I called to see if they hire 15 year olds because I was looking for a job and the person who originally answered was nice but when I asked to talk to the manager to ask the questions she was kind of rude and before I could say thank you and have a good day she said "your welcome" and hung up read more

Lady serving us was on drugs (crack) and the toys they said they had, were "out of stock" yet they had them the day before, the lady who gave the food did not care about any of our concerns and ignored us I'm surprised they even got the order right, waste of money and time Would not recommend read more

I've always had problems with this McDonald's. Whenever I order online something is always missing or wrong. For example, I am always missing my straws, I've ordered breakfast burritos with barely anything in it, I've gotten so many flat drinks including orange juice somehow. This McDonald's needs better service and management because this is unacceptable. read more

McDonald's - Mc 6 pc. Chicken McNuggetsnuggets - Fast Food Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

By far the worse McDonald's ever!! I have had so many things go wrong at this McDonald's I would be here forever writing about them all, just stay away from this McDonald's until they can get it together! How do you miss the meat patty's on the entire order?? 4 burgers in total, all didn't have hamburger meat on them. My McDouble looked like it had been sat on (see picture) Final straw for me was today, since I live just down the road from this McDonald's it just close and convenient, but the entire 7 years I have lived nearby their ice cream machine has been up a total of 3 times maybe, so today I was really in the mood for a McDonald's ice cream cone, so I called them and the lady said yes, the ice machine is up but the shake machine is down, I was sorta in shock and asked again just to confirm what I had just heard, ma'am did you say your ice cream machine was up and running? "Yes it is" she replied, so I was there in literally 5 minutes, pulled up to the window and placed my order for a vanilla ice cone, only to be told "sorry sir our machine is down" in which I replied "I just called just a couple minutes ago and ask the lady twice if the machine was up and she said yes!" She said well it is up but I don't have a way to ring it up since it's unavailable in the system, so instead of me just leaving like most people probably would I ask if she could have someone override it and she said, yes let me get my manager to do that, I was thinking why didn't you just do that to begin with??? Why? Because she didn't want to do her job and it was just quicker for her to say the machine was down and hope that I just drive off into the sunset! Long story short, just go to another McDonald's. read more

McDonald's - Ughhh did someone sit on my McDouble??? - Fast Food Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

See all

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location has really gone downhill, especially at night. At the first window, a female leaned out of the window and was using her vape, blowing smoke into my open car window. At the second window, the female worker had ear buds in and attempted to hand me the wrong order, then cussed when I told her it wasn't what I ordered. You know, I don't even know why I go to McDonald's anymore. I guess I just expect better of people. A manager was notified and said he would "take care of it". I'm sure he's busy himself and just trying to survive, or maybe at this point, he doesn't even care anymore. Regardless, save the trouble and don't go here. read more

This place is utter trash just like its slow service. They can never get your order right . You order a cheeseburger, and it's missing the cheese. You order the filet o'fish and they put it on the wrong kind of bun. ZERO STARS would be 1 star too many. read more

I just got back from this mcdonald's and I will say that this is it for my family and mcdonald's! I'm done with not only this one but all of it. Years of bad service and mostly cold food, along with horrible service, has pushed me away. read more

Dude unless the lady's are there. The dudes are useless limp Dcks. Something is always fing wrong when the dudes are running it. They haven't the slightest clue how to take mobile orders, nor do they wear the headphones half the time. So i gotta honk to even get their damn attention. Guess who's working tonight. Fcking high as kites door knob humppers. Be the last damn time i come to this McDonald's. -10000000000 stars. Wasting m damn time and gas money. read more

They have no sense of urgency or any sense of pace. The drive-thru is always long, and VERY SLOW! If you would think that is it takes this long to get the order correct and freshly made, you would be very wrong!!! The last time here, it took 45 min to get through the drive-thru. I only stayed in it because I got stuck in the inside drive-thru lane. Corporate needs to be involved!!! read more

This location is never open even though they've been "24hrs" for decades. I typically come through between 2am and 6am 1/10 times they're actually open. The other 9/10 times they'll say at the drive through that they're closed for maintenance or whatever. It wasn't ever this bad years ago and I would stop by at the same hours I do now. If they can't commit to actually being open 24hrs, they they should just close like other restaurants. Maybe I should sue for false advertisement. read more

