Always come here for breakfast as we start a road trip. We got a free hash brown with my Egg McMuffin (split it) and sausage egg McMuffin. Husband ordered online and I ordered at the kiosk. Fast service! He got his before I finished ordering. My order was delivered by cheerful employee! Place is clean and bright. Booths are comfortable. Food was good. read more

The delivery was late, and after waiting for a long time, my order was canceled. This was a terrible experience and very inconvenient

Ended up at this location when another did not have ice cream. The Grimace special was still being advertised (yet not available any longer) We ordered 4 small fries, 2 Oreo McFlurrys and one M&M and a frozen blueberry drink. We pay and get to the pick up window and wait...and wait...and wait...at one point I wondered if the place vacated because there was not a single person near the window but I could see our frozen blueberry drink sitting there. They finally came about 5 minutes later with no explanation or apology, hand me the drinks and act like they didn't realize I'd orders fries. Had to wait again as they went to get them! I do not frequent McDs too often, and now I know why. read more

I don't usually eat at McD's but my 4 yr old granddaughter chose it so she and I went last night about 515. Handful of people eating inside. This McDonald's looks and feels grimy. The fountain drink, napkin/straw and ketchup area looked like it hadn't been cleaned up in several hours. A few tables hadn't been wiped down but found one along the windows that seemed clean. Looking at the windows along the booths, they were all covered with smeared fingerprints. Many of ceiling tiles are discolored and need replacing. This location needs a good cleaning and but probably better idea - updating. Ordered using the kiosk as no one at counter and it still took 15 min to get food at table. Fries were not delivered hot so they had been sitting for awhile, otherwise food was ok but seeing conditions of restaurant made wonder about food prep areas. Will we return...nope read more

Take out=RAW french fries lousy cheese burg. How do you give out RAW uncooked french fries? Someone needs to manage employees & their work! Cheeseburg ,uneatable. This place is beyond lousy food. read more

I've been a loyal customer of this McDonalds for over 7 years. recently, the quality in food, service, ambience, and overall quality as rapidly declined. i am more than furious at the sudden change in quality. the fries taste like corn starch. no salt + no yummy canola oil to fill my belly. whoever is hiring new recruits at this place needs to be jailed immediately. there is rarely anyone at the counter. everything is expected to be ordered digitally. the robots are taking over. this practice is simply unethical and takes away from us citizens god given right to work for a living. whoever is working the fryer needs to be sent straight to the guillotine. the tables can often be found with a mysterious white sticky substance coating them. the toy included in my sons mine-craft meal has a strange substance as well. i require at least 7,000 calories a day to remain satiated, this McDonalds used to be my go to for second breakfast and first dinner. not to mention the playlist. whoever is controlling the music in this place must be deaf, or their mother didn't hug them as a child. overall, this McDonalds used to be a place of joy for me and my children, as well as my ex-wife. now, i walk into a place the place i used to call my second home and am filled with nothing but melancholy. do better. They Filled up my drink halfway and said they couldn't fix that. Completely ridiculous. McDonald's got expensive and crappier quality

Literally you have one job, make the food and make it right. Ok 2. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with no pickle, it's even on the sticker on the wrapper. And it had double pickles. Burgers were cold and buns stale If I could chalk it up to being busy I would but I was one of 2 cars in drive through and one in the parking lot. Girl in the window looked bored and was leaning on the windowsill. Look I know it's fast food, but I was in a pinch and had literally no other option. When do we go back to a job well done? Instead of "whatever" read more

Rudest interaction by the employees in the second window of the drive thru tonight. Please be aware when going to this establishment of how poorly they perform and treat people. 0/5. read more

There's always at least one thing missing from my order when I go to this McDonald's. The wait always ridiculously long for pickup orders and there are always multiple items missing. What's the point of pickup if it's slower than the drive thru which is always wrapped around the building for lunch. I tried to order delivery for my coworkers and I, and there are items missing. There's no way to report the missing items in the app unless you go through doordash, but doordash isn't the problem. I'm sick of paying for food and not receiving it. read more

Honestly we don't come to fast food too often but when we do the service is kinda expected do be poor. That couldn't be further from the truth at this location today. The young kids working here bring my faith up in this new generation. He was polite and nice. He came out to see if we needed anything and if we did just call for him. Nice change to the typical McDonald's run we have been accustomed to. read more

