I'm very disappointed, my husband drove all the way to this ranch, and I specifically told him to bring me buffalo sauce with the chicken nuggets and fries. I'm a six months pregnant woman and my husband came there the cashier told him that he will get the buffalo sauce and everything is good. When he came home there was no buffalo sauce, and not even one freaking sauce not even a ketchup!!!!!Try to eat a fries without anything to dip it inside AND PREGNANT! read more

This location deserves more than five stars. The McDonalds on Broadway and Libby is a local treasure. This community would SUFFER without these Golden Arches! Are they perfect here? Is this location EVERYTHING you could hope for in a McDonald's? No! They aren't and It isn't. But I am here to tell you that it has limitations which aren't based on the quality of the people who run and staff this location. They are "short-staffed". They readily admit this. Being "short-staffed" means they suffer. And we suffer. Short hours. Long waits. They need more staff. But staff don't grow on trees. Great employees don't walk in and apply, and I'm sure this location can't offer new staff great salaries. And I know all the reasons why this phenomenon exists. Economic, political, societal. This treasure is taken for granted. The people who own and operate this McDonald's simply can't afford to offer their entire staff $20 per hour. If they could, people would line up around the block waiting to apply. But they simply can't. The numbers don't add up. This is not a hole in the wall mom and pop shop. This location cost MILLIONS to build and with franchise fees and regulations, it is VERY EXPENSIVE TO OPERATE. The owner of this location is not getting rich like Scrooge McDuck. It takes a lot of $1 pops and $6 Big Macs to even keep the lights on in this place. This is a gigantic corner location with ample parking. The interior is well appointed with a variety of seating options. Very comfortable inside. Many places for everyone to sit. The disabled. The elderly. The Disrespectful Youth. Disrespectful teens. Non-English speakers. Homeless vagabonds. All welcome and can take a load off, use the toilet. Charge their phones, enjoy free WiFi, get rewards on their apps.... Short staffed? By my count, there are about 6-8 employees here this morning. Let's assume they're making between $12-16, based on job title and experience. That means the wage they're paying out to this staff (short-staff)is $72-$128 per hour, not including things like insurance, employee meals, etc. to run this store for 10 hours costs about $1000 in wages!!! Among other expenses. Other restaurants like Giorgio's and Ming House in Maple Town CANNOT AFFORD to allow you to dine in or use the restroom. McD has ample free seating and restrooms for you and your family. Or your Bible study group. Or your youth sports team. "You can get with this, or you can get with that. You can't beat that with a bat. The choice is yours." -Black Sheep Meet me on the corner of Broadway and Libby if you want to debate me about this McDonalds. They might run out of anything here. Lids, apple pies, fish sandwich buns, etc etc. But those problems are not the fault of the good folks who own this place work here. These are good, hard working Men, Women, Boys, and Girls. They CARE about their jobs and their role in this community. They care about the people who walk in whether they are hungry, thirsty, have to pee, etc etc. You might need patience here. But when your turn comes up THEY WILL HELP YOU. If you're confused on how to order. If you're lost. If you take them for granted..... they will help. I've been in this location at every hour they're open. I've seen EVERYRHING that goes on inside and out of this location. I have joined a Bible study group here. I have played HARD BEATS on my speaker here. Or sweet sound by Michael and Janet Jackson. I love this location and it str8 LOVES me right back. And I promise you, you won't find a better crew or more comfortable location anywhere for miles around. I don't want to badmouth another location, but let's just say, you won't find such compassion on Turney in Garfield. Treat these hardworking, underpaid employees like you would treat a friend or loved one, and see how they treat you. They'll respect you even if you generally lack respect for others. Don't you disrespect the fine people who provide our community so many inexpensive and even free things. Respect them and be tankful they are here. Use the app, gain rewards, feed yourself and your family, quench your thirst with free refills (beats any gas station or Dollar General). Notice the clean interior and parking lot. Stack up reward points. Use app deals. Pro Tip: You would be hard pressed to find the Golden Arches anywhere else so close to an outstanding public library branch. Between these Golden Arches and the Maple Heights Branch, there are countless resources for FREE or very low cost. This place is a treasure our neighbors barely even can comprehend. They help. They serve. They care. McJob is in the freaking dictionary. But these FINE folks don't have McJobs. The run an institution which is a pillar of this community. They deserve MORE than Five Stars. Bless their hearts. They are not a charity; it's for profit. But we ALL benefit From sharing this neighborhood with this McDonalds. read more

I had gone for me and my girlfriend to get the Minecraft movie meal, I called multiple stores looking for it. (not the happy meal) They said they had it so i ordered two and it was the correct box so i headed home, upon opening the boxes i see it's the wrong toys and it's for the happy meals very cheap and not the correct thing. our nether side was also popped open on a side and sticky like it's old. Our food was also very cold and seemed like it was left out or old, bad experience all around. read more

The manager of this location should be reprimanded beyond belief. She doesn't deserve to have this store. It is mismanaged in every aspect. It is the only McDonald's by me. I stop here almost every day. But for now on. I will drive out my way to the next location. I'm in the drive through. At the first window waiting to pay. Zero. Cars in front of me. I sat there for 5 full mins. No exaggeration. I looked at time. Waiting to pay. All the while. The staff of about five people were having a conversation. The window cashier had her back to me. I finally started asking if everything is ok. When can I pay. Thinking the computers are down or something. The young lady said she didn't know i was there. What about the fact I placed my order. What about that. What about the 10 cars in line behind me. Who also had or are placing their order. Pay attention people. No wonder this location has less than two stars. Drive elsewhere. The coke tasted so horrible that I had to throw it away. The bag with my food in it had grease spots all over it. The chicken nuggets and fries had black specs on them like they were cooked in dirty grease or thrown in a dirty tray. They don't have the $1 for any larege drink on their menu-all drinks are $1.95 any size. The small fries are $2.09. This is the first McDonalds that I have been to that charges more for these items. read more

New building same crappy service. I paid for items had my receipt to verify the purchase and somehow still ended up in a debate with the cashier. I never get my order right on the first try. I'll just stick to the one on Broadway. Oh and of course their ice cream machine is down even though they are advertising a new Mc Flurry. read more

The McDonald's in Garfield Heights is horrible. Unorganized and inefficient. I do not recommend going there unless you plan on waiting for an exorbitant amount of time for your food. read more

One of the worst locations in the area. In my opinion a bunch of incompetent, thieves. Completely messed up our order plus overcharged us. When we brought it to their attention they took back our bags. Made us feel like we did something wrong. Then processed our credit card for a second time and sent us home with no sandwiches. Spent $21.89 for 5 fries and a happy meal. Tried calling to speak to with management which was a total waste of time. No one ever answers the phone or cares about the customer. Out of all my years of giving reviews this one stings the most. They got me once but never again. Hard working families please beware of this location. Good service! A lot better then the other nearby McDonald's on Rockside Rd. Associates are friendly. They are often crowded but at least my order is right and I don't get nickeled and dime for every little thing. read more
