I come here everyday before work to get my large coke-zero. Sometimes i get food like I did today for lunch. The staff are always super pleasant and the place is always clean. Use the app and you can't beat the value. read more

Still at a 1 star review. Order messed up completely again. Another time I was given the completely wrong order. Some of the complaints I've made borderline on brand standards violations. They are in need of a serious revamp of their training procedures for staff. I wonder if the Kavooras family even notices or cares about all the negative feedback on all of their restaurants? All they seem to care about is cost containment and not customer service. read more

I tried to go for a quick slushy the blue raspberry and they charged me and everything but at the second window they told me if I wanted something else because they didn't have it and I responded no I only came for that flavor one and he just looked at me and said "ok" so we starred at each other and I had to tell him to get me a refund which they are returning in the next business days according to them. My app was not working and I was given lots of assistance. The staff went out of their way to help. Both Amire and Aida were just wonderful to us and our family. I would love to see this same kindness in all McDonald's! read more

The best service at any mcdonald's staff is so kind and the place is always clean the cooks know exactly how to make an order to perfection! Food here is amazing compared to others around the area. read more

So how do you review a McDonald's and say anything innovative or interesting about the business? This location is one of the remodeled franchises, and is very clean and neat and sports all the new looks. We ordered very simply - the breakfast wraps and a quarter pounder without cheese, and they managed to pull it off perfectly. And you'd be surprised how hard it is to get a quarter pounder without cheese. Nice location, the staff puts out what you order, and they have the pandemic restrictions down pat. Give this place a try. Nice location on La Grange Avenue and ready for business. read more

Went to this particular location and general manager provided outstanding service to me and my family. She was extremely hospitable and made our breakfast order fresh just before they started serving lunch. Thank you Aida so very much I will definitely be back soon and recommend you to all of my family! read more

Picky eaters do not usually cater foods from a fast-food chain, except Macdonalds. They promote a healthy menu that is perfect for those people that need daily bases of healthy foods on their plates. Enjoy your breakfast with hot pancake paired with plenty of beverage combinations on their menu. Every food that MacDonald serves is full of flavored and savor its tasty burgers that can only be available at the Macdonald. If you are looking for a quick meal, this is the perfect place to be. Their establishment is pretty much clean from inside and outside of the building. They have friendly employees that are easy to talk regarding and fast respond at their counter, unlike other fast-food chains that would require to wait to cost you a little bit of your time. The customer service is very satisfying because they take care of the order fast and take necessary action to any problems. Even during rush hours, Macdonalds do not miss an order and deliver them to your home quicker than you expected. The establishment is well organized and obeys the proper protocol to avoid possible virus infection in their facility since they take extra precautions. Trying out Macdonald will surely worth your time and must try. read more

McDonalds - a hand holding a sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Orland Park, Illinois

HORRIBLE costumer service. Lady would not give me my ranch. AND was fighting me about giving me my free fries on free fry friday... But the worker outside was chill so that's a dub. Gave me much attitude and will never come here again. Lost a loyal costumer. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. read more

I went to this location this morning and ordered a sausage Egg McMuffin and an orange juice. I was asked to pull over I wasn't told why along with three other cars that were pulled over for their orders. When the lady came out to bring my order she brought the wrong order, took it back and brought my order but it wasn't even hot. Three strikes in one visit....I'll never go back. read more

Well, this is a first for me. I ordered my food in the drive-thru and left without my food (that I paid for!). I ordered one item ... a crispy chicken sandwich. That's it. I pulled up to the first window and paid, pulled up to the second window and waited. A girl eventually came to the window and told me to pull all the way up to the first pick-up section. So, I did. And I waited ... and waited ... and waited. Meanwhile, I'm watching car after car leave the drive-thru line with big bags filled with food. But I'm waiting on ONE sandwich?!? Eventually, a young girl comes up to my window and says "uh... what did you order?" I told her a chicken sandwich. She then spun around and walked back into the restaurant. ... and that was the last that I saw of her. I drove away eventually because I was going to be late to work. Waiting 20 minutes for ONE chicken sandwich is ridiculous. I don't know what was going on in that restaurant today, no one offered any reasons for the major delay. I'm a pretty understanding person, but that was nuts, I will not be wasting my time (or money) visiting that location again. read more

Why write a review about a McDonalds? Because there are good McD's and there are some not so good McD's. The one in Orland, on LaGrange Road just north of the mall has the nicest, most professional drive thru staff I have ever encountered at a McDonalds. This location is a good McD's. The McMuffins are served hot and fresh, and they are cheap! read more

They NEVER get my order right. Items wrong and always missing. Food is usually cold and soggy.

