my favorite place to go in the night time. the workers are sooo nice and I love them a lot and they are very friendly. they love when we share our appreciation of their amazing service via vocal sound effects. The evening staff. We stopped by trying to order something simple. The order taker was either not listening, distracted, didn't understand what we were saying, or forgot what we said a few seconds after we had said it. She kept repeating back the wrong item, made us have to repeat ourselves multiple times for just one item. We were speaking clearly and at a reasonable volume to ensure she could hear and understand. After she asked us once again which meal item it was that we wanted, I had to leave the drive through so I could stay Christian and not say anything I'd later regret. The morning hours are better, but the evening staff need to pay attention. Super bad service. read more

I went thru the drive thru to get my food, and the person taking my order was pretty rude. I got a meal, with 2 cheeseburgers and fries. I asked for NO pickles and NO mustard. I get my food and open one of the burgers and it has both pickles and mustard. I turn around and go into the store and ask for a new one. They give me a new one, I get out to my car and check it. It has double the pickles. I go back in, and the people making the food are laughing at talking In Spanish while looking at me. Went through the drive thru to grab a quick lunch and a male employee who looked around 16 years old fat shamed me when he saw my order. To also add, I am currently 7 months pregnant. When we got to the window it also took 5+ minutes to receive a smoothie after they originally tried to give us the wrong order. It is unfortunate how poor the service is at this location since their food has always been good and never had a visible problem with it. read more

Went to McDonald's twice this evening ..1st trip to the new location over by target...pulled up to the one open drive thru...and sat and waited our turn...as the car beside me in the other drive thru ..drove away..heard the car behind him ordering his or her food??...after I had already been waiting?...then that car proceeded to go forward. Then some prick comes on the speaker and has the rudest service ..kept saying that it?..before I could even get my order completed...so ordered.. And drove off.. F#@k them...decided against our better judgment to try the other McDonald's....got our order and this is by far the worst food I've ever got from McDonald's..sandwich was horrible..and frys and mc nuggets were cold and tasted of old grease.. Gross!....went rite in the trash!...if this is the service these places have...I would hope McDonald's go fully automated as soon as possible!! Maybe then ill give another try... This McDonald's is located in a great spot of the new developing area in Sun Prairie. However it's service is disappointing. It lacks everything a business needs. I work next door so it's convenient to go here but every time I do, the drive thru takes at least 15 minutes. Just today I went for a simple cheese burger and small fry, knowing if I got something bigger it would probably take longer and I didn't have much time on meal break. It took them 5 minutes to take my order, then an additional 16 minutes to get my order. The fries were cold and tough, the burger was flattened and absolutely not fresh. The staff weren't very welcoming or properly presentable. Lots of immaturity. I do not recommend this location. read more

I took my 3 1/2 year old Granddaughter to get a bite to eat @ 5:30 pm tonight. I placed my order & got my food in a timely manner. I then went to get ketsup & water in the condiment area. The area was bug infested & filthy! I went to the counter, asked for a manager. A dark haired adult woman turned around & said "ya", I told her the area was filthy, her reply "we are aware, don't worry about it". I then went into a rant saying it was filthy, unsanitary & instead of employees playing around maybe they could clean it up. I asked her for her name, she said nope & walked out the door. That's when another manager came out, he said what a mouth I had & said "really, that's the way you're going to raise your child". The other staff gasped & scattered. I asked him his name, he said Anthony,write it down (this is the same Employee who had a latex glove saying "I'm oj Simpson, if it don't fit you must acquit" as a customer told me he was stewing because he had been waiting 26 minutes for 2 sandwiches & instead of making jokes he maybe could make his food). I told him he was a disrespectful 4 foot nothing, smart mouth thug. He then asked me if I wanted to take it outside & he'd finish it. I was SHOCKED! At that point we left. I am debating on whether to file a complaint with the local police department. To verbally threaten a female customer with a young child is unacceptable. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow & am still up in the air whether or not to file a complaint. Never ever will I go to this location ever again! I have attached pictures, not sure if the flying bugs show up in the photo or if the bugs in the soda well show up but they are there. I think Health Department should be called. This is by far the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. They cant get an order right, they are slow and they cant keep the place clean. I went last night before close to get a big mac with no pickles. After i had to drive around to the waiting area and made to wait, They gave me..... something... a single patty on un-toasted mis-matched buns (see pics). By the time i noticed what i got, they had closed for the night. The next day armed with my receipt and a pic, i went into the store (which needed a good cleaning). The place was empty at 4pm, yet the lobby floor was sticky as well as the soda area. They apologized for the mistake and replaced the sandwich (charged me for my soda and fries), and when i got home and checked my food.... again they screwed up a big mac. No lettuce, onions or special sauce on the second tier (see pic) leaving the sandwich dry. Am i going back? Hells no. Once is a mistake, twice is a trend. This is a mcdonalds that cant make a big mac! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, you lose my business forever. read more

