This includes, according to McDonald's, Wintersville web page: 1 double cheeseburger, small French fries, 4 piece chicken nuggets and a small beverage. 15.00 bucks. Right? 3 x $5 is still $15! Correct? Oh but there's another unspoken, unadvertised charge. Get this.......!! a "Beverage SURCHARGE" of $3.38 for two of the drinks and $1.69 for the other. Not mentioned in the add. So in my view McDonald's will falsely advertise and cheat you even on the very rare occasion they actually give you what you've actually ordered and paid for. read more

Absolutely horrible, I whent there and got 2 mc chickens thinking "well there only 1.50" but guess what I was NEVER told that there was no mayo, or mayo packets in the bag, I turned around and whent back to see if I could get a refund, but the guy refused and said "she said she put mayo packs in the bag" one i shouldnt have to put mayo on my own Mc chicken, two she should have told us about this Inconvience before we ate dry ass chicken sandwichs and to make matters worse I opened my mc chicken to find , a whole half head of lett as if they where trying to hide the fact that they didn't give us mayo and the Mc chicken didn't have mayo on it.Horrible Service, the employees do not communicate with there costomers very rude, never going back. read more

I ordered ahead for "pickup inside". However, upon arrival they said they close the doors at 2-3pm every day. (Not sure what for?) The drive-thru is still open though. When I got to the drive-thru they didn't see my order because it was for "pickup inside". The drive-thru cashier had to go to another area to view my order. Poor setup in my opinion. All the employees were super nice though. Now that I know what to expect, my next visits should be smoother. read more

this time when i got mcdonalds (rolls eyes calmly) they gave me another blue raspberry drink, when i clearly wanted the coke cola. but of course they obviously "dont have my flavor". THEN GET THE FLAVOR, darn. like now imma be sitting here snapping people with a blue tongue. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON MY MCCRISPY. they gave me a sandwiich that literally had an octopus tentacle in it. when i took a bite out if it, it felt kike i was pulling a piece of string cheese. that was unpleasing. So If the night time team worked all day, I'd give them 5 stars but sadly they do not. If I come in before 6:00pm Something is always wrong with my order. I have an intolerance to the chemical that most fast food and restaurants use to wash their lettuce in and it makes me quite ill. I order a simple big mac with no lettuce or onions every time I come here and it isn't like I am asking them to do extra, I am asking them to do less. I look at my receipt and it says No lettuce or onion. I open the bag and pop open the clam shell and boom Lettuce and onion. I live just far enough away that when something does go wrong, it's a severe inconvenience to drive all the way back down just to get the burger right. I'm not one to stomp and scream, I just am tired of having to make that phone call. Also Do not scream at the employees when they do mess up. These people handle your food. I come her most mornings to get a coffee. This team does an excellent job at service and food is never assembled poorly. But I'm writing more about the kindness of this McDs team. Regularly there are families and individuals who come to this McDs who have some tough circumstances in their life. Most people would make quick conversation and work to avoid further interaction. But I've witnessed management and other cashiers/servers go out of their way to address, high five, check-in, and laugh with these individuals. I expect this staff, like most businesses, has problems and not everyday or night is easy to be intentional in kindness and charity. But there is definitely a charity here that I've seen in the mornings that warms your heart. Keep it up Steubenville, McDs! Y'all do great for this community! read more

I go thru the drive thru order 2 cheeseburgers but didn't want the American cheese but wanted extra ketchup an mustard also an a 10pc nugget set well let's just say definitely no extra condiments an the American cheese was still there. I went straight back explained what I asked for have the receipt an what's supposed to be on the burgers the drive thru apologized an said the would fix it well I got two new burgers but they was burnt, no pickles an like two lol squirts of ketchup an mustard. An the only difference in the nuggets was they was a lighter shade. I definitely constantly have a problem with food from here every time I get something. Iam a manager an I get it everyone isn't perfect but there wasn't even a 10 minute wait before I took the food back an still got it back wrong. An it definitely isn't the ones who take the orders it the ppl who are making the orders. But I guess I can say my Dog Nova thanks u for not getting the order wrong cause 4 cheeseburgers 20 nuggets later she's enjoying it cause I sure didn't get to enjoy the food. This places sucks. Their customer service sucks. They don't know how to trouble shoot their own credit card machine. I tried 3 different cards from 2 different banks. Then the girls looks at me and says "you don't have no money do you?!?". I'm sorry that your environment has shaped you to believe that everyone is a deadbeat, but you don't have to be an absolute asshole to everyone you meet because of it. The machine clearly wasn't working. Nothing came up on the customer side to even type in a PIN or show a total. Luckily my spouse had cash on her to pay for dinner for us and our children while traveling. I understand credit card machine issues, it's the rudeness that I can't tolerate. I would just like to say that I go to this McDonald's all the time simply because I'm a poor college kid. while yes food is the same as every other McDonald's the people who work there have the worst attitudes I have ever been accosted with by any fast food establishment. They are so rude to their customers and they always forget to put in the condiments that you request. I do not like paying for shitty service and not receiving the goods in which I paid for. Good news, sad news... There are a number of places in the area that serve breakfast. The sad news is that McD's single biscuit &gravy is the best sausage gravy around. If you find a place w/ better biscuits & gravy, please let me know. Plus, have 2 round eggs put in w/ the biscuit and you've got a pretty tasty breakfast. read more

Sublime and tasty. Always good service. Very clean and well taken care of ...makes for a great environment. Hamburgers to die for, french fries touched my angels, and your choice of soft drinks.
