Haven't been to a McDonalds in months due to my lack of enjoyment in helping greedy corporations thrive. However, last night I was unfortunately craving a sweet treat from your establishment. The sweet treat was fine but not well mixed. And the fries I decided to get on the side were cold and hard and chewy. I places an order in for a large fry and a McFlurry. and I ended up waiting for over an hour and I finally called them to see what happened and they hung up on my so I called back, when they answered they knew exactly what I was calling about and they said they would not make it unless we paid again. Food was as expected. The service was sloppy not giving you straws or napkins. The tables all needed to be whipped down. You could hear the employees arguing and fuzzing in the kitchen about who's supposed to do what. Overall bad ambiance, didn't want to stay for more than 5 minutes. read more

I have come here a few times trying to give it a chance. The coffee is decent but the last few a million and one questions about it. The food is sometimes warm but mostly barely warm. And the service is horrendous. If all you want is a coffee you'll wait a good 15-20 minutes to get through the line and by the line I mean four people. I don't know what they're doing inside the first window is never open. So they always have everybody come to the second window but you'll sit in the Drive-Thru waiting to order for at least 5 to 10 minutes every time it's like clockwork. I like this loction has a awsome mountains view in Montana. There is no resaturant so we stoped by here for lunch twice while we are traveling. We ordered Mcextream bacon burger and delux pound burger first day. Mcextream bacon burger was no vegetables. It was too salty and greasy without vegetables. Delux pound burger was okay but salty. And we came back after 2 days and we ordered Fish burger and MCchicken burger It was not salty and not greay. Good ! Specially Self order service was very useful. I don't know it is new or not anyway Line was long so I used self order service. I love It. Easy and fast . So cool ! It is like a mobile order at Starbucks. All staff was kind and nice. read more

Thinking I will go to a place where I can at least get consistency, I pick this McDonald's. I got the McRib and a Double Cheeseburger and 2 large fries. This was for my girlfriend also..... This meal was definitely made 30 minutes prior to handing it over. I tried to save it, however my girlfriend threw it out because of the rancid smell this old McDonald's was producing. I wanted just a good ol exchange...no Biggs, it was smelling. Think McDonald's!!!! Look around. Why isn't your line like Wendy's or any other fast food place. The McDonald's on Reserve totally sucks. They have served raw chicken to me and when I called to let them know they do nothing about it. This is probably the worst McDonald's in Montana. Everytime I have been there it is a wait. Yesterday we waited 10 minutes just to order while the manager berated the gal at the cash register for flipping on the lunch menu. We then waited another 25 minutes to get our breakfast for them to mess up the order. We were also bothered by flying bugs. Dining room was locked at 7:30pm, even though there was a sign on the door that said "Dining Room Now Open". Since we were in a large RV I downloaded and used the app. It said 5 minutes. After 15 I called and no one would answer. It took over 20 minutes. The cars coming out if the drive thru were few and far between. Not worth the wait at all. read more

I stop by the other day and had the new fresh Quarter pounder with cheese. We had to pull around and were told fresh takes longer. It took awhile but it tasted good. Today however I was second in line and ordered the same thing again. I got to the pick-up window pretty quick and my order was already. I ask how could it be cooked when the day before it took quite awhile. She said she did not know but it was. When I got home to eat it the hamburger patty was RED inside. When me and my sister ordered from the drive thru they had us wait in the parking lot for our food. I'm not mad about that. No it was the service. In the drive thru they were nice. But the worker that carried out our food was not. She rolled her eyes at us and practically just threw the bag in the car. And on top of that they didn't give me my entire Order. By far the worst McD my family has EVER had. The construction eliminated "the lobby" (going into the place to sit down and eat) forced all the traffic to drive through... not ideal, but OK. There were 4-5 cars ahead of us and the line didn't move at all for 13.5 minutes. We ordered a couple of cheesburger, 2 orders of fries, chicken chips. Mr. Man Bun that passed the bag to us through the window was nice. The "food" was absolutely horrible. The fries and nuggets were cardboard. We tried to find a door to go in and address this, but couldn't find one. Not about to go through the drive through window again as it looked like ther were over a dozen cars. Normally I wouldn't review a fast food joint, especially a McDonald's. But this McDonald's in particular was clean and its employees were very very kind and courteous. The bathrooms were updated and so was the dining room. Now get this: our burgers/cheese/toppings were ALL centered on the bun. The fries were perfect, most of the time you'll find there is no salt or wayyy to much. However this place got it right. It feels silly to write such detailed exorbitant review for a McDonalds but THEY CENTERED THE FOOD ON THE BUN! I'm sorry but I've been on this planet for 30+ years now and I can't remember once having the food right. And another thing, the employees: we walked in and they were nice, not just nice but interested in being nice. Like genuinely concerned that we were happy.
