This is the worst McDonalds. They price gouge and nickel and dime you to death. Their most recent scam is up charging for drinks. Want a large unsweet tea? $.20 up charge. Want a chocolate milk with your happy meal? $.20 up charge. Oh and then they don't give you the chocolate milk. So done with this location ripping me off. read more

Rachel the manger is very nice and made sure our order was right and also not cold. Thank you McDonald's make sure to give her a raise for excellent customer service and working hard Good job read more

They can't walk and chew gum at the same time, horribly slow service. Slow slow slow slow.

Consistently leave items out of curbside orders, there slow and have always shorted us on condiments we paid extra for. This is a terribly run location!!! read more

Eff this Mcdonalds man! I waited in that long A** loline for 45 minutes for them to not even put my order in the system so when I finally make it to the window to pay they tried to have me pull forward and wait another 20 minutes read more

I always come to this location it's fairly close to me. The drive thru was fast and quick. Little to no wait time today and the food was good I didn't see anything out of the norm. My order was correct as well.. the young lady with orange hair at the first window is always smiling that's a plus for customer service. read more

I'd rather order from a robot... they would probably get my order right. This place has absolutely no remorse for screwing up your food every time. read more

McDonald's - the menus on the side of the truck - Fast Food Near Me - Sachse, Texas

Terrible experience in the drive through. My wife ended up paying for the wrong order due to the incompetence of the employee working the drive through. They still got her order wrong at the food window. She was asked to park. An employee eventually came out with a drink, which was the wrong drink. She ended up having to go inside to try and settle the situation and she was accused by the manager of trying to steal food by saying that they'd already given her the food. After further explanation she was given her order but on the drive home discovered that not only her drink was wrong, but they left the drink box out of the kids meal and forgot the sauce for the nuggets. Very disappointed in this location. I can see why it only has 1.5 stars. Avoid this location and head to Burger King. read more

Seems like they have new management. Today is the second time a very unpolite and impatient person takes my order. It got to the point I had to ask her to be more patient and wait. When I got my order I had to return because it was wrong. Half the fries, and not the hamburger I wanted. Seems like retaliation on a customer if he does not praise your low standards. read more

McDonald's is so awesome!!! When I go inside the place it's so nice. You can take a order from a big tablet and that was cool. And it delivers it to us but there were two issues 1. The person that was serving didn't give us enough silverware because Me, My Daughter, and her two friends all wanted hot cakes and we all wanted silverware so it would be dumb not to give more silverware but wait till the next one it's worse. 2. My daughter and her friends were playing on the touch 2 play tablets and there was a table with only two seats and there was three of them so My daughter gets a chair and those chairs are t THE LOUDEST chairs I have ever heard there were some elderly in there and they even thought those chairs were loud. So please get some more quieter chairs so you can stop disrespecting the elderly. Thank you for reading!!! Hopefully someone responds to this review! read more

I stop at this McDonalds twice a year. My class does a food observation where we place different types of food in jars and watch the breakdown process. I always pick up a burger, fries and chicken nuggets for our observations. Every time I stop here they are so friendly. In the afternoon and evenings its mainly teenagers working. Most of them Sachse High School students. The drive through is always pretty quick and they rarely screw up an order. Im not big on fast food but if I had to eat something Id probably try their salad. It would be nice if they had a few more healthy options like Wendy's does. read more

Not a frequent McDonald's eater but after months, I've came back and to my disappointment, the service was terrible. My order was wrong and when I commented on the website since their number wasn't posted on the website yet, the manager promptly tried to call me about the problem... but being at work, she left me a voicemail so she could talk about my messed up coffee... I didn't order coffee, my complaint was actually about fries... I'm not that upset since I don't even eat McDonalds often but they no longer deserve 5 stars for service. read more

Drive-thru madness. I ordered a medium fry with two burgers and then a combo which includes a fry. After being made to wait in one of the set aside sections I get my order. It's missing a fry. I'm on a time crunch so I leave the car where it's at run inside and let the manager know I'm missing a fry. Normally they would take care of it due to THEIR mistake but not in this case. The manager instead has me go back out to my car to get money to pay for another fry because they forgot to charge. Unbelievable. Now I'm not just late. I'm EXTRA late. So much for fast food. I won't be back to this one. There are plenty of other McDs. read more

Proof that you cannot polish a turd. This place sucks worse now than it did before the remodel. It's cramped, no room to wait for your order with the other 5 people waiting on orders. Rude cashier...dude, if you hate your job, find another one. No ice in the machines, soda over carbonated, order was almost right but took entirely too long to make it. Get rid of your covid-magnet playground you just put in and focus back on trying to be a non-crappy McDs. read more

Just like Paje said in her review. This McDonald's location is taking money from people. I ordered a burger & added some items on top. They brought me the basic burger without added the items that I originally requested. When asked to correct the order, they wanted me to pay for the extra items a SECOND time. I have a printed receipt of my order, yet they refused to give me what I paid for. 0 stars read more

McDonald's - Messed up order, refused to fix it. - Fast Food Near Me - Sachse, Texas

Tonight, only car in drive thru, ordered 3 hot chocolate's get home and they gave me 3 coffees. How hard is it ?

