The staff was absolutely amazing! Ellie and BB were extremely knowledgeable on their products in helping me make my decision on what food and drink I wanted. Absolute terrible, cashier completely messed up my order. Didn't even put my donuts in a correct bag too.

They are always out of something. Last time they didn't have cold brew because "the night shift didn't make it". The time before the espresso machine was broken. I'm just gonna keep driving next time. The staff is friendly enough, just a poorly managed and understaffed shop. read more

When I walked up to the area, no one was there, but after a few minutes they arrived. I ordered 3 donuts, chocolate, chocolate glaze and chocolate sprinkles. The donuts of course were awesome. The reason for the 4 star is because the lady helping me didn't even look a tad happy, as though I was causing her pain by ordering. I am not complaining that they had only a few donuts since it was later in the afternoon, but the lady could have at least looked a little delighted to help someone. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is inside a gas station. Nothing wrong with that at all. But they didn't have a full menu and they were out of a lot of stuff the day that I stop by. I wanted to order donuts holes but they where out of them. No big deal I just order the regular donut. I also order vanilla ice coffee. The donuts of course were good. The reason for the 3 star is because the lady helping me really was not happy to be working there. At less that is the way she made me feel. It really seem like I was causing her pain by making her work. I am not complaining about the quality of the food. But the customer services could have been a little better. This has been reported as closed, but it's not. Stopped by on 12-15-20. Girl serving coffee was not very knowledgeable and only marginally friendly. I asked for lactose free options for coffee and was told they had skim milk. The girl making the food wore her mask under her chin. When I asked about it, she walked toward me and, while standing shoulder to shoulder with her Co-worker, said that it was not necessary because she was not near anyone. Except me and her co-worker... I expressed that she was very close to us and previously, was breathing on the food. At that point, she pulled her mask up in a hug and asked if that made me happy! She then proceeded to mumble words that I could not understand. Horrible service and definitely not covid conscientious. read more

Although the vanilla cream donuts are delicious, I seem to always be disappointed how stingy these shops are with the cream. If I took a measuring teaspoon, it probably would fill MAYBE 2 of them. At 5:30 a.m. the cashier was very nice. read more
