Slowest McDonalds ever!!! Do not stop here if you're looking for "fast food"! This is an everytime we come to this one problem. I told my son i'm done! No more pick somewhere else on the way home! We placed order online, pulled into drive thru to pick up because it was gonna rain any minute, set there for 4 min to hear "one second please" after they helped the other line. Then she never came back on so 2 more min later we drove around and changed it to curbside. I will stay at the waitress that came out curbside to bring us. Our food had a huge smile on her face. I pull up to the window, and I have to repeat my order 3 times to some dumb high-school kid; she just gives me that same stupid look all Gen Z's give. I wait forever for my order, just for them to screw it up. This place keeps getting worse. Again there was a long line waiting in both lanes. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a 6 piece nugget. Im charged 5.00 at the window which seemed odd. when I got my receipt, I see shes charged me for an extra sauce that I did not order plus, charged me for a donation to Ronald McDonald House!! Everytime I stop here on the way home theres some problem. This time I asked for a refund and they gave me back more than twice as much as over charged me. They suspiciously kept my receipt. this was at 3:10 pm on 10-10-25. .09 cents stolen from every customer who doesn't notice or complain about this adds up to a lot quickly! Their machine was broken so they could not give me a receipt of course to show what I had ordered. They tried to tell me Happy Meals did not come with drinks. Walking in, I loved the double sliding doors which meant I didn't have to touch a handle to go inside. Once inside, everyone looked at us like we were aliens, lol! I'm assuming because there were plenty of self service machines BUT there are 6 of us and some of our orders are a little complex with the ordering of burgers so it's just easier to order at the counter. The sweet young Hispanic girl who helped us got our order in and got it right. She needed a code and asked an African American girl for a code and in the most unprofessional look and tone she said, "I ain't got no code". A different woman came and entered the code and we were given cups to make our drinks. I didn't want to seem obvious but I think my initial shock and yelling my husband the ice machine had mildew growing in it alerted them. The drink machine needs to be cleaned expeditiously. That can make a lot of people sick and is a huge health concern. The food was hot and fresh. The fries had no salt at all but I'll take no salt and fresh over old, soggy and salty any day. One of the managers came out while we were eating and asked everyone in the dining room if we needed anything else and if we were enjoying our food. That is the first time that ever happened and so I'm giving an extra star based on that. This review was going to be an easy 2 star. read more

Bathrooms were not very clean, which is surprising because they usually are. No soap in the dispenser and no hand sanitizer. We ordered 1 coffee and large fries and waited over 10 minutes. I went there to day at 1:25pm through drive thru. I ordered a frozen coke paid for it, pulled to the next window and the girl told me no frozen coke as it is not working. I said I wish I would have known that before I paid. The manager stepped up and said in a rude voice it just stopped. Now we both know that it didn't just stop because if it did you can still use it but not for long. Then she stepped back and was talking loud enough for me to hear, that she is tired of these customers. (well your in the wrong profession) The young lady waiting on me stepped into the window and asked if I said something. I said no I didn't say anything but she did. (Pointing to the manager) Then the manager said "what did she (meaning me) say?" (As she approached the window) I said the young lady asked if I said anything and I told her no, you were doing all the talking. She looked right at me and said, I wasn't talking to you I was talking to her! I said, I know...about me!! I took a regular coke and drove off. There is no reason for this rude confrontation, none whatsoever. It could have been handled so differently. A simple, I'm sorry, you are right, I'll make sure our staff knows that it is not working. Meh. Stopped by here on the way to New Braunfels from Houston. I went inside and stood behind another customer at the cashier (there was only one cashier open). Not long after, another person went behind the second cash register and immediately pointed to the person standing behind me to come forward, which she did. And I was just looking at him like "what the F, dude?!" The customer in front of me finished placing her order soon after so I was just like "whatever", but I still wasn't a happy camper. Even when purchasing something under $3 They still have you move forward because they have a timer And this has been going on for years Even when there is already 3 cars pulled forward they still tell you to pull forward. Worst McDonald's ever. They gave a chicken sandwich instead of hamburger and when they remade the hamburger, they still put mayo when asked to make it dry with only lettuce and bacon. This was at a time when it wasn't even busy. Very disappointed and even more when the Manager didn't seem to care. None of our 5 Orders was made satisfactory. Service at this location is poor to terrible. The drive through screens work maybe half the time. The employees are pretty much clueless. More Spanish is spoken than English, which hinders the order taking. Most of my orders have at least one mistake. I've had to call or go back numerous times.
