UPDATE: The new staff keep making mistakes and the juice is all water. This location has always been decent. Nothing to write home about but nothing bad. My one complaint would be the wait at the drive thru is always long, but at least my order is always correct and I can understand the person at the window. read more

For fast food in a small town this McDonalds is excellent. For McDonalds in general, the food is better than most. Usually a clean restaurant, except during a rush. The only downsides are they can get quite busy and fell victim to a trendy corporate layout that traded table space for urban-inspired garbage "seating". read more

Stopped here to grab a bite on the way home. Sign said "for faster service, order at Kiosk." We ordered and the kiosk did not print a receipt. The manager (Ethan) printed off an order slip, asked if it was the correct one and gave it to me. I asked if it was for me to keep. He said it was. We proceeded to wait for over 25 minutes. Three kiosk orders came and went. When I asked about our order, apparently the slip Ethan gave me was the one they needed to pack the order! We paid over $60, waited over 30 minutes, never received our drinks, AND the order was COLD and it was WRONG! Of course we were already back on the road before we noticed, and didn't have any more time to waste. Horrible food, questionable service and ill-skilled management. Do not recommend. read more

Sometimes you have people who take pride in their work, others work at this McDonald's. service is super incredibly hit or miss. the food is almost always wrong. they have forgotten the egg in a sausage egg McMuffin more times than I can count. their Sprite is almost always out and is gross. occasionally it's good. but as a whole not good. and at shift change forget about it. way too many cooks in the kitchen. it looks like a high school hallway between classes. and no one is working. read more

I came here with my friend in the morning before class. We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 meals, 2 number twos and a number 7 with a smoothie. When we went to pay the lady didn't get the number 7 and told us to go back thru the line to get our order instead of just adding it... and she was extremely rude about it! We ended up having to go in to place an order and no one came to the front to take our order; we ended up ordering on the digital screens and waited 15 minutes for 2 flipping burritos with no warning!! Your typical McDonalds. Nice building, you can tell it is newer. The cashier and staff were all forced friendly and welcoming. Our order took awhile to get. The staff were all freaking out a bit- you could hear them behind the counters- sounded like the world might be ending because they were backed up. Maybe someone called in, maybe something broke. I went to this McDonald's this morning, when I pulled out my debt card to hand to the young white girl at the window she pulled the whole credit card machine out the window for ME to put into the machine and she had gloves on. I at first I thought maybe it is their way of preventing infection of Cornoviurs. When I pulled to the window to get my food I checked my side mirror to see if the car pulling behind me would have to pay the same way I did because they are white and I am black. SAD TO SAY!!! The young white girl put her whole arm out the window and took the white guys card and the white ladies card that pulled up behind him. I watched it all. I complained to the person that handed me my food and she apologize. Sorry! I am asking that anyone conscious person and/or person of color to please stop spending your money at this McDonald's. Food is McDonald's quality but they always shut their outdoor lights off when they get busy to keep more people from coming, and then get rude to the customers. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me being busy should be expected if you're working at a popular fast food chain that's easy access from the highway. read more

The absolute worst McDonald's period. Every time we go I have to have a family member check the bags of food in the drive thru to make sure we got everything we ordered and paid for. About 90% of the time they short us on food, I have never received more food always less. read more
