I went to McDonalds on 21330 I 45, in Spring 10/10/24 in the evening 5:45p and ordered the McDouble meal. I also tried the "Chicken MAC". When I got my order the McDouble was missing...I got a "spicy chicken" sandwich Wow!. I took it back and they exchanged with NO apology and NO compensation (sm. Fry, drink, something). Get back to the McDonald's and the woman at the window gets the manager , where they discuss in length that I had taken a bite out of my burger . They then send me to another window where I wait and wait . They make sure you give them the incorrect order so they can throw it in the trash . A shift manager handled a complaint graciously and made amends. However, the District Manager effectively reversed that manager's actions and made the issue worse. On 12/6/2019 we arrived & had to stand there for a few minutes before anyone came to take our order. When we placed our order it was 7:43 pm When we sat down we saw that the employees were all standing around, being loud and paying the customers no mind. After a few other irate customers came and left we finally went to the counter to see what happened to our order, at 8:00 pm. They did not have a clue where it was. The young manager gave us our refund after complaining. The fountain drinks were also flat. We left and got really good service at Whataburger. This time when I said that they curried me for something I didn't order and didn't get something I did want. They didn't offer a refund for the item, AND didn't give it to me. They also said to hold on for what they didn't give me, I waited......she came back and said it's going to be like 3-5 minutes to make it, and just stares at me. Ice already been waiting 10 minutes by this time. I let her know that it was unacceptable, I'd already been waiting. She said "well, it's not my fault". I frequented this McDonald's on average 5 times a week for the first month it was open. I found that literally 50% of the time I placed an order it came out wrong, sometimes food would be missing. I blamed it on growing pains since there are a bunch of high school kids working and decided to give them a few more chances. About a month later I found that the mistakes were not being corrected and the employees running the drive thru were rude and apparently are hard of hearing. I emailed corporate and they directed me to the manager of the location. She called me while I was at work and I called back but she was unavailable. I have not heard back. I stopped going to this location for about six weeks then decided to try it out again. I went inside this time and while I'm waiting for my food and my iced coffee the female employee who is supposed to be making my coffee begins flirting with a customer. Although she did not initiate the flirting she surely continued it making me wait for my order while she handed out her phone number to the customer. Absolutely ridiculous. I will say that I frequent this location now about twice a month and other than the apathetic attitude I encounter they seem to get my order correct most of the time. If you can handle the ghetto wannabe thugs that are often eating in the location then feel free to eat inside. If you are like me and can't stand seeing pathetic high school idiots and grown men with their pants around their ankles then I recommend using the drive thru. read more
