The food is average nothing special for this Albertian Chinese restaurant…read more I won't said it's authentic Chinese food but I guess for Caucasians who never have authentic Chinese food this is good enough for them. My husband and I didn't go with the option of all you can eat which most most go there for because our gluten free diet so we order their menu. We ordered a egg fried rice without soy sauce/ beef chop suey and egg fu young. My husband liked the beef chop suey but we had it better at Calgary or Vancouver BC. I won't mind to come back again but I just think the not so authentic Chinese food for almost $15 a dish it's too much to pay for! I decided to give 3 stars because the server was kind and helpful also the food wasn't gross so I didn't give it 2 stars.

Rice was ok, but you definitely need soy sauce as it is relatively flavourless, but that's ok because it's easier to add sodium than take it away. Beef in the beef/vegetables was tasty, but the vegetables were very undercooked and too crisp. Almond chicken had a thinner coating of breading, but no flavour at all, especially no almond flavour. Had meals here 3-4 years ago, and don't remember it being this bad, but then again I've had American prepared Chinese food several times since, and it is far and away better than this stuff.
