Ended up at this location when another did not have ice cream. The Grimace special was still being advertised (yet not available any longer) We ordered 4 small fries, 2 Oreo McFlurrys and one M&M and a frozen blueberry drink. We pay and get to the pick up window and wait...and wait...and wait...at one point I wondered if the place vacated because there was not a single person near the window but I could see our frozen blueberry drink sitting there. They finally came about 5 minutes later with no explanation or apology, hand me the drinks and act like they didn't realize I'd orders fries. Had to wait again as they went to get them! I don't usually eat at McD's but my 4 yr old granddaughter chose it so she and I went last night about 515. Handful of people eating inside. This McDonald's looks and feels grimy. The fountain drink, napkin/straw and ketchup area looked like it hadn't been cleaned up in several hours. A few tables hadn't been wiped down but found one along the windows that seemed clean. Looking at the windows along the booths, they were all covered with smeared fingerprints. Many of ceiling tiles are discolored and need replacing. This location needs a good cleaning and but probably better idea - updating. Ordered using the kiosk as no one at counter and it still took 15 min to get food at table. Fries were not delivered hot so they had been sitting for awhile, otherwise food was ok but seeing conditions of restaurant made wonder about food prep areas. Will we return...nope read more

I've been a loyal customer of this McDonalds for over 7 years. recently, the quality in food, service, ambience, and overall quality as rapidly declined. i am more than furious at the sudden change in quality. the fries taste like corn starch. no salt + no yummy canola oil to fill my belly. whoever is hiring new recruits at this place needs to be jailed immediately. there is rarely anyone at the counter. everything is expected to be ordered digitally. the robots are taking over. this practice is simply unethical and takes away from us citizens god given right to work for a living. whoever is working the fryer needs to be sent straight to the guillotine. the tables can often be found with a mysterious white sticky substance coating them. the toy included in my sons mine-craft meal has a strange substance as well. i require at least 7,000 calories a day to remain satiated, this McDonalds used to be my go to for second breakfast and first dinner. not to mention the playlist. whoever is controlling the music in this place must be deaf, or their mother didn't hug them as a child. overall, this McDonalds used to be a place of joy for me and my children, as well as my ex-wife. now, i walk into a place the place i used to call my second home and am filled with nothing but melancholy. do better. There's always at least one thing missing from my order when I go to this McDonald's. The wait always ridiculously long for pickup orders and there are always multiple items missing. What's the point of pickup if it's slower than the drive thru which is always wrapped around the building for lunch. I tried to order delivery for my coworkers and I, and there are items missing. There's no way to report the missing items in the app unless you go through doordash, but doordash isn't the problem. I'm sick of paying for food and not receiving it. read more

Honestly we don't come to fast food too often but when we do the service is kinda expected do be poor. That couldn't be further from the truth at this location today. The young kids working here bring my faith up in this new generation. He was polite and nice. He came out to see if we needed anything and if we did just call for him. I will never return here again. I've lived in the area for 10 years and it's sad to say I'll never go back. Placed an order online and drove to the store 10mins later to pick it up. The line was around the building so I had to wait for over 20mins just to get to the window. Got to the window and they didn't have my online order completed even though the app SAID IT WAS DONE. They then tell me to pull up to a parking spot to wait for my meal. I wait 30 MINUTES and they DIDNT bring it out. I pull into the line again they make me wait in line AGAIN for my meal. Overall it took me literally 49minutes to pickup my online order. SOMETHING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FAST. The management is garbage. Worst than trash. I'll never come here again till the day I die. The inside of this place is really nice for a fast food restaurant. Lots of seating, a flat screen t.v., and updated decor gave it an ambiance above a cheap burger joint. The servers at the counter were quick to smile & fill our order, and they actually looked like they like their job. As for our order, the hubby and I both got the new BBQ Ranch Burger from the Dollar Value Menu. My burger was so flat I actually laughed when I unwrapped it. As far as the taste, it tasted like the patty was covered with chipotle ranch and sprinkled with Doritos. I didn't mind one bit, and actually liked it. I used to love grabbing something to go here, but it's gone down hill. They have two drive thrus, but service is slower than when they had one. They are usually out of products (I ordered the new chicken tenders - which are a featured item. They "just ran out." They NEVER have the tenders). Bad business. Stood in front of the register waiting for someone to help me for 10 minutes last night. One employee who had just given food to a parked car sprinted into the restaurant and then right past me to the kitchen like I was invisible. Another 2 employees saw me and acted like I didn't even exist no "someone will be right with you" or anything. It took for me to say "is anyone working the register" for someone to finally help me. No napkins for a Sunday ordered for a 3 year old, didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for that so just went into the bathroom and got a bunch of toilet paper. Thought I would give this McDonalds more chances. It has a great location, right off the expressway. When I do go the parking lot it usually is empty but you have to wait in line or the drivethur and say hello I am here to get someone to take your order. The last couple times I have gone : trash and garbage bins full, have to send buyers back, order tea or a soda light ice and have sent those back also. After waiting in line for 20-mins we went to chilis next by and it was faster and cheaper with better quality. Have been here a few time with my kids. They enjoy the happy meals and toys that come with them. The staff are always friendly and efficient. When I place an order, they always get if correct and that saves a lot of time and frustration. I talked with corporate and they are as caring as the staff in the store. Kudos to McDonald's for getting it right. read more
