Wow. Whoever was working at ~8pm CST on May 27th made the best quarter pounder I've ever had. Extremely efficient and they were pretty nice as well. Stellar. Condolences to the car that broke down at the drive through. Genuinely the best QP I've ever had. read more

Ever notice how that one event stops you from eating at a fast-food restaurant. Mine came today at this McDonald's. I ordered my food came I ate and as I was putting my trach in the sack a roach came crawling out of the sack. My God, my meal was ruined. Now I will need to drive to the McDonald's 2 miles away to get my cheeseburger. No more potluck for me. read more

This location is as close to a dumpster fire as you can get, even for a McDonald's. While the map out of the location is well beyond the staffs control, the service level and food quality is not. To start with the layout, it only takes a few cars to start backing things up in the parking lot and on to Charlotte Pike. It is a sketchy lot, so enter and exit at your own risk! I can usually excuse service related things when the food comes out as ordered, but you can't have unfriendly and slow service along with poor quality food and wrong orders. Now, I know this is McDonald's, so I do not expect cloth napkins and champagne, but I do expect my quarter pounder to be onion free and fries to be hot. Overall, not a great McDonald's. There are others around the city that are wonderful, this one is to be avoided at all costs. read more

Oh emm gee! We went to this location and the line seemed to not be moving. Then it started to move so we we committed to going through. When we finally make it to the lady to give our order, they said their grill was down and they only had fries, chicken, and nuggets. We literally were in the line for about 45 minutes if not more! What in the world! At that point, we couldn't even escape if we wanted to! When we got our food, there was ketchup packets in my daughters nuggets box, an extra fries wrapper, and my husbands fry box was all smushed read more

Came to get a door dash pickup, stood in the lobby waiting for literally 20 minutes. All the employees just kept working on drive thru orders, kept making eye contact with me, and ignoring me. Not a single "hey we'll be with you shortly" or "give us a few minutes to catch up" they literally just pretended I wasn't even there. All the other local McDonald's have great employees, this one was staffed very poorly. read more

Don't. Just don't. Like many people, I love McDonald's fries and the occasional cheeseburger. I recently (mistakenly) opted for this McDonald's to satisfy these cravings. After 2 times ordering the same meal (#9) with the same stomach ache and general queasiness starting about 4 hours after each, I've learned my lesson. I thought the first time was a 'one-off' and probably not related to my stomach pain. I was wrong. There are better McDonald's restaurants in the vicinity whose food won't have you up at 2 a.m. writing a Yelp review to warn others of the potential for suffering after consuming their food. read more

Everytime I come this location the guy who does the drive thru is rude! then when I went to pay the lady didn't say a word to me no hello or thank you nothing just handed me the receipt. terrible customer service here. read more

Literally the worst McDonalds on the planet. I just sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and not one car got an order taken. Not one. And it's like that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They just remodeled, so I decided to try it again after swearing it off. Now you sit uselessly outside a much lovelier building while the people inside do nothing. This franchisee should have his franchise revoked. It's been like this for the eight years I've lived in the neighborhood. Pathetic. read more

Pretty terrible. Closed early. Bad customer service. Worst Mc Donald's I've been to and I'm typically a huge fan.

Showed up around 11:15pm and the line was pretty long. When I pulled up to the drive through ordering screen, no one was there to take my order. Waited 6 minutes then pulled up to the window and didn't see anyone working. Waited another 2 minutes then had to leave after wasting about 30 minutes in total. Worst McDonald's experience ever. Really felt bad for the 10 cars behind me at that point. read more

Worse service, ever. I usually give a place three tries before I leave a negative review. This is my fourth time here and every time they are understaffed and slow as hell. Do you want a sample Platter of nuggets? This is your place. They will sample your food, leave a large bite mark out of a nugget and place it snuggly right back inside the box. Must have been good to leave a crescent shaped nugget for our child. Not to mention the potential to share meeting standards and beyond. Won't be back for another sampler, although tempting it may be. read more

McDonald's just tried to charge us $2.50 for Buffalo sauce sauce is only like .25 a container. Not .83 to a dollar bro. Nashville y'all need to get y'all's brain cells back. Also could tell the food was left in the bin longer than it's supposed to be. Too charred and old read more

