In some ways, it is actually cheaper, as this location does not add a surcharge for lettuce, which most McDonald's seem to do now. (As of October 2023) I was able to use my McDonald's rewards points to spend or earn here. Service was reasonably fast from ordering and the staff were friendly. As far as McDonald's goes, my food was actually pretty good and up to a good standard, I ordered a Medium Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal (without a bun due to being gluten-free) with an Oasis, and the food was served hot and in good time with my modifications being accurate (Adding lettuce, removing the bun). I also ordered a small fries, due to wanting to redeem some of my McDonald's Monopoly rewards from the ongoing promotion at the time of my visit, which was being heavily advertised. I didn't like the packaging of the food, they appeared to put my burger in the cardboard salad box which squashed it down and made it harder to eat, compared to the traditional white tray which I prefer. The paper cutlery is also awful, but with plastic cutlery now being forbidden under UK law (They did make the change before legally required), it isn't all their fault. The other members of my party ordered via the kiosk and also mentioned some of my compliments on the speed of service. 4* - Very good for a McDonald's, at least you know if you're looking to take a break while travelling on a motorway, to relax on a long trip, or just to pick up a quick bite, this is an option.

The food is nice and its great for the kids it has all th facilites which you would need and the toilets are clean the queing system could be inmproved as sometimes you waitning ages to be serve . Ive never had a problem with the staff and ive only had a wrong order once of which it was sorted out asap . The staff are well dressed and clear away the tables people have made a mess straight away.

The drive-thru is always manned unlike some other branches where your sat there wondering if its still working! The food is general maccyD's fayre, but it helps that the restaurant doesnt seem as greasy and messy as some others which makes the experience better right from the start. The best thing though is the the staff always seem to put more ice cream in the mcflurry's which is always going to be a winner for me!

Most people in my town are quite the fan of easy to get, fast food. Our town is filled with kebab…read morehouses and takeouts but Mcdonalds is the old crooner to say the least. It is situated conveniently next to a shell garage. There is ample parking space and there is the option of drive-thru if you want to take it home with you. The restaurant itself has many seats and is always kept moderately clean however there are times where it seems the little cleaning person can't keep up during the peak selling time! Staff are rather friendly and some seem to have gone from part time when the shop was built to now full time.. There are limited number of toilets as I have only been in the ladies I imagine the gents are the same - 2 They are rather cramped and usually disgusting but there are only 2 in the whole building. You do get your food on time but make sure you check what you are given as numerous times in the past I have found they have missed out something from my order! If you do opt for the drive-thru be warned as some daft plonker has placed a speed bump right outside the last window so you end up having to balance or park just before it (which if you are small like me with little arms lol you'll find difficult!) It gets worse as the day progresses, during the afternoon you find many van men coming for a bite to eat - making the atmosphere rude and unpleasant as well the car park a nightmare. During the evening the car park is usually strewn with chavs in naffly done up saxos blasting music. The staff I have found in the evening are humerous in a sense yet provide you with poorer quality food and can sometimes be a little slow with service.

This one is quite small compared to others in Staffordshire but its pleasant and clean interior makes it alright to eat indoors. Comes with an express lane/drive-through so also a good place to rush through if hungry and in a hurry.

Decent enough chip shop in the town centre, located near to the litter strewn Mere park…read more I do sometimes get the feeling they are coastin along knowing that they are the only chip shop in the local area, and that if you want them from anywhere else you would have to travel right out of town to get them. The chips certainly arent as nice as they used to be a few years ago, and yet other chippies in the area still are, so the staff trying to say its down the potatoes are fibbing. Large range of food though, so even if not everyone in the family wants chips, they can still get food.

The chip shop backs on to the local lake, so it nice to buy a bag of chips and then walk down the watch the ducks. Unfortunately despite the best efforts of the chip shop and council in putting out lots of bins, there are still a lrge numbers of litter bugs which ruin the area for everyone. The chip shop is near to the whole glut of takeways in Alsager, but being the only chip shop in alsager does have that as its pulling power. Food is always good, and the pizzas are competing with the local kebab and pizza shops for taste, but not in sizethe small really is very small!

There are a few tables and chairs in the cafe to eat in, and they do a take away and delivery service (delivery must be over a certain amount of food). Opening hours are just the morning, I think they shut at 1ish. Staff are really friendly, and don't mind you being fussy about the way you have your sandwich made. Highly recommended.
