My experience here left me somewhat disappointed. While I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of RBB was good (modern, trendy, stylish), the service was incredibly slow. It took nearly 45 mins for my food to arrive, only for me to receive the wrong order. I ordered the veggie burger and received a beef burger instead. However, the waitress was quick to remedy this, and had the correct order within a few minutes afterwards. The food was very filling and tasted fresh. Maybe I just went here on a bad night, but if it's slow like this all the time, be prepared for a long wait. Slow service, but at least the waiters and waitresses are friendly.

It came to 11$ and it was worth every single penny! The cheese made the squeeky sound, the fries were crispy on the outside and nice and melty on the inside and the sauce was thick and flavourful. The really surprising thing is that every single fry is perfectly coated with gravy! No dry fries! There was also a very generous serving of bacon/sausage which was also evenly distributed. It can be hard to spot if you're not looking for it, as it's just a small stop on the side of the road. It seems like it's popular among locals, as we saw a few people who left the restaurant on foot and a bicyclist. They have a little terrasse, which is a nice option in the summer. We shared a large bacon and sausage poutine, which satisfied my poutine craving in a way it has never before. I usually feel bloated and disgusting after eating poutine, but all I felt was joy and elation. The cheese was as squeaky as could be, and the gravy perfected coated EVERY SINGLE FRY. It's not unusual to be served a poutine with gravy slabbed on the top, so that you end up with sad dry fries at the bottom. NO DRY FRIES. Also, the outside was crispy and the inside was fluffy and hot. And this was all topped off with a very generous serving of sausage and bacon! If you are in the area, Chez Aline is a MUST.
