Service was decent, was sad I couldn't get just a "brisket platter" and only the sandwich, as the brisket platters are apparently exclusive for a "catering menu". Order your beer then head outside. The outside area is amazing! They have so many outdoor tables and a huge grassy area with a stage for music. You can sit at one of the many picnic tables or bring chairs, blankets etc and sit on the sprawling grassy area. The grassy area is expansive and behind it is a wooded area with so many trees that provide shade. They often have music on the outdoor stage and it can get crowded. Osage, Pacific, MO, on September 19, 2023. I had ordered a Number 2 meal with large fries, a large drink, and four apple turnover pies. Upon receiving my order at the drive-through window, I noticed the drink was medium-sized instead of large. When I informed the attendant, he angrily snatched the cup and disappeared from view. A different person returned with a drink that I subsequently discovered contained trash. I reported this incident to the restaurant's management. Their explanation--that the trash came from their machine--is unacceptable and raises further concerns about public safety. Photographic evidence is attached for your review. I urge the Franklin County Health Department to conduct a thorough investigation into this alarming incident to ensure public health and safety.
