Has a small play area for kids but NO changing tables whatsoever. Also you have to ask them to unlock the bathroom doors in the play area, a real inconvenience when you have kids and the employees are busy. I believe they should have just made the play area for the kids bigger since there hardly anyone that goes inside. The loss of public interaction is a joke, you have to use a kiosk. read more

I visit McDonald's is Santa Maria California on the corner of betteravia and blosser every week after my kids gymnastics class and there is an exceptional lady by the name of Viviana that works there. She has an amazing attitude, great customer connection, super helpful and just an all around amazing person. Well why would I give the number for the combo if I didn't want to order the combo. Makes no sense, second they just always push the large size. If I want a large I will ask. This is rough and unfortunate as I want to come in for my favorite chicken sandwich from time to time as I head down the central coast, but some serious barriers get in the way of that, namely, cleanliness & normal healthy protocols. Hubby went and got lunch, 2 Happy Meals for grandsons, a McChicken for myself and a 1/4 der med combo. He got home and missing his 1/4 der. So I call just to put on alert, cause he didn't receive a receipt either (hmmm how would you prove anything). Ask for manager. Girl said can I help you, not recognizing herself as a manager or even her name. So I proceed to tell her so she could just alert her staff. She apologized and said he could come back.....too frustrated at this point. I said no, just wanted to let you know so you can pass on..... That's when the canned McDonald's response came out.... Is just me or when you order the chicken nuggets they seem dryed out, you need a gallon of dipping sauce. You order a 20 piece Mcnuggets and get 3 sauces?? Who monitors the dipping sauce orders is there a shortage in stock?? I would not doubt the nuggets are not really fresh at all and just sit underneath a warmer based on the dryness. I give it one star because they are quick and always get my order right. My only complaint, which happened today, is I asked what the plant-based patty is made of and I felt like I was speaking another language. I even spelled out P-L-A-N-T, and the worker went on about their desserts. Please train your employees on new menu items. Went in to get a soft cone... had a line with maybe 6 and one cashier working register. A guy asked if I needed help using the order machine. I politely said 'no thank you. My taxes pay her wages so I will let her take my order. After the line started to grow, I ask the gal at the register if she could request another cashier? All she said was -- 'nothing '. I ask the guy helping people if he could take my order and his remark was 'I only check out people that are using the machine'. WTF!! 13 minutes later I finally got my simple cone. Ordered through drive through and always have to pull over on the side. There's not much room when you have the vehicles pull on the side. October 2018 I go inside for breakfast w/ family and the young employee brings our food and places it on table kind of rough spilled hot coffee all over me. He didn't apologize just walked away & had another employee clean up everything. My legs were burning. Just recently I go and eat lunch with my daughter and I are abd friends. The same employee brings us the food I ask if he had an napkins on him and told us to look over by the soda machine and go grab some. How rude. The only thing I like s how it was remodel. Very disappointed, after years and years of visiting this location. I wanted to buy gift cards, but they told me that they weren't accepting atm or credit cards payments for gift cards. They take atm and credit cards for all other purchases, at best a lousy policy, especially since the manager knows me by name. I had planned to buy 25- 25 dollars gift cards and still do just won't be a McDonald's gift card. I'll give them the "Golden Grinch" award. read more

Food was great, However, I ordered a McChicken with no mayo and when I received it, it had LOTS of mayo. I went back to ask them for a new one. The manager Jimena was very rude, she insisted that I did not order "no mayo". She finally agreed to get me a new one. When she came back she practically threw the sandwhich on the counter and left without saying a word. So disrespectful! I am appalled that the managers have TERRIBLE customer service, especially that woman! One of the worst experiences I've ever had yet again with the Fesler McDonald's. Not only is the management mainly the general manager very unprofessional but rude as well and clearly has no clue how to run the store nor his crew who spends more time holding up the counters. Only staff I've really ever seen do any kinda work is the maintenance guy who works hard cleaning and a few of the crew managers that do take pride in there work. The food on the other hand is nasty uncooked and quit disturbing that they allow food like this to be given to customers. This alone screams someone needs to check to see what it is this cooking staff knows about running a grill not only was meat not cooked fully but fries were so very salty and greasy. Plus the tomatoes in Hamburg had a harsh odor and the trash was a better fit for this food then my tummy huge thumbs down and very disappointed over all. Waste of money read more
