They didn't care or notice that their food was wrong and went about eating my potentially delicious burger. I on the other hand was totally not satisfied, especially not with the customer service of the waitress and bartender. They both just wanted to place the blame elsewhere rather than to solving the issue. The waitress wouldn't even ask the cook to expedite my burger but had no problem asking me to wait 30 more minutes and to have my partner eat alone. Parking was definitely a challenge, even at this point in the day, but we found a spot around the corner by the museum which had closed. The inside part of the restaurant was nearly empty (I didn't look but I assume most were out back in the garden area) but we chose to sit up front in the main window to people watch. They do have menu's in English which was nice. We all ordered burgers, but my daughter and I asked for no condiments of any kind. We were very explicit about just meat and bread. From the inside you can see into the kitchen, and you can see that it is small and there are only 1, sometimes 2, people cooking so it wasn't a surprise when it took a while for the food to come. When it did come, the first look was impressive - nice sized burger on a ciabatta like bun, and nice crispy fries. Lifted the bun up to find what looked like mayo on our burgers, so we called the server back and pointed out that we asked for no condiments. We expected them to take them back, switch out the buns and bring them back, but they started the whole meal from scratch again. So one ate while the rest waited, and he was done by the time our food came out. So that was awkward and kind of put a damper on our evening. I'll give them a point for good fries, but even though the food was decent the experience kind of let us down.

The family had four different burgers, and each one was super and very unique, and juicy. The homemade peach sweet tea is highly recommended, and you can get it with or without carbonated water. Recommend reservations, since it got busy quickly. We were lucky that a table was open, and we needed less than an hour to eat. We will definitely come back!
