If it were possible I'd give this McDonald's a negative 6,907,856 stars, but I can't do that so 1 star..... Dirty, poor customer service and orders are wrong. Waited 20 minutes for chicken nuggets, a fish sandwich and a coffee....the manager rolled her eyes and slammed my tray down like we were an inconvenience to her. I know it's McDonald's so I didn't go in expecting excellent service but good golly! We will never patronize that particular McDonald's again! read more

I'm normally not that big of a fan of McDonald's but I was pleasantly surprised with their Carmel Frappe. I'm never able to finish any type of coffee but this changed that. I will definitely order it again. Keep up the good work! read more

Because whenever we got are food it was cold and ridiculous we waited an hour in line when we told the person who orders are food i told them multiple times I wanted them with ketchup and cheese and pickles only this had been said probably about 5 time the people were rude at the window and when I opened the bag they were dripping with mustard and ketchup no pickle and lots of onions I am allergic to onion so I of course could not eat it so I had to throw away two sandwiches and fry's because the fry's were so cold and gross and tasted burnt and I had to drive 20 minutes to get the food in general so I'm not going to drive all the way back to the same place who was rude and by the time I would have got they again they would have been closed read more

This is definently my favorite fast food place out there. They are super quick and the staff are always supper kind and friendly. Especially in the morning hours or the midnight hours. They have an amazing menu which has a choice for any picky eater. They also have the best French fries for a fast food restaurant. Definitely would recommend it 100% read more

If I could put a zero stars, I would!! This is THE worst McDonald's I have ever seen. The manager, or rather, what passes for a manager (my 5 year old granddaughter could do better,) is , quite frankly, a joke. At 12:30PM (height of lunchtime) I was told to "pull up" as there were no (get ready) HAMBURGERS ready. Seeing that there were already 3 cas pulled up, I refused. I was told again it would take "a few minutes" and to "pull up", again, I refused with the rationale that it is lunchtime and why isn't there HAMBURGERS available? The kid at the window said I "had to pull up" to which I responded, "I don't have to do anything, I will wait right here." So the kid stormed off and the, so-called "manager" showed up. She repeated her "order" to "pull up", again, I refused... she repeated that I "had too"... (now I know where the kid got it from) I told her to, "call a cop"... within SECONDS she reappeared with a bag of semi-warm hamburgers (if they just completed them, shouldn't they be hot?) I drove off and not ONE of the three that were pulled up had left.... SAD service, SAD management, SAD food. Do yourself a favor and go to Burger King next door or choose Wendy's or Arbys that are also aside McD's... you will get quick, HOT food and smiles!!! read more

First of all, it took about 5 minutes to be able to even take my order because no one wanted to help the counter, all I wanted was some nuggets... After I got the nuggets the person who took my order bagged up the food and threw it on the counter with an attitude and didn't even get my sauce correct. I said honey not honey mustard, when i asked to get the honey i asked for she took the honey mustard out of the bag and literally threw the honey into the bag, one of the packets popped open and got honey all over the bag... The only good part about this mcdonalds is the cat that sits outside of the drive thru, which i end up staring at for over 30minutes at a time when waiting in line... They should hire that cat, it would be a hell of a lot more useful than some of the lazy workers seen throughout this 'establishment'. read more

This is by far the worste mcdonalds I have ever been to. The workers are not helpful and don't do their jobs. The inside is NEVER clean. At one time it was a nice mcdonalds but I don't know what happened. There could be no other people there and you could get just a drink it would still take forever. They also almost never get the order right even on simple orders. I used the app and did curbside, at least 8 cars went through the drive through and got their food before me. That is unacceptable, they need to change how they are or they wont last long. read more

In between work schedule I decided to get a coffee and an apple pie. I opted for drive thru this time. I ordered at 10:48am on December 30, 2015. When I approached the first window to pay, the cashier was very friendly, and smiled. This was the first time in a while that I had received this type of great customer service. My family and I usually choose this McDs because it's close to our home. My daughters ordered the new strawberry lemonades, they were some of the worst tasting drinks we have tasted from the McCafe line of drinks! I ordered the frozen lemonade and it was so sour tasting that I could hardly get passed the first sip! Oh and the strawberry lemonade only had a hint of strawberry in it! I would of went back and informed the manger but the drive through employees are always rude! The only time that this place has kind employees working the drive thru is in the early morning, so if u order these do it in the am and make sure u ask them to mix them well! After we got home and poured them down the drain we tasted the bottom of the drink and found the strawberry and the sweet flavoring! They look nothing like they do one the signs, we got a lemonade with a touch of pink, I hope they get better staff or we won't be going there for dinner! This is not one of the best Micky D's. Came here to let the grandkids play on the big toy and have dinner. We wanted ice cream, but no, the machine was down, and according to the counter person, it had been for awhile. Placed our order anyway. Two happy meals and two large adult meals. When we got the order back to the table we had been given mediums. Checked out slip and we weren't overcharged, so we let it go. Place could have been cleaner also. read more
