The service overall was not very good. a particular individual was not nice to me and also said a cuss word in front of my little sister who is 8 years old(the one with the curly hair around 16 years old) my burger wasn't correct either. read more

McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Sparta, Michigan

Order is always wrong. Last night we grabbed food on the way home after family function, granted it was 15 minutes b4 they closed, got home and one of our sandwiches was missing, called 2 minutes b4 their closing time and was told "we are closed can't do anything for you, you can come back another time and we will give you sandwich at no charge". Well you aren't giving me my sandwich at no charge, I already paid for it and this happened to us a while back and guess what when we went through "another time" we were told they don't know anything about that. So now you owe me 2 sandwiches that I probably won't ever see! read more

Sparta McDonald's is my favorite location! The employees are always super friendly. My order is always correct and done well.

I just went through the drive through, 7/3/2022 at 7am. And asked for a fresh apple fritter... Omg they gave me what looked like a week old apple fritter that they pulled out of the trash. So i drove around and asked for a replacement, they told me "thats how they look now". I took the replacement that didnt look any better and she assured me it came straight out of the box. I figured it probably tasted different, maybe if i broke into it, it might be the slightest bit fluffy. Nope. Condensed tough, cold, bread that i couldnt even bring myself to chew. Im blown away that something like that was passed from a manager. They are usually pretty good. I hope the owner sees this, which ill be writing as well, and cooperate to let them know how poor thier product is. They must have no idea if this is really what it looks/tastes like too. read more

The worst McDonald's ever! Terrible service, rude employees and horrible food! They are remodeling. We saw the employees using an outside porta john, there is no menu board in what they call the drive through. The food is less than edible. I got a buttermilk chicken sandwich that had a huge spot of mold on the top bun. Unmistakable. How they ever served it to begin with is beyond me. The small fry was more like and xxsmall. The bag was about half full. I will never go back and I will be sure to tell everyone my horrible experience. The manager did nothing more than refund my money, no apology. I got no food, nothing. Stay away people! read more

Slow! All I can say slow. also like every McDonald's, their Ice cream, shake, or slushee machines broke. Can't forget no one there understands only ketchup and mustard. read more

I was starving on the road and saw this particular location was open until 11. It was probably 5-10 minutes before close and obviously a small town location could expect to basically get out almost at that time. Not only were they super polite in taking and fulfilling my order but they checked to see if I needed anything else while I waited since one of the items would take longer than normal given the time. I didn't expect anything like this but appreciated it immensely. I've been in their shoes and know it can be frustrating so close to the end of a shift. They should be commended for their effort and consideration. read more

Where's the rest of my sandwich? The chicken was the size of a child's hand and there was no bottom bun. I dont know who does the quality control or checking of food items- but they may want to move them to a new position. read more

This place isn't something I'd even recommend to my worst enemy. They got my order wrong ,I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and they gave me a quarter pounder with cheese. The service was also terrible, the first girl was really kind and even complemented us, but the second girl was so rude. She didn't make eye contact, no greeting, all she said (while looking away) was "Here you go". Then when my mom asked for a straw she said "There's also one in there" but in a rude tone. Then when we left, my mom has to say "You have a good evening" and she walked away not looking at us and said "You too". read more

Terrible service. If there was a zero star I would post it. I asked for them to give me fresh fries because the ones they handed me were ice cold. They gave me the same fries back. The wait was ten times longer because they had to remake the frappes because they kept spilling it everywhere. It took them three different people. The. When I called to let a manager know he said he can't do anything and got angry that I expected him to actually help us out. Not to mention the fact that I stuck my hand In all of the spilled frappe because they couldn't be bothered to get us new cups or at least wipe it off. It's disgusting how they treat customers and the manager was rude and didn't even bother to try to fix it after I said I didn't have time to go back through the drive through. Waste of time and money. Manager needs to learn some customer service skills. Will NOT be going back and I'm usually there multiple times a week. read more

The people are normally polite and nice. When we go inside it's normally clean environment. Our order is messed up in one way or another almost always. Fries are rarely fresh. And we ALWAYS have to ask for a drink carrier. They start handing my drinks to me and I refuse to even reach for them anymore and I ask them to put them into a drink carrier. I realize it's fast food but customers still expect a better experience. read more

I've been here one too many times where something was awful. A quarter pounder that I waited 15 minutes for ... asking for sausage McMuffins and getting biscuits (which were as hard as hockey pucks) ... ordering Diet Coke and getting Coke ... and that is only in the past few weeks. The people seem nice, but the mix ups are aggravating and the food is horrible. read more

just went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order, and im not the type to look if my foods correct so i can get off their timer because i also work fast food but they forgot my sausage, basically just shoved me my food with a nonchalant attitude. it's just ridiculous, double check and don't be so rushy and this isn't the first time they've forgotten something but yeah, put some smiles on your faces for real. read more

The employees and mangers at this resturant are completely clueless. The woman that took my order was very unprofessional. Chatting and joking with another employee while people were waiting to order. Multiple machines were not working. A bit frustrating that there was no communication. read more

Horrible service! Stood in line for 5minutes with one person in front of me and neither of us were helped so I finally walked out. To top things off the manager was standing in front to and did not even acknowledge there were customers in line!! read more

I have given this restaurant many chances because I like the town of Sparta so much but I haven't had many good experiences here. Today I bought an egg McMuffin sandwich and found large egg shells in each bite. I have been given cold soggy fries before. The coffees; I have had several different kinds from the mcCafe menu and all were watered down and full of creamer with very very little actual coffee. Every time I have gotten one it is given to me with a very white appearance. Now on to the customer service. Almost never do I see a smiling face or a kind greeting. When at the window to receive my order, the employee almost always just hands the bag of food to me without a hello or have a nice day. As a person who has worked in customer service for most of my life, making people feel welcome and appreciated will keep customers coming back to your business. The last thing people want to feel is upset when they leave a place of business. read more
