Worst McDonald's I've ever been too! It was empty inside but yet they took long to give me a Fish Fillet that had sat there for hours. The fillet was hard and chunky around corners and the cheese was hard and the bread also. But worse there was food under the tables and even where you serve the drinks there was trash. Absolutely the slowest place to go. Thinking this place has Fast food is laughable. Drive thru is the slowest. The line gets backed up. They won't take orders from the outside lane. Probably the worst McDonald's west of the palmetto. No ice, no AC, no sense of urgency and everyone is just rude.

I know that having fast food as much as I do isn't good or healthy but I eat fast food MORE THEN ANYONE! And this particular location F***ing SUCKS! They can't get an order right if there life depended on it. I have never been as mad as I am. Every time I order door dash from here my order is wrong or they forget something. No sauce for my nuggets, missing ingredients, double fried burnt crispy chicken, wrong sodas, missing items, etc... I expect that McDonald's as a Billion dollar company would care more of how there food is served even 1 wrong order a day is two much, that's 365 people you are pissing off. This is the second time this week I have an issue concerning mobile orders. On Wednesday, after ordering minutes prior, I was told they had not received my order. There was no trace of my order. Yet, when I showed my phone with the code for the order, it miraculously appeared in the system. I did not want to argue because I needed to get to work but it could not have been anymore of a lie. Today, I sent my brother to pick up my order. He was told he could not pick up the food I had ordered and paid for. So I had to stop what I was doing, and drive to the location. When I arrived, I voiced my grievances with the manager. She could only muster "it's not our fault". Instead of apologizing, she hung her head down and acted like I was being a ridiculous customer. I asked for her name and store number, both of which were not given while she just played what appeared to be "heads up, seven up" with me. Certainly, not a good look from your brand. I will not be returning to this location anymore. It is absurd that a customer receive this treatment in any establishment. read more

Fries always, always, always super overcooked and cold. Screw-ups on drive thru orders seem to be the rule rather than the exception, and this is one of the slowest drive-thrus you will have the misfortune to suffer through. Decided to to stop by this McDonald's because it is open 24 hours and usually is my stop for a little late night snack. I only wanted something small so I ordered 4 piece chicken nuggets. However, the attendant in the drive thru said that they didn't sell 4 piece chicken nuggets alone at that time. But when I asked for a 4 piece happy meal they did sell it....so I do not see how that made sense.
