Terrible customer service. Usually they are on their phones or dancing in the back, while there are a pile of cars lined up. They also dress in sweat pants and croks. It seriously looks like 9/10ths of the staff rolled right out of bed into the store to work. Most of them are very rude. read more

I dont know why I waste my time going to this place... You never have an order right! I ask and pay for a steak, egg, and cheese bagel so I should get what I ask and pay for! Don't tell me when I get to the window to pull forward because you are waiting for the steak and then give me BACON EGG AND CHEESE! WITH A BURNT BAGEL! The worst, slowest, and most incompetent McDonalds there is! AND YOU WANT $15 FOR MINIMUM WAGE!!! read more

McDonald's - a bacon and cheese sandwich on a bun - Burgers Near Me - Pennsville, New Jersey

Bathrooms are filthy. They need to really clean much better. We visit on our way on vacation and we may need to pick another spot.

Worst McDonalds I ever been to. They dump a ton of salt on your food. Salty everything including the staff. Poor customer service, rude, incompetent. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU DRIVE OR WALK AWAY! read more

Very nice, helpful staff........it is appreciated. My driver had a tire blow out. It smelled or burning rubber. We pulled into McDonald's lot. The lot was very clean. I saw employee cleaning. I had my pet carrier, suitcase etc. Traveling from out of state. I left belongings on front picnic table. I went in, bought one water. Outside at table I took a bit of time contacting another Driver. Staff from window saw my dilemma. They allowed a few extra minutes. Hey thanks for being kind. Karma goes a long way. read more

Would not recommend this restaurant. Food is decent, but one of the employees grabbed my upper thigh multiple times and asked for my phone number. 2 stars for ambience, though. read more

I hope corporate reads these reviews. I am utterly disgusted with the poor customer service and unsafe practices at the Pennsville NJ location. I was there at 6:49pm to retrieve my mobile order # HN48. This is the 6th time this exact incident has occurred, and I am sick and tired of it. The girl at the window gave the car ahead of me my order, I clearly watched the man rummage through the bag (I ordered 3 Large fries and 1 medium fry) He pulled out the medium fry with his hand over the top of the fry and said this isn't my order. The young lady replied, "I'm so sorry about that" She then gave him the correct order. Then he said, 'Well you might as well give me the fries that I touched all over", so she gave him the medium fry. I guess she put another medium fry in the bag. I get to the window, and she hands me the same bag. I said I know you're not giving me this when that man's whole hand was in this bag and the bag was in his car. She said "Yeah, but he gave it right back" I gave her the bag back and told her to get the manager. He comes and try to give me the bag back, I then try to dump it out he grabs it and said I can't let you do that and that he would dump it I told him I need to see it dumped. I told him in the age of Corona virus and people planting drugs such as Fentanyl and lacing snacks with marijuana, how dare they put my child's life at risk. He finally gets a trash can and dumps the fries. I had to pull over and wait for new fries to be made. I don't anyone there has OSHA training, and the servers are rude and disrespectful. I honestly wouldn't go there if not for my son who has Autism, he wants their fries every day. I go there 7 days a week (because I have no choice) I spend average minimum $15 per day Maximum $29 that's 365 days a year spending a minimum average of $5000 a year at a restaurant that has yet to provide satisfactory service. I even own stock in this subpar restaurant. If it's not the poor customer service, it's the unsafe practices or the mobile app glitching and on several occasions extracting unauthorized funds. Corporate needs to do something about this, perhaps do some secret shopping themselves, and see if they appreciate the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, unsafe practices and services. By the way the system will not allow me to give zero stars. So, know that this location is very undeserving of the one star given. read more

I used to think this location was horrible but I kept coming back just because it was conveniently near the highway. I think service has improved quite a bit, but I can really only speak of the morning crew since I haven't been here in the evening. That aside, it's all standard McDonald's, which I like for breakfast but not so much for other meals. read more

I was sitting here for 10 minutes before I ordered then after I ordered at least another 25 minutes. I would recommend every single employee that was on staff from 2330-0020 July 14th-15th be fired and sued for loss of revenue because they are the worst employees ever. I hope they act faster when their children ask for food because in reality if they responded in the speed they responded with in my experience their kids would starve and I would be forced to called child protective services on their children. I hope they're happy with their sad lives being the worst possible employees they could be. read more

