We haven't had anything like this recently but when we are using the app your work place mainly uses for you to order food and they can't help you out when you have a receipt for both 10,000 point off your account and money outta your account when you placed a walk out order and when you go to file a complain and resolve the issue they can't give you a explanation as to why you have not received your food nor has any of the funds or points been returned to your account it is appalling throughout the whole exchange they we're extremely rude and unprofessional as for the fact I believe it was the manager who was extremely disrespectful towards customers I would recommend going to another location or ordering inside. People work hard for their money and the fact they can't even find a way to resolve the issue i find is absolutely appalling.... Never again will I eat at this dump read more

Food got here so fast the ice cream didn't have a chance to melt! Very happy with the new BBQ quarter pounder meal, and the kids meal went over as expected. Duck toy was weird in a Pikachu box, but w.e, didnt think too much into it. It's fast food after all.... read more

Was told ice cream machine was on after I specifically asked, then upon arrival to the drive thru window, was informed it actually wasn't working. If you don't figure these things out McDonald's, I can imagine you won't be in business much longer. Also, the drive thru attendant seemed very nervous about the vehicle behind me, I was left wondering if maybe I wasn't the first person to be misinformed of the status of the McFlurry machine. Since there's no option for 0 stars I had to give it one, I get to the window and the lady never presented me with the total aswell as it didn't show the price on the machine being that I was paying via tap. When my account showed $17.00 I knew something was up she claimed I couldn't refund my order being I already payed for it even tho it wasnt what I ordered . She then slammed the window in my face and refused to do anything. The food was also cold and not what I payed for. read more

Better than your typical McDonalds. The resturant is recently rennovated and clean which is a must for me. It looks like the cooking area is a little dirty from time to time but I guess when you are producing food on an assembly line you can't be perfectly clean. Good service and usually pretty quick. The food is nothing to write home about but if you are in the mood for a gut bomb this is a good place to go. read more

I normally like MacDonald's but the young man that took my order today was not very good at listening and he asked over and over what I wanted. How could he hear me with the noise of the ice coffee crusher right next to the order area. Omg it was so loud. read more

I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese, and an iced tea. I got a quarter pounder with cheese and a diet coke, I asked the lady if they could make it with no cheese which she did but she would not give me a new drink. I understand they couldn't take the drink back due to Corona, but they would not give me a refund either. The lady at the window and the MOD were now both at the window telling me that I DID order a diet coke and that they didn't hear me wrong ( not sure why I would order a drink I don't like ) and I asked if I could just get a refund since they wouldn't give me a new drink that I paid for but the manger just walked away. I thought maybe I was just overreacting but I left the drink sitting by the window ( petty but oh well ) and as I started to drive away the lady at the window pushed it off and it spilt onto my car. I never give ratings especially since this was all over a drink and I don't want to sound like an asshole, but it was more about how I was treated and I feel like this was too bad of an experience for me to just let it slide. read more

I took my son for a very rare outing to McDonald's. As a rule we don't eat there because there is nothing nutritional about the food. Aside from that, it was a quick stop in for fries and a juice. My son was in awe of the children playing in the kids area, and being only two, I couldn't let him climb on the equipment by himself. So putting myself into energetic mom mode, I followed him in and climbed through all the tunnels, helping him and a few other little ones find their way through. Now it's probably not very often that a parent ventures through these play places, but I think we all should a little more often. The equipment was very dirty inside, with black hand and finger marks at each join where the tubes are held together. It smelled dirty, and there were a couple of spots that distinctly smelled like urine. Not wanting to ruin his fun I let him climb through a couple more times. He saw two little girls in dresses and said "look mommy, Princesses!" I then disinfected his hands, removed his socks, and gave him the long-forgotten fries. It was a very fun time for him, and a good learning experience for me to check places out before I let my little one climb through the germ-gym. I know kids are bound to get sick, and with all those greasy fry fingers travelling through those tubes all day long, you can't expect a lot. However, I definitely recommend that the business owners (who have children themselves) roll up their sleeves and give that play area a daily disinfecting and a whole lot of hot soapy water! And please use cleaners that are not toxic to our children. read more
