Stopped by to grab lunch, this location is basically a drive thru only location, you can go in and order on the automated kiosk and pick up at a counter when they call you. I did the drive through, it wasn't busy at 1ish. Staff for the visit was friendly, wait between windows were not bad, drove home not even 5 mins away and discovered fries were cold and sandwich was kinda warm. Typical McDonald's. When I tell you the service and hospitality here is 5 star. It's a new building. Just opened 3 weeks ago. Inside, there is no front counter. It's elevated Service Experience. You place your own order at the kiosk. You pay at the kiosk. It accepts cash, credit or Apple Pay. If you dine in, like I did- they bring your food to ups your table. The female crew member -Joyce is a rock star. Talking to customers. Checking to see if we have everything we need. Just hospitable. The store is clean and inviting. But it's cold in the dining room. This is by far the worst McDonalds location I've ever been to. First, if you try to order in the app, honey mustard and sweet tea are not even available on the app even though they are in the restaurant. Even if I tell them at the drive thru that I want the tea to be sweet and honey mustard, they still can't seem to get it right. Secondly, I live very close to this McDonalds so I've been there multiple times. Every time I go, my order is wrong. Even when I order in the app they screw it up. This McDonalds is a prototype that doesn't have cashiers or drink fountains, so don't even consider going inside to eat. It's a joke! I will gladly drive to the McDonalds that's 6 miles from me now because this place is horrible. Such a shame for a brand new restaurant!! read more

There is a reason why this location is rated so low. My order is always wrong, and for some reason, the drive-through employees are rude and try to rip you off. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a filet o fish meal. The cashier said "you got the quarter pounder, right" and I said yes. When I got to the next window, the woman (who looked like a manager) gave us 1 filet o fish meal and 1 medium fry. She was reluctant to reopen the window and acted like she didn't hear me say excuse me. Then, she acted as if she didn't believe me, even when the cashier verified it. She asked me to move to position 1. I waited for 15 minutes before going in. Once I entered the restaurant, I heard the worker with red cornrows cursing at a customer. I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my daughter's food. This should never occur. Customers service is of the utmost importance. Do better!! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with how this McDonald's handled my son's job interview process. He is 17 years old and legally eligible to work at McDonald's in North Carolina. He scheduled an interview, missed school to attend, and when he arrived, the hiring manager immediately dismissed him without even conducting the interview. If they weren't hiring minors, why allow him to schedule an interview in the first place? That is a waste of time and extremely unprofessional. When I called the store to speak with the manager, the staff refused to put her on the phone, made excuses, and then hung up on me when I asked again. Now, they are ignoring my calls entirely. This is completely unacceptable behavior. What bothers me most is that my son is autistic, and I can't help but wonder if that factored into how he was treated. The hiring manager didn't even attempt to interview him--she took one look at him, asked his age, and immediately dismissed him. I sincerely hope this wasn't a case of discrimination, but the way he was treated raises concerns for me as a parent. If this is how they treat job applicants, I can only imagine how they treat employees and customers. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. read more

The last 3 times I've visited this branch there has always been a problem. It took a long time to get a botched order. Second time order wrong again. Last order was a poor excuse for a biscuit. I have never had such a bad visit as this branch gives! Needless to say, I won't ever come back to this one.