This McDonald's is garbage. I'm done, if you working hard and putting a product that's all good. If you don't like your job quit. In a service job, giving people bad service will not help you. I have two kids and both happy meals were thrown together. All of the fry's were burnt. And the attitude of the person handing out the orders sucked. A customer and their kids don't deserve this. McDonald's won't go under without my money. But those fully robotic McDonald's are coming. read more

Lies and claims they only do doordash only before 1 especially on a Friday any other time out the blue they take orders

Well, the reviews hold true. This is one of the worst McD's in town. And it falls on management. Went through the drive-thru to pick up a couple McChicken sandwiches for my youngest. Ended up waiting 15 minutes although it wasn't crazy busy. They forgot straws for the drinks. That was the first offense. The second offense was they forgot the chicken. It's a McCHICKEN sandwich!!!!!! And it was both sandwiches. And it took far longer than it should've. But the kicker is when I came back to lodge a complaint, the manager basically avoided me for the first few minutes knowing I was angry. I came in that way for a reason, I wanted to see how she handled it. Not well, really. Get a grip or get a different job. We won't be back. I recommend going to the Rally's instead. read more

Stopped on a Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm. Little past the dinner rush. Wasn't expecting perfection, but after a 10 minute wait in stall 3 I didn't believe I was going to get sprite with no syrup, stale chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich with what look like a teaspoon of sauce and a single pickle slice. read more

Worst McDonald's ever! Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins on a happy meal. Get to the pick up window and the gal hands me a coke when I asked for apple juice. She could've just exchanged it for me when I pointed it out. But she rolls her eyes and says, "I don't understand." Not sure what there is to understand! Lol rant over. read more

This location has gone down hill in the past few years, the food is almost never fresh, as per usual it's almost always wrong. Not once, but twice I went and order a plain McDouble from there and only got bread with cheese on it. The wait time in the drive through is 15 minutes minimum, 35 max with just a few cars in each lane. It use to be a really decent location, must be the shortage of workers in that area. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO ANOTHER MCDONALDS This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. LITERALLY every single time I go they forget food. Including today. I went and they forgot a whole meal. I asked the girl working at the window for some more sauce and she got so rude and slammed the window on me and then only gave me one sauce for 20 nuggets. Additionally, I had two orders and once I had gotten my first order I sat and waited for my second. The same rude worker whipped the window open and rudely asked me what else I wanted. I've traveled a lot and with confidence can say this is the worst McDonald's to ever serve. there's so much more I could add but just know, it's the worst. read more

No stars. Slowest place I've ever been in my life takes 30 minutes for them to even take your order if there's no line, couldn't imagine how it is when there is a line. Place sucks. No stars read more

This place took 1 hour to ring me up, took and 30 mins too get my food, apart from the fact that the workers look like they hate life, never ever coming again, I'm leaving back too Cali because of this experience, don't recommend coming.... read more

They choose their own hours. Even when the sign says 24hrs. It's a 50/50 chance that your order will be correct. If you want a McFlurry you better forget it. Their ice cream machine has been "broke" since 1998. I would only recommend this location if your vehicle is broke down in their parking lot. read more

12:15 pm ordered lunch fries tasted of OLD grease as usual and Big Mac with no special sauce had been under the heat lamp for far to long very dry and nasty. This has become the norm for this location . If you call to talk to the Manager they give a fake name and pass you off. I ordered a Big Mac not to long ago that cane with no meat took it back in and the Manger told me i got the wrong order some one ordered a "Vegetarian" Big Mac meal. We will never go again ! read more

Had drunk and/or drugged you woman working the drive thru. Was not coherent, nor did she give the right food to anyone. And the food she did give was old and cold. And calling the McDonald's to get a refund didn't help seeing as they didn't pick up the phone. Had to go through the drive thru again, which I'll add was piled up and not moving. Makes me never want to go to McDonald's ever again. That's an hour of my life I'll never get back read more

This is the worst McDonald's location ever. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come up and take my order, all for them to tell me they no longer sell the strawberry banana smoothies when they're on the menu. Not that the machine was down. Is it possible to give zero star reviews. This is by far the slowest worst ran establishment I've ever been to. I have been here twice and both times sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes. they were out of large and medium cups? have you seen a small at mcdonalds??? its what you get a toddler! do better mcd.