My wife and I stopped in for a quick treat while we were out. I ordered a small Oreo McFlurry. What I received was McFlurry that was about 3/4 of the way full, with another portion of it smeared inside the plastic lid. The McFlurry was more of a McMessy. The taste of the McFlurry was bland. Also I was given no napkins even though we asked. Part of the McFlurry was on the handle of the fancy square spoon and part of the cup. I used some tissues I had in the car to wipe down the cup and the spoon. My wife and I were in a hurry so we did not have a chance to speak to anyone about the issues. This McDonald's is fairly busy being right off Hwy 78. The drive thru was quick. The person who took our order was friendly. The service person nice was nice that gave us our order and told us to have a great day. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's!! From the rude employees to not getting your food order correct when they hand you the order. Then when you tell them it's wrong get glared at?! Pretty sad to have a McDonald's like that around here. Even asked for sauce and they gave me attitude. I'm like really I'm here buying food, quit your job if you're so miserable! Bad bad. read more

I used the mobile ordering feature for lunch for myself and my kids. I'm never sure if this is a time-saver or not. The line looked long in the drive-thru so it seemed like a good option. We hadn't waited long when I saw an employee making his way to my car. He had my drink tucked between his chest and arm so he could hold the bags. I'd never really thought about it until the moment that my soda was caressing this man's breast, what happens to our drinks before we meet them? When he handed me my bags, he wondered aloud if someone had put straws inside. He said he wasn't sure then wished me good luck as he shuffled away. I don't think he wanted to go back in there, you guys. Kid's meal was missing her fruit but for some reason we got a second toy in the regular bag. Is that you, toy fairy? I see you. read more

Food was mediocre as always. The only reason we stopped in is for my son. Now for sanitation reasons I don't know if I'll be back to this location. There was mold coming out of coke spigots, debris all over floors, nothing had been wiped down or restocked in sometime. Lack of enthusiasm and caring from the crew was evident by the way this establishment looked and ran. read more

I went thru drive-thru. Ordered: Happy kids meal 20 mcnuggets Mcdouble i then added 2 medium fries to my order when I went to pay. The guy gave me the food and I asked if my 2 medium fries were in the bag (since I ordered last minute) & he said "yea yea" sounding sure but not sure. I for my bag & immediately felt like it didnt have the weight of food I ordered. I pulled to a lot and parked. Checked my food, and I was missing 2 fries & 20mcnuggets! Went back in & they were quick to get me my foof & it was hot. But wow I cant believe like half my oder was missing. Wont be back, never had this happen before. Good news they made the mcdouble correctly. read more

When your staff don't know what a double cheeseburger is - an item that has been on Mickey D's menu for 20+ years - and then take a regular cheeseburger, that's already been sitting for a while, open it up and slap on another piece of meat and cheese and don't even attempt to melt the cheese, serving you a semi warm/cold burger with a slice a cold cheese..... you know you are at the wrong McDonalds..... When I ordered the double cheeseburger in the drive-thru and she said "You mean a McDouble?" I knew there was no way I was going to get this order and enjoy it. In fact, it's rare that you get anything from any fast food restaurant and actually enjoy the food these days - you just eat it because you're in a hurry and it's not worth your time to complain. The staff were also childish, giggling and obviously careless of my order. I have heard that the inside decor of this restaurant is gorgeous, but that's also typical for McDonalds - they care more about how things look than how it tastes. I really hated to see MD's even coming to Sachse because there's one just down the street in both Wylie & Garland if I ever have a craving (which would be almost never) and we certainly don't need another fast food business ANYWHERE, but it's there now, making the city "tax" money, so what can you do? The once lovely small town of Sachse is no more. If you like fast food and automotive services, then you'll love this town. read more

Drove from the McDonald's in Garland to this location due to lack of mcrib buns. Waited in line for a long time. Got to the window & there's no record of my order! All I wanted was a mcrib meal with an extra mcrib for $1!!!! The kid put in my order, the manager was running the window at an extra slow pace, the line was backed up around the building & I bring home two mcribs. Oneon a plain bun & the other on a sesame bun. They have ruined my mcrib experience that I've waited all season for. DONE read more

McDonald's - Poor excuse for mcribs. Wrong buns, no warning. This is what o waited all season for??? - Fast Food Near Me - Sachse, Texas

It's fast food. We get it. So when you ask me to wait 15 minutes for my food, not even being what I originally wanted, because you are switching menus; we are already not off to a good start. 15 minutes and you have nothing you can serve inbetween then?? Not only this, but for the second night in a row I told I can only pay with cash. Not an issue for me. But I know I am not the only person able to pay cash- how do you run a business without being able to fix your issues on a daily basis and not accommodate everyone?! AND the guy working the drive through didn't come off as caring in the slightest- I guess I wouldn't if I was earning minimum wage either... I usually come here through the drive through. Every time if I don't check then I don't get sugar or creamer for my coffee. Once in a while, due to time and circumstance, the Industrial Food Complex swallows you up. It is like the BORG, sooner or later, you get assimilated. Well this mc Donald's is officially now taking money from people , total on the drive thru screen showed 11.29 and pulled to the window and then was asked to pay 12.50 , after my grandma said I thought it was 11.29 he said "tax" bs never had this problem where we got a different price at the window then the drive thru screen , as he gave us "change" he smirked and seemed to be laughing inside . Stay far away I have been through worse at this McDonald's but me coming back again because it's 3 minutes from my house. read more

I had to stop and lunch for my friend and I so, I came here because it was close and convenient. For lunchtime, it wasn't busy at all. There were two lanes for the drive thru, which is great for the flow of traffic. Looking at then menu, I couldn't find the single items by itself. I usually just get a happy meal (it makes me happy!) but I was looking to see if this McDonald's had the deal for 10 or 20 nuggets. I never did see the price so I just order 10 nuggets with large fries. Fries were hot and crispy and order was correct. It tasted like McDonald's and my friends baby ate his nuggets! read more

I'm tired of coming after 2am and them telling me that they are "only accepting cash" so they can pocket it or that they are "changing menus so they can't take orders at the moment" what is the 24 hour drive through for if I can't even be served? Very displeased with my order. The food that I received was cold and the burger in that order looked like it had been dunked in mustard. I didn't even finish it because half way through all of the mustard came dripping out of it and on to my cloths that are now in the trash.
