9-27-2026 around 8:30PM. After 8 hours of driving I pull into the Loves RV Park across the street to stay for two weeks. There is a McDonald's at the Loves Store there on Choctaw Road. I walked over to the McDonald's from the RV Park and ordered $54 dollars worth of food. I then walked back to the RV Park with the food. We all sat down to eat and we were short one hamburger. I then walked back across the road to the McDonald's and showed them the receipt and told them I was short one burger. They got the manager and she told me because there is not an extra hamburger left in the hamburger ben there at McDonald's when I came back over it meant I was lying (Sounds like someone else got an extra burger in their bag). Manager said I had to buy another hamburger if I wanted one. Why would I spend $54 dollars at this McDonald's then walk to the RV Park sit down to eat then get up walk all the way back across the street to the McDonald's and want to steal a $6 burger after spending $54 Dollars. I waited for awhile in the drive thru and tried to go through the lobby and it was closed and no one was there working. We arrived at 730P yesterday and ordered two slushes, 2 shakes a large fry and two burgers. We gave up 45 min later after a phone to corporate, and wasn't even promised a refund. They had hard rock music playing in the back that you could hear from the lounge area, which included profanity. Normally I don't care for that stuff but it's a wrong choice of music for that type of atmosphere. The employees didn't care about the customers there, ignored the register and cussed about customers in the back that you could hear over the loud music. Won't be coming back here again. read more

I was here a week ago yesterday. I ordered on the app and waited over 30 minutes. I tried the door to discover it was locked. I went to the drive thru and the line never moved. I finally left and when I finally got an answer on the phone (probably 15 tries later) I talked to Shawn who told me they could not refund money without the manager and he would have the. Call me. This McDonald's is always a complete Let down. Anytime I come here there is always an issue. Don't ever count on getting through the drive-through in less than 20 minutes, or at all sometimes you pull up to the drive-through and they tell you the drive-through is closed. McDonalds is McDonalds so you can't expect a whole lot but this one is just not worth the stop. I have gone periods of time of not coming to this McDonald's because of all the issues and then when I decide to give it another chance it's still just the same or maybe just a little bit worse save yourself the headache go to Wendy's or Subway. I don't go to McDonalds often, but the times that I've been to this one they have been very slow in the drive-through. I Hate to give them 1 star but the long waits, "sorry the ice cream machine is down" and cold chicken nugget experiences far exceed the good visits. Tonight I pulled up to the drive though and it took several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. There was 1 car at the window, definitely not busy from what I could tell. If I could give this restaurant a one star, I would. They are usually very slow and have a habit of handing out wrong orders in the drive-thru. Most recently, I was given two cheeseburgers with no meat. When I asked them to fix the problem, they accused me of taking the meat off of the buns. There was clearly no grease or meat residue on the buns. I was treated like a common criminal and told that it is horrible that I am trying to get free food. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

This McDonalds should close their drive through after hours immediately. I've come here on two different occasions in the last 2 weeks and it's been the same story. This place was empty when we stopped so we were able to get in and out pretty quickly. The lady at the counter even fixed our orders into meals to save us extra money!