It's a shame you need to leave at least one star to write a review. I counted 12 employees whose collective brains would not fill an egg carton. Only three customers came in and we all waited over 20 minutes. Unbelievable experience. You should stop by for a good laugh. But don't plan on eating. read more

This place has got to have THE worst overnight service I have EVER seen. I have literally been through here about 10 times total in the past 5 years and every single time I have been in line or sitting AT the window for literally 10-15 mins BEFORE I even get someone to talk and ask for my order. One time the employee said they were just closing because someone called out. Huh?!! They are open 24hrs! How... does this place still stay in business? Don't expect after all that time waiting you'll even get the correct order either. One star is definitely a reach for this establishment. read more

I ordered $20 worth of food and they forgot my large fry, put extra onions and no pickles on my cheeseburger instead of extra pickles and no onions with no ketchup. I come here every year on my annual road trips to Florida because gas is cheap at the Flying J, and it amazes me that every time I come it takes them FOREVER!!!!!! It's McDonalds people not a gourmet meal.. There is nothing fast about it. Pretty sure I could get a meal at Cracker Barrel next door in the time it takes them to make my number 4 sausage mcmuffin meal.. The slowest service I have ever had at a McDonald. And that includes the south where they typically move super slow. To give you an idea I'm writing this review while I'm waiting in line and still haven't even ordered. What gets me is that it is every year!!! I keep waiting for them to get better one year but it never happens.......... read more

This Mcdonalds has poor management. Went there once and they informed us they were out of straws. Another time The shake machine for st pattys shakes was down and they didn't know when it would be up. Went there 2 weeks later and it was still down. Went there once for take home and when we got home there was no hamburger in the buns. Just a bun with pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Finally I got the message that these people did not care about their customers and stop going there. read more

This is the worst McDonald's in the history of McDonald's!! It is poorly managed, the food is usually cold, the staff is rude and impatient. I go there every morning for my coffee, always greeted with a smile and friendly staff. I love the morning crew!

We are still improving and alot has to be done. But overnights are alot better now that we have ppl willing to work for our customers. I heard the horror stories from a few years ago. Nothing is like that now. Soon we will be serving breakfast all day and night long. Our shake machines are down at 12am-6am for automatic cleaning. You dont want to eat fungus do you? Didnt think so. As far are frappas they are open all night long. Ice coffee is limited but can be made on a special request. I work the grill. I make sure all our customers get fresh food every single time. Its my duty to give you the kind of sandwich that you ordered through our cashier. Im a one man team who works in the grill area. I cant be responsible for what happens beyond the sandwiches. I hear every single order as you tell it to the cashier. I'm not crying out for $15 an hour . im just happy to have a job and take very much pride in my work. If we are not selling ice cream frappas or ice coffee please understand that we must clean the machines before we can serve them. Nobody is trying to get anyone sick over old product. Not while im there they won't. I been in mcdonalds far to long to allow customers to get sick on my watch. So we do apologize in advance and hope you completely understand. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I go maybe once every 6 months hoping it's gotten better and it's always the same. I instead stop at the ones in New Castle on my way home from time to time. The food quality is always sub-par. Fries in particular are always old. read more

I took my son here on a friday after noon & the staff we're so friendly & helpful! My son in only a year & a half old so my hands were full carrying him & chasing him around. The staff noticed & were so persistent on helping! not to mention how friendly they were too my son as well! They told me to just take a seat & they'll bring everything to me. One young gentleman even went & got my drink for me coming back to see how much ice i would like to make it just right! they carried all of our food to the table for us & brought over the high chair for my son. When we were ready to leave, I was packing the remaining of our food up in a bag, and one of the employees came over & offered to help. she helped me get everything together & even took my tray & threw our trash away. This experience really made my day! what a great environment, experience, & wonderful people! i wish I knew the names so they get the recognition they deserve. all the food was made fast, correctly & it was warm upon arrival. read more
