Customer service is terrible. All the girls look at you like you have 5 eyes when telling them the fries were cold. One rolled the eyes at me. Is the food free here? Didn't I pay 7€ for my food???? And I cannot expect my fries to be hot? All of that after we had to wait a looong time for them to take our credit card payments that was earlier rejected by the self service kiosk. Just a bad experience all together. But we were stuck and every other restaurant was closed at 8pm... or they were completely booked. read more
