Customer service is nonexistent. The food here is garbage. They just give you whatever food items they want regardless of what you order. Make sure you check your food before you leave. traveled to Morris today for business delivery. 10:45 stopped at McDonalds and went in to order a quarter pounder with cheese sandwich and a coffee for the drive back. Walked into McDonald's in Morris Illinois around 8:00 p.m. on September 23rd 2023. There was trash all over the floor on our side and their side, the bathroom soap dispenser was broke, did not have any soap, and actually was laying down inside a sink. In other words it was taken off the wall. By the ketchup sections there was about two dozens or so black gnats flying around. The most disgusting site I've ever seen. As I was walking out of the restroom and employee walked in. And I asked myself obviously he's not going to wash his hands on the way out because there's no soap or soap dispenser. read more

Stopped in while traveling, wanted to eat before going through Chicago traffic. Staff was friendly. Drink machines were both out of ice. Waited at the counter a few minutes to get ice. The employee asked if they were both out (like we hadn't tried both and chose to wait in line first?) Food arrived quickly, order was correct and fresh. Dining area was clean. So, This morning I was off work (12 hr, weekend, overnight worker) and was picking up food for my fiancé and myself. Went to Minooka, they burnt both, and the remake was burnt too. So I came here to Morris and asked the manager their opinion and if they could remake it. She said yes with no question, explained that they are technically another district, but it shouldn't matter that I paid for something, and even asked to have it remade, that I should get what I ordered. This store is AWFUL. Will mess up your order 10/10 times, and when you call back to tell them they messed up your order. They get all snickery and Pissy with you, over a mistake THEY MADE. This McDonald's is by far the worst one ive ever been too in Morris County, Illinois. The manager has no people skills and is very rude. When you deal with the public, that is a skill that is required for your business to grow. Being a manager requires you resolve the problem in a graceful manner, not practically throw your food at you and tell you don't come back. I will tell as many people that I know about this incident and request that they boycott this establishment. The only reason they get one star is the employee taking the orders was very polite and respectful. When you have one bad apple in the tree it will ruin the rest. Keep this in mind. I have spoken to 6 other people on this incident that happened and they told me they refuse to go back. So your manager "Kathy " seems to be the bad apple. So before your establishment has to shut down and be just a vacant building I would make some serious changes. Then post, under new management on a sign to regain all your lost customers. read more

This place is dirty and the employees at the drive thru are don't very good at remembering our orders. Also the drive thru is always packed. The one good thing is the food which is decent. Very slow drive thru just to receive the wrong order. Got an orange juice once with part of their machine in the glass.

They are terrible every time I go there they tell me if they are shortstaffed and I really don't care I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for one big Mac I get it if you're shortstaffed and you want to go home but I would lose my job if I work that slow read more

slowest and unorganized mcdonalds. every time I come to this one I always leave disappointed. went tonight, and someone took my order then stopped responding. Sat there for about 20 minutes while the workers headset was on and I heard everything the workers were saying to each other. after waiting for so long and no one taking my order I pulled up to the window and they said the headsets weren't working. After finally getting my order taken and getting my food, my sandwich was covered in mayonnaise. Then to top it all off they didn't put any napkins in my bag. Worst experience! read more
