! read more

Very poor service! And took forever to get our meals! When we got our meals they didn't even deliver the correct things!

When I went to mcdonalds like 30 minutes ago i got a caramel frappe , blue slushie , a number 7 , a double cheeseburger with mac sauce , an a 10 piece chickennugget with sweet an sour sauce , an a mcchicken an when i open it when i got home the lettuce was brown an there was a fly that came out when i open the sandwich . I don't recommend that you get a Mcchicken without checking your lettuce. read more

It's McDonald's. Service was good and the food was as expected. Restaurant was clean and welcoming.

I stood in line for 18 minutes with others inside..busy 1. No one even said nothing..not even we are busy or we will be with you in a few minutes. several people left without being served. 2. They were doing drive-thru first, I observe cars driving around and getting their food while we were waiting. several cars/trucks. 10 to be exact. 3. I was talked down too..unprofessionally. 4. The shift manger, I Think (Ms. Ninaseenher) was very unprofessional. to me and was talking sharply with the employees. I saw several "rolling their eyes" (employees don't work good under duress and the supervisor talking down to them and the patrons!) when you are extremely busy,..checking back the the patrons and employees and everyone must be on their toes. To be swift but, be courteous and be sincere. I'm retired and wasn't in a hurry, however I almost left and never to return, the patron should never be treated that way. she must remember we pay her salary and if we don't return..business fails..ask Sears previous employees... read more

The employees at this location are AWFUL. Every single one of them need to be replaced. Was in the drive thru and tried to ask for a cup of mac sauce. I couldn't even finish my question before the girl interrupted me saying they don't do it anymore. I simply asked her when they stopped doing that cause I had just gotten some recently and if I could just pay for it to which she YELLED at me through the speakerphone saying her supervisor made them stop doing it last year. I did NOT complete my order and left and will not be returning. Every one of them are rude and have zero customer service!! read more

Why oh why did I waste my time getting the Double Combo for $2.50? That was the biggest mistake of my life. I waited in the drive thru for almost twenty minutes to get heavy salted cold fries and a greasy double cheeseburger. Terrible service that's not even worth it. read more

Awful service, employees are more interested in talking to each other than helping customers, they also get your order wrong too often.

The young girl who finally waited on me was very pleasant and the sandwich I ordered was hot, it's obvious some of these employees don't care much about the customers. 10+ people working and the simple 1 item (the drink I fixed myself doesn't count) order took way too long. They were chatting among themselves and serving customers was not the priority. In addition, I lost something on our trip and tried to call this location to see if anything had possibly been turned in. The phone rang well more than 20 times and then when someone finally did answer, she put me on hold. After 15 minutes, I hung up. After several more tries to call back (I got a busy signal), I finally got the same girl I spoke with earlier who was very apologetic about forgetting me (I very much appreciated her apology - I do understand how things get busy) and told me after checking with everyone, nothing had been turned in. I will say the bathroom (women's) was clean and I did not notice any particular messiness or uncleanliness as I fixed my drink or watched employees behind the counter. While some of the employees were up to McDonald's standards, some could stand an little attitude adjustment as it relates to the importance of customer service. read more
