Went to McDonald's for dinner after a long time of traveling and made the executive decision to destroy myself. Ordered the Bacon Quarter Pounder meal, threw in two Double Cheeseburgers, two extra fries and a Mango Pineapple Smoothie like I was trying to get my guts rearranged in the least sexy way possible. Food The Bacon Quarter Pounder was thick. Like... disrespectful thick. Juicy, heavy, and it made me grip the steering wheel a little too hard while I was eating it in the parking lot. Every bite had me making sounds I usually save for when someone's actually got me pinned down. The two Double Cheeseburgers came in swinging -- stacked, greasy, and absolutely relentless. By the second one I was moaning with my mouth full and not even trying to hide it. The fries were hot and salty in a way that felt personal. The Mango Pineapple Smoothie was creamy, sweet, and gave me that final "I've been used" feeling at the end. I was so stuffed I had to sit there for ten minutes questioning every life choice that led me to this moment. Service The staff moved fast and didn't flinch when I ordered enough food to emotionally support a divorce. They handed me the bag like they knew exactly what they were doing to me. Professional. Slightly judgmental. I respect it. Ambiance Clean enough. Bright enough. The kind of lighting that makes you realize you're really out here deep-throating a burger in public at 8pm on a Wednesday. The booths are comfortable if you need to unbutton your pants and have a moment of silence for your dignity afterward. Final Verdict: It was so good it almost felt wrong. I left full, slightly ashamed, and weirdly satisfied -- basically the fast food version of a one-night stand. Would do it again. We all know it's mcdonald's, it's not gourmet. I only go here once a week for the mcgriddle sandwich for breakfast. For 3 weeks now, without fail, I get all the way back home to realize that the bun for the mcgriddle is ROCK HARD! It's literally like chewing beef jerky! All their employees cannot understand English. I just think it's funny all the fast food places nowadays the workers think they deserve a higher wage! I will only go here for the $1 sodas. The day staff is nice and have some speed to them most of the time, but any other time of day it is better if you go somewhere else. I can not believe I'm writing a review for McDonald but I had SUCH A TERRIBLE experience there yesterday I HAVE TO. Brought my kid in around 5pm for fries and to play in the play area. The staff were SWEARING AND SCREAMING at their kids who were being forced to stay there while their mom works. I HEARD HER literally yell at them ' I WILL BEAT YOUR ASS IF YOU DONT GO PLAY. " The staff was upfront talking about baby daddys, sex, making fun of other staff loudly and being totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I get it, you don't like your job but at least try. Meanwhile, they came to the playarea and then were being mean to my 3 year old to the point where I had to ask them to leave. A HUGE group of teenagers decided it was a good idea to SIT RIGHT NEXT to the kids play area and swear, talking about sex, using the N word and basically being complete jerks all for my kid to hear. I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH THEIR STAFF BUT THEY ARE TERRIBLE and that place is a mad house. I will never go back. read more

Fries were ice cold and so were the nuggets even though we had to wait in line then when I called I get hung up on by the manager. I am 18 weeks pregnant here on a work trip with my boyfriend. I had a really bad craving for some food and it's 11pm when I decide to go, I ordered 10pc Spicy chicken nuggets, large fries and a large sweet tea. The tea taste like it had sat there over night and had not been switched, my fries were coldish and the nuggets had a weird taste to them like they were old but had been warmed back up and put into a box. I trusted them enough that I waited till I got back to the hotel to drink/eat my food to end up not eating any of it and now I'm waiting till tomorrow morning to eat something.. now I'm moody and hungry. I have gone to this McDonalds for the last time. The only good employee here is a friend of mine who I will not name. They should learn from her and that is how to be kind, accurate, and honest. This place is rude, screws up orders all the time, sends cars to the bullcrap waiting lane when all they had to do was put the correct items in bag and hand it past a window. The late night menu sucks, the dollar menu sucks, and the service, unless my friend helps me sucks. I have no idea how one McDonald's can screw things up so consistently for so long. Does management just not care? Is it a McDonald's University case study in how to be incompetent? Orders are seldom correct, especially at breakfast. You never get the soft drink you've ordered (and I don't even think they have their machines calibrated like most decent McDonald's do so the product tastes the best) or your coffee prepared how you asked. Food is sloppily put together and no bagel item needs THAT much butter. You're better off with dubious gas station food, as I doubt this place will ever get its act together. read more

There is lady in there who is cleaning off tables and mopping like there is no tomorrow. She keeps the place spotless. If the Taco Bell down the street was smart they would hire her. read more

Very disappointing. I stopped in to have a snack and do some work for about 90 minutes. The service was slow, not just for me, but many people who came after me (and they were not busy). The dining room was a mess, and as I write this, a spilled shamrock shake and fries remain all over the floor about 10 feet from where I sit. It has been there for over 40 minutes, despite me and another guest telling them about it. And right in front of me sits an off-work employee who doesn't want to clock in because they will ask him to clean it (and he is complaining he doesn't want to clock in because they will ask him to clean it). the staff at the Stoughton McDonald's needs work. My husband and I went through the drive thru and that was our first mistake. even though this McDonald's had a double thru, only one was being used. we waited a while and after waiting my husband said "hello" the voice on the other end clearly laughing said she was sorry and thought someone had already waited on us. so we placed our order. not sure why the confusion because it was a very simple order. not thinking that our order was understood we repeated the order and even after the told us the total. your employee said "WOW" . but anyway we continued to pull ahead and pay at the first window. as we pulled ahead to the second window to get our order, we were told to pull ahead. at this time there was an employee that was just finishing smoking a cig. butt. as she threw this on the ground she said in on her head set " the dumb one is coming in". we waited and WAITED. now we have parked the car and my husband went inside to get the order. someone told my husband the he had called one of the employees dumb. this was totally wrong. he didn't call anyone dumb and to be accused of this was very hurtful. tried to also talk to a manager. took employee side. got our refund and won't return. pretty sad :( read more

I had worked at this Mcdonalds for about 5 years while growing up so I can still differentiate between what is being done right and wrong there. Almost every time I come here my order is wrong. I will ask for no pickles or onions on a Big Mac, it will even say it on the slip and it would still be wrong. Fries will be cold, dark brown and tipped over upside down in a bag. Not only that, but I have had to wait 15-20mins just to get a hot chocolate, only for it to come out as a mocha instead. I have almost been late to work multiple times cause the wait time is ridiculous. This is partly due to the fact that they only use one drive thru lane, (even though they have two), but also because they do not pull the cars with long orders ahead to wait, while they get all the shorter orders out when they are ready, making the wait time even longer. Drive thru will also get more attention even if there is 10 people in lobby waiting to get their orders. I have been cut off multiple times in drive thru when I am giving them my order and they will just give me my total and leave when I haven't event finished ordering. FIX IT NOW! read more
