Terrible. Ordered breakfast on the app 20 mins before 10:30, arrived at the restaurant to no order and the drive thru person saying they can't ring it. She changes her mind then rerings the breakfast. Tells us to pull around and wait. Manager comes out 15 mins later saying they have no breakfast. Absolutely terrible. read more

Employees more concerned about their kids and their family they have in the dining area than your food . Not many businesses where you can have a daycare and family reunion and get paid to do it. read more

i went to mcdonald's to get something for my grandmother, i told them no onions or mustard and they gave me a plain cheeseburger, let alone i went there once and asked for the same and they gave me just bread, ketchup, and pickles. the workers inside take forever to take an order or just give you the food in general. read more

Place is a mess. Totally chaos. Orders wrong. Food and drinks missing when they called our number. Nobody even apologized. Not. One. Time. read more

Do you want shitty service, do you want mediocre food, do you want to hear a bunch of employees win a match 2k22 on the ps4 during the working hours while there are 10 people in the drive-thru line. Well then look no further than this McDonald's in Pontotoc, only here is where you can be treated like shit while enjoying the top grade of mediocrity food. read more

Terrible service manager look at me trying to get her attention to ask for my drink, looked away and ignored me. But they continued to talk and sing and and dance with the employees. Worst service I have ever received and will never be back I suggest you look for a different place to eat. read more

The service really sucks and the management is terrible. They are always rude and never get anything right. The only time you get good service from this place is when those twin girls are working. They should be moved into the management position. read more

The service here is almost always rude, this is one of the only McDonald's close to where I live so we go here a lot. You usually end up having wait (not always a long time) for whatever food you order. The ice cream machine really is always broken the last few times we've went for breakfast all they've had is sausage McGriddles or sausage and biscuits. Overall, just not a great McDonalds read more

I wish I had something great to overshadow the bad reviews this establishment has received... but I don't. Drive thru is supposed to be 24/7 open but they say come back at 5 am?! Since when does any Mcdonalds do this?! Pathetic. Short staffed or not, make it work. read more

I don't understand why y'all charge for sauces when y'all make a billion a day. How am I supposed to buy a $.35 sauce when I barely have enough to feed myself, and I'm not the only one. Do better . read more

Hit and miss, mostly miss. Employees are rude ( not all but most ) and the food is meh most of the time and don't even get me started on the drinks. read more

The McDonald's in pontotoc is the worst I've ever done business with. Supposed to be open 24 hours! That's a joke. Get your order right? That's a joke. Treat you with respect. That's not even been taught to the employees at this one show how can they show it? I've been disrespected for the last time trying to get a dog gone chicken nugget and a pie. Didn't have either at 10 pm this night. Ice cream machine broken as usual. Lobby closed. Can't get served at all after midnight even though there are people inside by the cars still there but can't get them to the window. I've spent my last dime there. My entire family will never spend another penny at this one in pontotoc! Whoever does the hiring and training for that place should be fired. Racist and disrespectful and thats why those lot will never be anything but what they are now, sorry employees making easy money with as little work possible. Hudson Corp you need to redo the personal since you redid the building! read more

This morning I ordered two egg mvmuffins from drive through then received them without the ham on them. Return them to the manager where by she tried to place the ham on both and give back. I had taken a bite from one and opened the other. This is a health code violation. Watch out if you eat there. read more

Worst service ever. Dining room is open at 5am Monday-Thursday, yet they had it locked at 7am and were utilizing drive thru only. The drive thru line wasn't too long but I soon realized they were only taking the orders of people in the second lane. So we were all forced to back up and go to the second line. Not at all apologetic and the coffee was ice cold. read more