It's amazing that during lunch time you have to wait for a quarter pounder cheese at McDonalds

always giving a excuse why they can't serve you, workers are always so rude about it. this mcdonald's is supposed to be 24 hours and always says they're closed due to "maintenance" from 3am-8am. i work night shift and this mcdonald's or white castle is the only thing open late. also during the afternoon hours it takes them 30+ minutes to even take ur order then another 20 minutes to get your food. i 100% do not recommend anyone to come to this mcdonald's. read more

I've been sitting in the drive thru line for over 30 mins. This place is ridiculous, RUDE & very slow.

This McDonald's is absolutely TERRIBLE! I sat in a drive through for over 30 minutes waiting on my food! As I approach the window they give me an extremely small bag with my 4 sandwiches crammed inside extremely messy and even cold to the touch! I was disgusted! I asked her to remake the San which was, but as I kept looking through the window, the 3rd shift employee, a heavy set white woman was rubbing her stomach and other body parts before touching appliances and then my food! I was so disgusted I couldn't even think about food anymore! I demanded a refund and told her she could have the food! After an hour goes by I leave empty handed with the same $5 I came with! I will never come to this McDonald's again, it's unsanitary and has horrible customer service! read more

Do NOT go there anytime soon. I went today and the inside is closed for construction which is fine. And so someone is standing handing out orders and drinks kinda like Some Chic Fil A's do which is fine too. BUT whoever this guy was that was there today around 11:40am, his Hygiene was disgusting. His hands were dirty as hell and he had an a obvious nail infection in most of his fingernails to where some were yellow and puss filled that I could see. He should NOT have been handling food. Idc if it WAS in a bag. There were other parts of his appearance that were NOT good but don't have anything to do with food safety so no point going into detail. Needless to say I lost my appetite. But I will say at least my McDonald's addiction is now cured. read more

I ordered a Coca Cola with no ice and found a fingernail inside my drink I already consumed half of it before noticing something floating inside my styrofoam cup. I thought it was a piece of the cup but I was horribly mistaken. They are always messing up on my drinks. I have not eaten McDonald's since 2001 because of their horrible food and genetically altered and modified food products as well as the chickens that cause several abnormalities within friends and Families. And before my fingernail incident I had dirt embedded and Frozen inside the ice that they gave me and another smaller cup that I had. Please avoid McDonald's at all costs they do not care about anyone that they serve it is only the money that fills their pockets or the digital increments over time from the monetary power up of the populist consumption at a rapid Pace because no one Cooks at their house anymore. I remember farmer's market and the local grocery store has the cheapest produce now the Homegrown natural foods that we used to consume are highly expensive when they were considered Poor People's food in the 90's. If anyone knows a good lawyer please contact me on Facebook Messenger Gary Carver. I still have the receipt but I returned the fingernail to its rightful owner as well as the manager and they ignored me like it was mines. These people in Louisville that work in these Fast Food Industries are underpaid and constantly overworked and not appreciated so they do not care what comes out of the business as long as they get their check every week or bi-weekly it is a sad world we live in that people work too much and do not enjoy life as it should be intended to be enjoyed. I will constantly record and date everything that happens to me as I consume restaurant food. I should be a food critic but it don't seem there is a job opening in Louisville for that. read more

This is honestly the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Sadly it's the closes to my house so I have encountered many awful experiences, this past one has settled that I will not be returning at all to this location. Going through the drive thru, I ordered three items, I pulled to the first window where a man asked me if I wanted my receipt and I replied no. Going to the second window, a woman told me that my transaction had not gone through and that they needed my card again, I told them that I had been charged already and showed them my bank notification, of them charging me, but they took my card again to the first window to close the transaction that "wasn't paid for". This manager told me that it was my banks fault and I should call them because she has no control over it and can not do anything about it. So it's some how my banks fault, charging me twice yet a store is the one who ran my card twice? I'm beyond mad about this situation and I even called the McDonald's "head". This women understood what was happening but she wasn't sure she could do anything either. I work at a fast food restaurant and none of this has ever happened. It's not too much to ask to give me my $6 back when you make millions. This McDonald's is so awful. The people are rude and the food either takes forever or something is wrong with it. read more
