ordered my food and payed it took them longer than usual to get my food out to me. when I got home with my food I opened my Big Mac to nothing but the buns and patties and one piece of cheese. normally I have no issues with them getting me my order and it being correct but this just made me very upset cause I always have good experiences with this McDonalds but this made me disappointe. NO quality control on the weekends! NONE! Ordered 4 meals. One meal ordered was "cheese burgers with cheese and ketchup only on those burgers". Got home and had pickles and onions on them Apparently, the customers are NOT right at this McDonald's. Even worse, ordered a Coke, a Diet Coke, and two other drinks. The "Coke" tasted like it was 1/2 Coke and 1/2 Dr. Pepper poured through a dirty & rusty screen. After one sip, I poured this horrible liquid in my sink. Not many reviews but spot on. So, I came in here on the way home specifically to get a milkshake for my daughter. First we had gone to Wendy's and they were out of vanilla frosties. So here I was just to get the milkshake, and I came in and went straight to the kiosks where you can order right there. There were three of them, and so I ordered the milkshake seamlessly and then waited....and waited. Finally, I asked the woman behind the counter where the milkshake was, and she stared at me and said, "There's a sign that says no milkshakes." So I look back at the kiosks, and there is a paper sign perpendicular to the machines on one of the machines, not all three, and on the side of it, just a piece of standard sized paper taped to the side saying "no ice cream or shakes". So obviously I missed this, as I had entered the door and went straight to the kiosk and not the one with the sign. She said, "Well, that's too bad. There was a sign." So I was upset at this point and told her to ask someone else, so she did and the second female gave me the same "oh well" attitude. So I saw this guy behind the counter was witnessing this entire exchange, and he ushered me to the register, and said he would just give me my money back. What was so difficult about this? Why isn't the sign posted on the FRONT of the kiosk and on all three?!? Why am I being given such a hard time. You aren't going to give me the product, so refund me. Geez! 5 months ago and before, this McDonald's WAS flawless. It is now the worst McDonald's within 30 miles. For my last 5 breakfast meals there, I've had to wait an average of 24 minutes to eventually get my food. 24 minutes!! With 2 of those meals, I had to pull forward to wait for one (1) sandwich. I will never even try to eat here again. I encourage EVERYONE to find another McDonald's! read more

For a while, I have been going to this McDonald's. But for some reason the lines were going extremely slow today. I had to go inside after getting my order wrong, only to be met with a rude employee who proceeded to get the order wrong again. And after waiting a good 15-20 min for 2 cheeseburgers, when I got to the house and was about to eat the fries, there was A LEAF IN IT. So I don't recommend going to that McDonald's. read more

I came through the drive thru this morning. There was a truck in front of me with a rather large trailer. When I pulled to the order here board I heard no greeting from the staff. I waiting about a minute and spoke up. I said, hello? When the lady came over the speaker and told me "I'll be right with you". Was not the right answer. I don't know if she was feeling some type of way because of the trailer making the system ding and then not hearing me until I pulled up too but it was very rude. You're fast food and you telling me to wait? It's not even 6am yet and there's only two people in the line so what's the wait a min for? I don't know but I felt like it because the trailer on the truck made her think it was another vehicle and wasn't so she thought I was being rude. Needless to say I drove off after giving an ear full to the speaker. I was hungry and needed to get to work. I go there at least twice a week or more just for breakfast because there's never a wait. read more

If I could give a negative review, I would! We visited this store on 3/12/18 on our drive back to Atlanta. They mopped the floor with a solution that was so soapy and slippery and failed to put the caution sign in an area that would be visible to all, including those coming from the middle of store, where the bathroom was located. My 76 year old frail mother slipped and fell on the slippery floor and had to be taken to the ER in an ambulance. The store manager on duty that day, Charlie Davis, verbally told us that McDonald's would take responsibility since the fall happened in their store, but after the ER visit, they changed their story and gave us the run around about getting medical bills from the ER visit covered. Apparently this is not an uncommon thing there, as several customers came up to me while we were waiting for the ambulance that they have almost slipped on the floors in the past at this store. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you enjoy slips and falls. No hamburger in the world is worth the cost of physical injuries. read more