Fast service, staff is bot friendly but they are cordial. Usually no issues with my orders. Although If you go late at night anything with chicken will take a while, but it will be fresh. read more

I will never return here again. I've lived in the area for 10 years and it's sad to say I'll never go back. Placed an order online and drove to the store 10mins later to pick it up. The line was around the building so I had to wait for over 20mins just to get to the window. Got to the window and they didn't have my online order completed even though the app SAID IT WAS DONE. They then tell me to pull up to a parking spot to wait for my meal. I wait 30 MINUTES and they DIDNT bring it out. I pull into the line again they make me wait in line AGAIN for my meal. Overall it took me literally 49minutes to pickup my online order. SOMETHING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FAST. The management is garbage. Worst than trash. I'll never come here again till the day I die. I'd rather starve than give this store my money again. This store is a stain on the McDonalds name. read more

The worst McDonald's ever go to a different one! Horrible customer service horrible management. Extremely rude, I asked why I was charged things that I didn't purchase she stared at me ignored me and handed me my food then talked crap about me to her friends and her manager and they all just laughed and stared at me. Avoid at all costs!!!! I will drive further just not to support their business and be treated like crap. read more

The inside of this place is really nice for a fast food restaurant. Lots of seating, a flat screen t.v., and updated decor gave it an ambiance above a cheap burger joint. The servers at the counter were quick to smile & fill our order, and they actually looked like they like their job. As for our order, the hubby and I both got the new BBQ Ranch Burger from the Dollar Value Menu. My burger was so flat I actually laughed when I unwrapped it. As far as the taste, it tasted like the patty was covered with chipotle ranch and sprinkled with Doritos. I didn't mind one bit, and actually liked it. The piece of melted cheese went well with the other flavors, too. For a dollar burger it was palatable enough. read more

18 minutes for an egg McMuffin?? 20 minutes doesn't sound like a lot - but when you're standing in a fast food joint and have enough time to watch a whole episode of The Office... something is wrong. Eaters beware!!! Do not dine in!!! read more

The employee Rose did not wear a mask the entire time I was there. A lot of the customers did not have on masks either while ordering.

This McDonald's is the worst. The drive thru is a joke. You literally get parked for EVERYTHING! Orders are always wrong and food is often cold and yuck. read more

I used to love grabbing something to go here, but it's gone down hill. They have two drive thrus, but service is slower than when they had one. They are usually out of products (I ordered the new chicken tenders - which are a featured item. They "just ran out." They NEVER have the tenders). Bad business. When you sit at the window waiting, no one comes to check or explain to you WHAT is taking so long, they just pretend everything is fine. Awful staff service has deeply cut this place down. Please hire better workers! read more

This Mc Donald's consistently never has ice cream at night. If you better ratings then have ice cream late at night.

Now listen it's McDonald's I don't expect much...but I live across the street and my order is always ice cold when I get home. Are y'all just serving old food how is this even happening? My hashbrown cold as ever and my breakfast sandwich the cheese is still fresh out the plastic cold and all along with the rest of the sandwich. I'll drive further when I want shitty McDonald's food but at least it'll be hot. read more

Stood in front of the register waiting for someone to help me for 10 minutes last night. One employee who had just given food to a parked car sprinted into the restaurant and then right past me to the kitchen like I was invisible. Another 2 employees saw me and acted like I didn't even exist no "someone will be right with you" or anything. It took for me to say "is anyone working the register" for someone to finally help me. No napkins for a Sunday ordered for a 3 year old, didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for that so just went into the bathroom and got a bunch of toilet paper. Also the cheese on burgers is never melted. read more

I know it's a fast food place, but seriously, how many times must I -repeat- my order to the 2nd window, while I'm sitting there waiting for pick up? You've already handed me my drink, why are you trying to hand me -another- drink? I don't have kids, I didn't order a kids meal. I'm waiting on the Mc Nuggets for the 4th time. Thought I would give this McDonalds more chances. It has a great location, right off the expressway. When I do go the parking lot it usually is empty but you have to wait in line or the drivethur and say hello I am here to get someone to take your order. The last couple times I have gone : trash and garbage bins full, have to send buyers back, order tea or a soda light ice and have sent those back also. Today on my bag they took off the survey tag.....done with this one read more

So wait. Am I even allowed to review McDonalds on Yelp? "so I went in, and was surprised to find they had a selection of Fry and Burger combinations that each had a corresponding number....."
