First of all, the cleanliness, the floors like filthy and the workers should be cleaning but yet…read morethey stand around talking out the back. Also, once I ordered my Gluten-free wrap I unwrapped it to find my wrap in shreads sometimes it's just because it's gluten free but when we asked for them to replace it like they usually do they refused!!! Mount clear subway IS THE WORST DO NOT GO HERE. And finally the customer service is TERRIBLE.

Late for work and a moist crotch!…read more I had a truly horrendous experience at this Subway, I am absolutely disgusted in their practices and will seriously have to consider if I am willing to visit ANY Subway after what happened here. On a cold and overcast Wednesday afternoon I had my half hour lunch break at three p.m. (a late lunch I am aware, but that's how I prefer it). I elected to not bring lunch with me to work today but rather support the local businesses and buy my lunch from the Subway just down the road, expecting a convenient and delicious sandwich- how wrong I was! I had to drive through a school zone to get from my place of work to the Subway but it only being a five minute drive usually, and factoring in that I care very little for children, I knew it would no be much bother time-wise. I should be able to buy my lunch, take it to work, eat it leisurely, and resume work at 3.30. The arrival to the Subway went as expected, no dramas. But that was the end of my care free lunch break I can assure you. Walking into the establishment I spy three university students in a group beginning their orders and only one girl running the whole show! This raised my first concern, I had not anticipated it to be busy in the late afternoon, and they were clearly not prepared. What unfolded over the next 15 minutes was down right unequivocally offensive to me as a person. I stood in line for 15 of my 30 allotted lunch minutes watching these young people muck around with overly-complicated orders (I mean who gets pizza sauce AND sweet chili sauce on the same sandwich?) meanwhile, as I looked visibly upset by having to wait so long, the girl working there made no attempt to hurry them or even rush herself, making each sandwich ONE AT A TIME. I have never worked in the food industry myself, but on my previous voyages to several Subway chains I had always seen very efficient sandwich making, two, three, even four at a time for some particularly skilled artists. When it came time for me to place my own order I received nothing more than an apology for my exuberant wait time. I ordered my sandwich as quickly as I could and got the hell out of that place. I now had only ten minutes to return to work and knew I was going to have to eat this sandwich at my desk like some sort of deranged savage. I could already picture the sideways looks and whispers that would spread amongst my colleagues at my expense. On this occasion I would very fortunate I am charismatic enough for my reputation to have any hope of surviving this incident. On my way home I was distressed and outraged again as I had a horrid realisation. The traffic around the schools had increased in the long period I had spent inside that doorway to hell itself. And as we all know, more traffic equals more slow drivers, to think some people would actually be doing only 40 in a school zone! I arrived back at work with only enough time to air my frustrations to several of my colleagues and return to my desk, to think I could have been late due to this business cavalier attitude to staffing and sandwich making is an unbearable thought to me. And how I wish my experience had ended there but it did not! Whilst eating, and admittedly enjoying, my sandwich I went to take a drink of my cool water bottle- the combination of jalapenos and sweet chili sauce was beginning to take its toll on the well being of my mouth. As I began to drink I felt some heaviness in my lap, followed by some significant moisture... My water bottle lid was not properly, no doubt a detail I would have noticed if I had not already been so flustered by the events that had transpired in my lunch break. Now, not only was I the man eating lunch at my desk, I was also the man with the embarrassing wet patch on his crotch (I''m sure you can imagine the assumptions people would have made if they saw) In my distress I reached for a napkin, but oh dear, YET ANOTHER PROBLEM I had not received a napkin, and at no time was I offered a napkin and turned it down. Disaster! My entire experience on this fateful day was negative, through no fault of my own I became the laughing stock of my office- or at least I would have if anyone had taken notice of me at any point during the day.If it weren't for the fact that I had hundreds of previous positive experiences with this outlet I would be very upset and believe me this review would have a very different tone. 2 stars, I will only return in the hope that this was a once of occurrence.