When did grabbing a meal at McDonald's cost $10+ ?? And it didn't even taste good. So bummed that a medium shake is now 2/3 the size it used to be & fries were lukewarm and tasteless! Another stellar performance in the drive thru. Kids with earbuds listening to iPods while getting orders wrong, and walking around like they popped a couple of ambiens before coming to work. Large drinks now the size of mediums at this location. Seriously! Find a manager that cares about customer service. This place is so slow. Takes forever to get food. Ketchup is splattered all over near the soda machines. Some how it's in the walls too. Drive thru or inside, prepare to wait. I waited 20 minutes for a Big Mac. It wasn't a sesame see bun and the middle bun was the bottom from a cheeseburger. That's not even touching on the fact it tasted absolutely sick. Lots of sketch balls making the food. Nobody was in a uniform either, which I thought was weird. A couple of the younger kids working were touching there phones and then your food. This has to be the only McDonald's I've ever been to that allows the employees to modify their uniforms so drastically. All of the men working had cut off their shirtsleeves to make collared tank tops, and most of the women had their trousers rolled up well above their knees. There was also a woman apparently using the lobby to run her discount piercing service, and it looked like business was booming. At one point an employee came over to ask her to put out her cigarette, but she spat in his face and kept on smoking. read more

The manager here is about as rude as they come. I placed a mobile curbside order and paid. With proof of purchase via app, email, AND my bank statement. She claimed that I never paid and made me come inside. Then I showed the proof and she said she can't control how the app didn't let her know I paid and she refused to even LOOK at my proof. She instead decided being rude and condescending was the move. Instead of fixing the problem. I made it clear I'm not paying twice. So after enough of that she loudly yelled she's giving me my order for free and told me off. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes and that she didn't care if I'm pissed or if her behavior was wrong. I paid for a purchase and was refused it. How messed up. Great place if you enjoy waiting a half-hour for something that takes 3 minutes to deep-fry. Also recommended if you enjoy surprises, like extra or missing items. UPDATE: Still the worst. It's always slow service here, but today took the cake.., not only in time, but accuracy. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I got a sausage and burned egg, with a hard biscuit. I take it back, and get a bacon and egg biscuit..with no cheese, and the same egg and biscuit. Go back up and say, can I have cheese? Do not go to this McDonalds, every time I go there something is wrong, whether it be they give me an old mcchicken with hot runny mayo, or being too lazy to grab another bag for the fries causing me to lose a whole medium fry onto my passenger side floor of my car. Also they always forget the sauces and when you ask AGAIN for the sauces they only give you one. Staff was not friendly and certainly not sensitive to their terrible service. After having been to many different McDonalds, I have enough experience to know what good or at least adequate service is. I understand society has a problem with immediate gratification and if a fast food restaurant takes a little too long, then people can become impatient. Unfortunately, this place is not that simple. I have gone to this McDonald's at least 10 times (purely due to location). Every single time I tell myself it may be better. It never is. This place is full of rude staff and will have you waiting 25-30 minutes for an order of a burger and chicken nuggets. When the wait time becomes that long, it is frustrating because McDonald's was an option due to the (what is supposed to be) quick turnaround. When you are in a hurry and you think, "Gee let me stop and grab a quick bite, this will only take 5-10 minutes," do not come to this McDonald's. Nice building but the absolute worst service ever. Today I went through the drive thru at around 1pm. I of course got parked for a snack wrap after waiting 10 minutes to even get to the window. Then after sitting in park with my kids screaming for food for 7 more minutes I went in to check on that order. They had forgotten all about us! Our food... Who knows who got that! They had to make it all over with another 3 minute wait. I asked for my money back and the manager just walked away. I asked another lady who of course had her back to me the whole time for a refund. She rudely replied that the manager went to get it. Then she said I could have my food and a refund. Well rude man manager came back have me money said absolutely nothing to me and walked away. I asked for the food and rude lady said oh you still want that, there will be a wait. I just left at this point, noticed many others coming in from the drive thru line with the wrong bag in their hands. I went to Arby's across the street. Much better service! Ice cream machine not working, long line of cars, usually this would be understandable, but when we got to the speaker it took them FIVE minutes to actually start asking for our order.
