I've had a few issues at this location but they are improving. there is an employee named April. she really went above and beyond her customer service with me. i am beyond impressed with April. i remember thinking to myself when she was helping me that if i owned my own business, i would try to steal her to work for me instead of working for you. jk jk jk. anyway, we always go to the McDonald's at 6003 Mobile hwy and are extremely happy with everything 95% of the time I would say 100% but we've experienced 1 or 2 mistakes. I miss the good ol' days when you ordered at the counter or at the drive thru menu board! Nowadays we're supposed to order on the "App." Well, I did this and headed to the drive thru to pick up my order. I had a number in the app I was instructed to provide when I arrived at the restaurant. It had been nearly 20 minutes since I placed the order. I gave my number to the order taker and waited about 20 minutes to get to the window. When I got there I was given my drinks and my money was taken. Then I was told to pull up to the next window. I followed the directions. After sitting at the window for about 15 minutes I honked the horn and the staff came and said they don't know how long it will take. Then a manager appeared and tried to help get our order together for us. The order was a couple of McChickens, a happy meal, fries, and a big arch. I was told by the manager it was the big arch that caused the extreme delay. She offered some dessert for the delay. About an hour after ordering I was finally on my way. This place is busy. Some folks got their orders when they arrived at the window. We didn't. But, the manager was professional and did her best to handle things. The food was hot and fresh when we got it. The big arch was not bad, very different than the Big Mac, but good. Everything else was exactly as expected. read more

Have been yelled at numerous times over messed up orders and they straight up ignore customers and play on their phones. I usually don't waste my time writing reviews on McDonald's but some things need to be said... I figured since I've been waiting in line at the drive thru for almost 15 mins I would have time to write this review. Let my put me car in Park. Your customer service is that of the worst I've ever seen from a McDonald's and that's sad because there are too many to count. Oh... the lady at the drive thru said it's like that all the time. Every time I come here I can expect to wait in the drive through for 15min or inside for the same. The sad thing is that the next closest McDonald's is only a smidgen faster. I know McDonald's is too established to ever reach back to a frustrated customer like myself but I'll leave them with this.... better employee training with dealing with customers... teach your managers your proven process that gets orders out fast... train your employees harder, hold expectations. Unfortunately I have to echo the poor comments made by my comrades. I stopped eating chain meals because they are now way overpriced for the food quality and poor service. There was no one in the drive thru line when I arrived. Ordered the double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. Paid promptly pulled up to the window and was told to go to parking slot #2...from there I waited between 10-15 minutes for someone to slowly walk my order to my car. It was cold and inedible. The best part of my burger was the pickles. The fries were cold and have been so for quite some time. I fed a few of them to my dogs as well as the burger patties and threw the remainder of my meal in the trash and dumped by drink down the sink. What a way to waste $14. read more

We normally go there at least once or twice a week and every time we go the service gets worse and worse today it pissed me off specifically because this woman touched in her nose and then touched my food and drink I'm sorry but with this pandemic going on people in the food industry have to be more careful with how they handle the food they should either be wearing mask or wearing gloves then she used her nose ring as an excuse but I also have a nose ring and I know how to itch my nose without getting germs on my fingers or hands if you don't know how to do that you shouldn't be wearing your jewelry while working if you do not know how to properly handle it read more

Sat at the drive thru for 18 minutes waiting for them to get our order correct then we were told that a manager had to approve the transaction because it was over $50. SERIOUSLY?? SINCE When?? My husband VERIFIED the size of the drinks and fried with the man that took the cash, he said it was all correct. They have rebuilt this McDonald's, but the customer service is still as horrible as it always was. I actually went there on April 4th 2019 and ordered a number 3 combo which is a Double Quarter Pounder meal. Upon eating this burger I noticed the meat was raw. I did not have time to return to the store so I called the restaurant. The manager (Lynn) told me that I was required to save the food until I returned again. But I was only allowed 24 hours for a replacement. What kind of customer service is this? You're forcing me to return to your store after I've had a bad experience? This restaurant and whoever is the franchisee, needs to learn a little bit more about pleasing your customer base. I was served a subpar product, and then was demanded that I come for a replacement within 24 hours. As far as I'm concerned I will never visit this restaurant again. I ordered a double quarter pounder, it only come with 1 patty, they said they will make it right this time, and 30 minutes passed, it's been sitting in their kitchen and it's already cold, it's not even busy in there, and they said they'll warm it up if it's cold, but it's been there for half an hour, shouldn't they warm it up right away and a least make some effort to apologize? Nice job, crew! I have to admit, I was reluctant. When I left Pensacola four years ago, this was one of my least favorite McDonald's. But this morning I 'm in town, and I needed breakfast, so I stopped. Everybody was very cheerful, I got what I ordered, and the manager even brought me my food and said if my iced coffee wasn't sweet enough he would take it back and sweeten it himself. So disappointed. They finally opened back up. Gave them a couple of weeks to get settled. Two days ago I got a fish sand. Not only did I have to warm it up but I had to add cheese. The tiny sliver they had on it didn't cover 1/3 of the sanwhich. Then we went back a couple of days later got another filet of fish and splurged on some fries. Fries were cold and hard the the sandwich was the same as a couple of days before. What did I learn? That the closing of McDonald's was a blessing cuz it led me to Burger King. read more

Worst customer service in Pensacola, they dont care if your food is cold, and if they short you a $5 item you have to jump through hoops to get it replaced. Long waits in drive through wrong orders, and cold food with crappy customer service is a good reason to go to whataburger, sonic, or Burger King. read more

From the start the staff at this McDonald's gave the worst impression. I walked in with my family at around 1850 and the employees very obviously talking about us in a negative way, this was including the manager. When they go hide behind a wall peeking around the corner giggling and laughing whispering for other employees to go over to join the shenanigans, it's pretty obvious. Then outside we asked if one of the employees could quickly wipe the tables off but it was clearly too daunting of a task for the girl in the pink shirt as she failed to wipe off of course the only table we where going to use. We ended up just getting the rag and doing it ourselves. In all, the food was great. The high school behavior the staff radiate is not so great, it is McDonald's but usually employees have some kind of class. read more

I was short a couple pennies for my order and the cashier was being very rude about it and kept "saying oh no it's fine" in the most sarcastic voice I've ever heard.
