Probably my favorite McDonald's location. The food is always consistently fresh and the workers are very pleasant. I always have a McHappy day here. read more

The worse service on weekends. I was told at the window that I ordered the wrong thing when I said I had ordered an UNsweet tea. The girl told me that is not what is on the screen. I told her what I ordered and she told me another three times I was wrong. I asked for her manager and she shut the window. I stayed there, she opened it and said pull forward. I said again I would like to speak with her manager. She shut the window in my face again after telling me to pull forward. Her manager came to the window and apologized and handed me a tea. She asked what else I needed and I told her my order. I have not been back since. The rude service has happened many times and I no longer will use their services. Not to mention the food is always cold and dry on the weekends. The morning shift is wonderful. read more

We went through the drive through and it took about 20 minutes for an order of 3 items. We had to park and wait. Plus the car behind us parked next to us and received their food first and left before we got anything. Worst McDonalds in Missouri ! read more

Went to get ice cream on 4th of July. Waited on the right side drive through lane for 15 minutes while they kept taking orders on the left. 5 cars went in front of us while we waited for our order to be taken. Finally got someone to take our order and the ice cream machine was conveniently down. Not going back. read more

I'm a big fan of McDonald's but this is one of the worst McDonald's ever they make you wait in line forever they're rude and I've gone back multiple times to give him the benefit of the doubt and today was the last straw they kept taking them for drive-through order one dinner so I just sat there and wait and wait and wait forget them adoption the drive-through one is more for than drives to . I guess said I'm never going back to this one that was final straw and I stop there every day read more

Worst McDonalds I have ever had. I gave them 5 chances FIVE! After the first 3 I called the manager after the fourth I called corporate after the fifth I quit eating there. There is a Sonic right next door that is always good, fresh, and correct. The McDonalds never gave me a burger that wasn't burnt, fries that were fresh (or the right size) and of the 5 times I went there not once was my order correct, the dining room clean, or the employees polite. If you must have McDonalds spend the half hour and drive to the one on Rice rd. in Lee's Summit where you will actually get what you ordered and what you paid for. read more

Waited 30 minutes for a chocolate milkshake - yikes! The first shake they tried to give me was vanilla because "the machine ran out of chocolate sauce". Well - fix it then before you serve your customers. Geez. read more

No manager on duty kids were supposed to be working in and out all the time and the one person who has a McDonald's shirt on those stretch pants which are not appropriate there were two young adults who were throwing pennies with other people in the restaurant so this store has really salty food we got old coffee we got really old price and the saltiest double cheeseburger I've ever eaten in my life I would not recommend it ever read more

It's clown food what can I say. I try not to eat fast food I normally feel bad physically for hours afterwards

We just had THE worst experience ever at McDonalds. They need to bring a manager or at least an assistant manager in around 3:30 on a Saturday. The floors and tables were extremely filthy. I placed our order inside at 3:34 and when we hadn't received it at 3:54 I went to ask about it. Everyone behind the counter was standing around talking about whether or not they had taken a break and when I was able to finally get someone's attention, after yelling quite loudly, I was told the cook hadn't put our chicken nuggets down so we were waiting in them. Seriously?? After waiting 20 minutes and the chicken nuggets hadn't even been dropped??? A gentleman came to the table apologizing and gave us some coupons for free meals and refunded our chicken order, which was a very nice gesture. However, when our food was finally brought out, well after 4:00, it wasn't even correct. They totally forgot my meal and when I gave them my receipt to show them what we had ordered, I was still given the wrong food. I do have to give the young lady with the long blonde hair credit for trying to make things right, but it really wasn't her place to have to do it. We make it a point to keep our business in Pleasant Hill, but we will never go back to that McDonalds again. With the eating area being as dirty as it was, I can only imagine what the cooking area looks like. I'm praying none of us get sick from eating there. read more

All due respect, every time we go there, there's an issue. Today we went through the drive thru, asked for "3 happy meals, 2 cheeseburger, and 1 chicken nuggets with 3 sprites, 20 piece chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder". Literally we pay, and are about to get the food, and they give us 1 happy meal and a chocolate milk, I then said "sorry ma'am, we need 2 more happy meals and this chocolate milk isn't ours " I give her my receipt, and she read the order loud and clear, and she tells us "you need to go around and order again" like it's common sense, if you worked there wouldn't you tell the costumer "could you please wait up front", but no we had to waste another 10 minutes trying to get the food, and once again they got our order wrong, we got all the other food, except the two happy meals. So then we ask once again, and we finally get it BUT, they legit gave us 3 cheese burger happy meals, and not even 1 chicken nugget happy meal, and didn't even give us the right amount of drinks. We told them, and they told us to wait, and it got frustrating so we left. We get home, my sons cheese burger happy meal is literally trashed and looks like they smashed the burger in the box, the quarter pounder didn't even have the pickles in the sandwich, it was under the sandwich, so it was a really frustrating 20 minutes. I hope they find a way to get the orders right. read more

Their shake machine is NEVER working and the kids that work there are rude. I told them my fries we're cold and the Dingus at the window turned and said "oh my God, her fries are cold. I could have jumped through the window. I also would have given no stars, won't let you. read more

HORRIBLE customer service including the managers. Reported to corporate. I hope that someone from your franchise comes in and cleans house.