If there was an option for no star, that's what this place would get! Service started out fine. Then proceeded to fix our drinks. The machine was out of ice. I asked the employee if they had ice. She said no, they were out of ice. I pointed to a machine that was full of ice and asked "what is that?"; Another employee was standing there and made the remark "it's a machine". I replied a machine full of ice. The first employee made a hateful remark "I said we were outta ice!".. words were exchanged. Manager NEVER came out! Then our food was ready and it was slammed on the counter in to go bags yet we were eating inside. The manager, very hatefully asked if we got our milk. I said no. She put it on the counter and I jerked it away. No, I did not jerk from her - just off the counter. Of course, the manager had to make the comment that I didn't have to jerk it from her? Couldn't let me walk away, she had to act like the teenagers! Sat down and a third employee brought 4 trays (I guess each one of us was gonna use our own tray) and said "I'm so sorry". No, not a nice way.. being very sarcastic. I pushed them away and said no thanks. We finished our meal and left. Lots of issues here... I'm the customer. Whether I'm rude or not, I simply asked for ice? When you see a bin full of ice, you are curious to know why they are out when that was clearly full. I don't work there, I don't know what it's used for?? There was absolutely no reason for the second employee to hatefully remark "it's a machine"! SHE was in the wrong! Once I replied, the first one threw her two cents in and made it worse. And finally instead of the manager keeping her mouth shut, she acted just like the teenagers! All the rudeness is the very reason they are advertising "Now hiring"! Yes I was rude. Could I have been nicer? Yes. Did they have any reason to be so disrespectful?? NO! I asked two questions? Thankfully I do not eat there very often and this experience reminded me of why!! Sorry McDonalds but this is the worse customer service! The "cleanliness" of the restaurant is a completely different post!! It rates a 1 star.. it was trashy and tables were in a mess.. (garbage bin full of garbage sitting there when we came in and when we left. It was pulled out and tied up sitting in front of the bin..in the way)..Disgusting and rude customer service! read more

I stopped here on my last trip through Pontotoc. The restaurant is relatively new, but the service counter is the worst I have ever seen at a McDonalds. The Wendy's just up the street is a far better place to stop. read more

Food was pretty good, but had to wait for the staff to get through gossiping to take my order. It only took 45 minutes for the 15yr old girl to walk over to the counter and stand there. Another 10 minutes for her to actually stop talking and ask me for my order. 5 minute wait for food. Seriously? read more

Worst mcdonalds ever. Be prepared to sit or stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes no matter what you order.

When you go to McDonald's in Pontotoc if you want a milkshake ice-cream or frappe they never have it. They always say the machine is broke down or they're not serving it at this time. I get so ill and frustrated going there because of lazy employees that don't want to do their complete job. All they want to do is serve burgers fries and soft drinks and that's it they don't want to go through the effort of fixing someone a milkshake or a frappe. If you don't want to do your job then set your ass at home because you're not doing worth a s*** at McDonald's in Pontotoc. If you want to keep your job at McDonald's learn how to do your job and do it right and have some pride in what you do. read more

I ordered a fish sandwhich feb 6th 2019 at pontotoc mcdonalds. After paying for my meal i asked for tarter sauce for my fish sandwich and was told it would cost me extra for something i just paid for! After being lied to i asked to speak with a general manager which they denied to give me the name of the G.M. i took the order back and got a refund. I also asked the crew who their names were and their clock # which they also denied to give me. I can say for a FACT ILL NEVER EAT AT PONTOTOC MCDONALDS or any affiliated mcdonalds with the pontotoc store. This is by far the worst service and rudest people at the pontotoc McDonalds location. Ill make sure someone handles the employees who denied me any and all the information i asked for. I also called them and recorded the conversation i had with the employees one man one girl manager. Both will be in hot water when im done with them. My advice to anyone reading this is Stay AS FAR AWAY FROM PONTOTOC MCDONALDS ON HWY 15. read more

This establishment should be incredibly embarrassed for their treatment to individuals who have service animals. My father-in-law walked in with his prosthetic leg visibly showing and his highly trained and vested service dog. The incredibly rude "manager" screamed across the restaurant that he couldn't have his dog inside. My father-in-law calmly explained that this was his service dog and under federal law, he could in fact, have his service animal with him. ALSO, it is technically illegal if he is VISIBLY disabled for her to ask if his dog is a service dog. This individual decided she was going to threatened call her "ownership" and the cops. They then decided it would be a good idea to talk negatively of my veteran father-in-law while his wife stood by. Threatening to call the cops of a paying patron veteran with a service animal. Absolutely disgusted by you and your "ownership". The attempts made by anyone to reach out to him have been absolute bullshit. I wish and pray you get all the negative attention that this can muster up so that no one with half a brain visits your establishment. read more