I love me some McDonald's. This is my go to location since it's located close to where I live. Most of the time the food is consistent. I have however ran into some trouble with the order being wrong/things being left out. Nuggets without dipping sauce are not pleasant. This doesn't happen that much but still it's frequent enough to where it's annoying. Moral of the story is always check your bag before you leave. read more

I came here on an empty day where there was no business. This place was really clean, especially how everything is newly renovated too. I'm not a fan of their futuristic touch screens where you order yourself. I'm not a fan of robots taking over our jobs even if it is corporate McDonalds. read more

unsanitary. Slow service. went through drive-through to order one drink item and the car in front of me was charged for my item and then they try charging me for their items. I then proceeded to watch the car in front of me transfer teo drinks back and forth to the cashier. And cashier petted the persons dog that was in the car. when I finally pulled up to get my one drink that was on the counter the cashier was talking to someone on the other end instead of just handing me my drink read more

Be prepared to wait, lines are usually very long. I guess that's to be expected seeing as it's on LaGrange. Anyways, my orders are usually correct. read more

I have to write a review about this McDonald's because I am very impressed. I was on my way to work this morning when I decided I needed and Iced Coffee! So I went to the one on the way to my office. As I pulled in the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building! When I pulled in it was 8:55. I turned up the radio because I thought I would be siting there at least ten minutes. By the time I ordered my iced coffee and sausage mcmuffin and was heading back to the office it was 8:58! I swear! 3 minutes was all it took for me to wait in that super long line! So I just felt the need to share that with you! These people working there must drink a lot of coffee to move that fast! read more

Badabababa I'm HATING IT. First let me start off by saying that even if this establishment HAD masta, it would be sub par to say the least. Came here for a frugal bfast in the morning after I just lost ALL OF MY MONEY in poker with the guyz. It just really let me down and the food just seemed like it was made from horse meat. Sad face :(, Reuben Buteer read more

This place sucks. Every thing we have ever gotten they have gotten wrong. I tried to order a shamrock shake, but 'they had it turned off'. I ordered a mcmuffin, but when I got it, there was no sausage in it. save your money-dont go to this Mcdonalds read more

Extremely rude employees. Had a door dash order for this McDonald's, instead of waiting in the long line for a 5 dollar order, I called and asked if the order can be brought out to the "mobile" order parking spot, usually is never a problem, some bimbo started giving me an attitude saying "ohhhhh you're the one that ALWAYS calls here and asks for orders? You can like wait in line like everyone else" hangs up. Before I could even say I have never done in order at this location before in my life, she hung up the phone. When I tried calling back to get her name no one would answer the phone for hours. All I did was ask, could have said no, no need to be rude. Then again I would hate my life and be rude too if I worked here, should change it's name to the Chum Bucket read more

Super terrible, tacky, and nasty. Yucky for such a good area. Come here if you want to feel the bubbly afterwards.

Very disgusting staff, we order and waited for our food. While waiting for our order Me and my wife are watching how they prepare the food in the kitchen. And the employees are not using gloves and one employee was using his phone bare handed and then touched the hamburger bun, we are very disgusted with what we saw. Not going back ever at this Mcdonalds. May let this be a warning to everyone who goes at this spot.. read more

Very tasty Carmel sundae! Also had solid fries and a good drink. Good service and a nice convenient location. Recommend visiting !

I have worked at multiple McDonald's and this one was truly terrible the management had no idea what they were doing.

A really good McCafe, quality ingredients at this location in Orland. I pass one to go to this one, that's how good.

This place is terrible! Been there about 5 times since remodel. Bad experience everytime. It's almost like they never fast food before. Last experience was a ten minute wait for my food with nobody in front of me in drive thru... When I finally got my cold food there was about ten cars backed up not looking to happy. Such a simple order also! What a joke! read more

I found a used cigarette in my Chicken Mcnuggets the other day. Was very dissapointed and got a refund. The food at this establishment is cheap and tastes that way. Do not try heating up the fries because they will taste like spraypainted cardboard. Another day, my big mac had bite taken out of it. Rest assured, I wil not be going back ever again. Go to Burger King or Wendy's if you want cheap decent fastfood. At least they dont eat the burgers before they serve them. read more

I'm giving them three stars because the manager came out and was very apologetic. But I'm very disappointed that the cashier didn't say upfront that their machine was broken. Very disappointing when you want to have a frappe. We shouldn't have to pay for a frappe and get chocolate milk or a smoothie that is just juice. read more
