This McDonald's is cute with the little kids area my kids love running around and playing inside. However, I am always hesitant to come here bc of how slow they are. I came today and ordered 20nugs and when I got them they were cold. So I kindly and politely asked if I could have fresh nuggets. The Hispanic manager took them and instead of agreeing and making new ones proceeded to question me about why I didn't ask for fresh nuggets when I ordered. I explained to her there is no option to request fresh nuggets on the app AND I would expect them to provide me with fresh nuggets to begin with not cold nuggets that have been under a heat lamp for hours. fresh should go without saying when you're taking my money. My expectations / bar is low I know this is a fast food restaurant but she didn't need to go back and forth with me about some chicken nuggets. read more

I really find no joy in doing this but by this being the now third time, I must. The first time about 3 weeks ago, I was in the drive thru gave my order with not even $22, then paid but waited about 4 mins then asked to pull forward. I wasn't bothered by that being I'd been asked that before. I'd noticed several cars behind me pulling off. Still not bothered because maybe my items are fresh. Then I'd realize after checking my receipt I'd been waiting about 10 mins. I'm now looking back at the door and no one is coming in or out. Still waited maybe another 5 mins. Then I go in because again I only have 2 medium combos and I've been in this line almost 20 mins. I get in and show my receipt and my food is still not ready. I was asked to park in the app parking space! It took them over 30 mins to get my order out. Then on tonight I ordered another combo. I requested a change on the my burger. I check the order before I drive off and guess what, it's wrong. I tell the cashier and he takes it right back. I get another sandwich or so I thought because I checked it before driving off but it's dark. Get to my job less than 2 miles away and look at the sandwich now in the light and the cheese, is dark orange and hard. Looked a little further just to realize the regular onions I asked to remove were not but the small onions were applied. Their were only 2 cars in the drive thru. The sandwich wasn't remade at all. I paid that burger. I feel I did not get what I asked and paid for and this day and time that is unexceptional and for such a small burger at that! The food usually comes out in good time but there have been times when it's slow. The service is general is fine. The app is nice because you can order ahead of time so it's ready when you arrive. The drive through is fine. The food is ok. The prices have been increasing and some of the items like the quarter pounder are overpriced now. Ordered a cone and a sundae for the kids, and it took nearly 10 mins to get them. Was it packed or busy? Absolutely not! They prepped the sundae first and let it on the tray and then proceeded to work other orders while the sundae was melting in the cup. We had to ask for the cone twice before we got it. She finally filled the cone and then held it in her hand to complete another order. Also, a lady after us got her order before us, but her order was messed up to. This kind of service is pathetic. Went to this McDonald's this morning for coffee and sausage biscuits. Went through the drive thru, paid my money, proceeded to the next window to pick up my order. After waiting a normal period of time for my order, I honked my horn, no response. Later I said "hello", no response. Then I honked again, n response, I could see workers inside doing nothing. Then I said "hello" again, a girl finally came to the window, appeared angry. I asked what the problem was, she replied 'I'M WAITING ON THE BISCUITS" with a very nasty look on her face. Then when she tried to hand me 3 cups of coffee, I asked for a carrier. She replied "we don't have any". Thank goodness I had one in my car!! This is a beautiful McDonald's restaurant. The decor inside is very modern. It's doing a nice job. Tbet are efficient and getting the food out on time. Hot and fresh. Customers are comfortable reading books and hanging out on their computers. It feels really comfortable like a place you would want to be. My daughter says the syrup for the pancakes is too thin and it should be a thicker syrup. She would also request that you back off on the sugar a little bit. That is a shocking statement in itself! Love every type of person is represented...love this area and how McDonald's embraces everyone. read more

I preferred going to this Mcdonald's over one that's about 5 minutes away from my house, why? because at the beginning they had great customer service, great management etc. But after today's visit... I had to repeat my order to the cashier THREE TIMES! Manager Marina (got her name from one of the workers) she needs to make sure she trains her people before putting them to the task so this can be avoided and I or anyone else won't have to repeat a 3 item order THREE TIMES.