Literally sat at the intercom for 30 mins waiting for someone to take my order ! I really don't understand bow people cant do their job. Its taken almost an entire hour to get through the line. I've had time to read all of the other reviews on this McDonald's while waiting in this drive thru lane. More of the same here. Needed my cheat meal while studying for finals so I rarely have fast food but will never come here again. Amazing how such a large machine can let one of its locations operate this poorly. Not even at the pick-up window and I have already spent 20 minutes here. Yikes. read more

Thursday, September 19, 2019. At McDonald's around 6am. Outstanding service at the speaker and the first drive thru window. The lady that took my order was patient while I decided which paper coupon to use and she helped me make the right decision! She provided service with a smile and made me feel that my business was appreciated! She person the delivered my order also gave great service. Also, the food was hot and the quality was good! read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. Do not come here to get any ice cream or coffee because their machines never work, and I'm not talking about the two times I've come. I go to school and work over here and come every morning for breakfast mon. wed. and fri. for well into 10 years. They have never once had coffee machines working or ice cream working when I come after school. Terrible customer service and just all around nasty. I hate saying such negative things about a persons establishment, but this McDonald's should just be closed. Also, DO NOT! Go through the drive threw. You will most likely get mad because they don't have something you want, and you'll be forced to wait in like like everyone else! read more

This McDonald's is a disgrace and wouldn't serve me for no legitimate reason. Workers are lazy and rude

Went there for lunch. As I was waiting I noticed the manager handling cheese and buns with no gloves. I shouted to him "wheres your gloves"? He made like he didn't hear me or no comprende. Instead of throwing the burgers and stack of cheese away, he put the burgers in the bin to fulfill the order. I did the survey, called the customer care line that went to voicemail. Never heard from anyone about how they resolved this problem. I will not be eating there again. read more

This is a restaurant filled with rude employees who very clearly dislike their job. As we were ordering food, the cashier attempted to give us our total. I informed her that I had not ordered my meal yet - in which she responded with an eye roll and literally walked away from the register. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake that did not come out as a strawberry milkshake, but rather a mixture of whip cream and vanilla ice cream. When we asked about the strawberry milkshake, they said the machine was broken - which would have been an appropriate response when we had ordered it. All in all, this place is a disgrace to the Mickey D's name - tsk tsk. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. Twice this week the credit cards have been "down".. Makes me think some shady stuff is going on. I have lived half a mile from this McDonald's for two years and every single time I've been my order has been wrong and every time I try to order ice cream the machine is "broken". If you ask me, a bunch of lazy ass, shady people work at this location and refuse to turn on the ice cream machine and more than likely ask that everyone pay only cash so they can pocket it. If the manager ever reads this, fire everyone and hire competent people. I wish I could give this location no star. Avoid at all cost. read more

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The lady taking the drive thru orders was rude and seemed angry to be doing her job. Once we got to the window, we were not greeted, the young lady working the window was half dressed and didn't even acknowledge that we were there. When she gave us our food and my wife asked for sauce for her nuggets, the young lady rolled her eyes and sloppily reached for the sauce. Once we got back to our hotel, we saw that our order was only half complete and what little they did manage to correctly put in the bag, was cold. I will never return to this establishment and I would recommend if you wish to be treated with any form of politeness or human decency, that you don't either. read more

I wish I could put 0 stars. I work right by this McDonald's so I've been here many times. The employees look like they don't enjoy their lives much less their jobs. I ordered using the McDonalds mobile app, I go to pick my order up. I wait 10 mins for anyone to even help me. Before the man comes up to help he deletes all the orders off the screen! So when I tell him I placed a mobile order and tell him the number he says it isn't there! I show him where I placed my order he was like "it didn't say you paid" so I bring up my banking app and show him where it took my money out my account! He proceeds to tell me he can't make the food or refund me! I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER read more

Actually 0 stars! After taking my g-kids to this McDonald's numerous times over the years and threatening not to ever go back I have finally had it! I've got a suggestion for anyone who works there. How about finding a job where you don't hv to actually work. God forbid you hv to do anything other than take our money at first window & hand us food at the second window. Two nights ago I ticked a girl off bc I said that I ordered 2 large drinks, not a large and a small. She wanted to argue about it and roll her eyes. She took my small drink back and gave me a large one. I set it in my cup holder and when I got home there was at least 2 inches of tea sitting in my cup holders. And tea all over the top of my pants (which I had just noticed). I took the cup inside my house to examine it. There was a slit about a quarter inch wide that looked like it was put there by a knife. I know as sure as I'm sitting here she put that in my cup. They will NEVER get my business again. read more
