This is easily one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. There was recently a three week period where I patronized this location at least seven times. 5 or 6 of the visits were pretty amazing. 1 of the visits was still pretty decent. Excellent McDonald's food at this location. I ordered the 'limited time only' Chicken Nugget meal with Cajun and Sweet Chili sauces twice. Great sauces. I also ordered the classic Big Mac Meal once, and the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast meal four or five times. Clean place. Great staff and service on nearly all visits. This location is also open 24 hours, which is a great benefit. Wish one of the three Wooster locations would return to 24 hour service. read more

THESE WORKERS ARE SO RUDE!!!! These people have to have the worst cramps of their life, or they just despise their jobs. No need to take it out on the customers! That attitude won't get you ANYWHERE in life. I suggest that they hire a whole new crew! The food is DISGUSTING. The french fries are the lowest quality fries I have tried. They were COLD, SOGGY, and NOT COOKED. It's a premade food, how do you mess up this badly? Seriously. The entrance is clearly not taken care of, the parking is horrible, and the employees poor attitude make the whole place seem gloomy. I'd love to say I had a good experience, but that's far from the truth. I'm not one to usually complain about service, because I don't know how the employees are doing in their normal lives and I don't want to make them feel bad about their service. But today's service was far below good, let alone average. They forgot our sweet tea, they served several other people who arrived after us (which to be fair, we ordered a large amount of food, we have a big household. But still...) Then to top it all off: I ordered a deluxe Quarter Pounder with cheese, an average order, that btw, they almost gave me. When our food was done they announced it, we grabbed it, and left. We did check and the sandwich was there, it was a long wait already though so we just wanted to go home. Upon beginning to eat the sandwich though, something felt wrong, first bite was veggies and mayo... Okay... Upon eating HALF the sandwich I finally hit a protein... A large chunk of CHICKEN, it was CHICKEN. Not one piece of beef on the whole thing, that was the whole reason I ordered it... If you go anywhere to eat in Orrville, I cannot recommend this mcdonalds to anyone. 0/10 read more

Let me make it short & to the point, orders are never right, service is crap, food & drinks taste like shit. Today I ordered a small, sugar free, iced latte. I came to the window & was given a hot beverage. I told them it was supposed to be iced, then I was given a medium latte that wasn't sugar free & had very little ice in it. I took these photos in the parking lot, so there was no time for ice to melt, there was just no ice in my damn drink. I really wanted to go back & throw it through the drive thru window. My fries were dumped ALL OVER MY BAG! My nuggets were cold and I asked for extra sauce at window and still got NONE! 5 nuggets instead of 6. We went in a used the restroom before lobby was closed and and an employee told us we could still order while she was on the way to her restroom tho the lobby was closed. Then the people up front denied us service. When we went through the drive thru they then proceeded to give us a list of what we could not order! Never again. read more

The worse McDonald's experience ever. First day went on my lunch to get 4 sandwiches and some nuggets. They only got 2 of the sandwiches right and we had to wait 20 minutes for that. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I pulled up to the speaker to order and waited for the employee to take my order. Then a car pulled up to the outside speaker and an employee promptly took their order and they proceeded to the window. I continued to wait around 3 minutes. Another car pulled up to the outside speaker and was promptly addressed and that car proceeded to the window. I continued to wait and nothing! No service!! I pulled up to the parking lot and went inside to let the manager know that I had not been waited on but 2 people who came after me did. She went to the back to see what the problem was and came back with the excuse that there are two people taking orders and the person taking my order told me to wait. First of all the person taking my order did not say a word. Second, even if she did it is not an excuse! The manager continued to make excuses for the bad service instead of understanding my grievance. I asked the manager to put herself in my shoes and see that the system they have going isn't working. Then one of the other employees self-righteously says, "well I'm patient". I never agreed with the saying, "the customer is always right". However, I was right in this instance and shamed by the employees at the Orrville McDonald's. If you like crappy service and crappy food, eat here!! read more

One star is above the rating that this McDonald's should get. I expect to wait in line at times and I don't expect gourmet food at McDonald's. It's fast food. However, when I wait at the speaker in drive thru #2 for 20 minutes while drive thru #1 was moving through with their orders. Another customer in line #1 notified the employees that line #2 was not getting waited on. An employee finally took my order. I asked for a discount, I had to repeat my order 3 times for this employee, it's not difficult, just burgers and fries. The employee said she would tell her manager. I made it to the first window, I told the girl I wanted a discount, she said "oh it's you" & shut the window. The manager "Shelly" approached the window and began telling me why she wasn't giving me a discount. She spoke over me, yelled, did not apologize for my experience and then to top it off she said "F *** you". I did not pay & I did not receive their subpar excuse for fast food. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I will tell everyone I know about this rude experience. My advise if you're in Orrville and need fast food, drive by McDonald's don't drive thru, go to Taco Bell, go to Dairy Queen, go to Subway, anywhere is better. read more

After a long time of poor services at this location I decided to do a little experiment. Went 10 times over the course of 3 months. Went through the Drive-Thru 7 times and in the store 3 times all during normal eating hours. Lets start with the Drive-Thru. I ordered a single value meal each time with no substitutions except for one breakfast. For that breakfast I ordered 4 of the same meal with just a different drink. I was parked 4 times to wait for my meal. 5 meals had been wrong. The best was that breakfast I talked about. Got home and all 4 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches were missing the sausage (yes you read that correctly). Average wait in Drive-Thru was 9 minutes. At one point I got right to the speaker and ordered when I turned the corner I saw 2 cars ahead of me. My wait for that visit was 13 minutes. That was fast compared to going in the store. At one point I had to wait 15 minutes. I was the only one at the counter the entire time. They did manage to get my order right all 3 times at the counter however. The employees lack any personality. It was rare to get a thank you. Not one time while being parked did I get an apology. The table tops all needed wiped off and trash was overflowing on 2 of the 3 in store visits.
