I went through the drive thru at lunch 12:20 pm and was told it would be 15 minutes be they could take my order. Seriously!

If u have 20 minutes to wait. Never enough staff. If they don't have enough staff u have to go inside to get food if u order curbside. That's after waiting for 20 minutes after u order. Food cold by then. Whoever owns this store need's their licenses pulled. Fires never full or cold if u didn't get them when they first come out. Other locations have there issues but they have nothing on this location. It is almost as bad as the one in Brownsville Tn. They just don't care. read more

The food is great but service isn't. I went inside because they left my nuggets out and they ignored me. I stood there for a few minutes and they ignored me even after I tried to get their attention. Then, a door dash person came in and was immediately given service. I don't recommend this McDonald's. read more

The manager got mouthy and hateful because they were busy. Then she got mad and said why do people keep coming inside when the sign in door says drive thru only..... the drive thru was wrapped around building and I had already been thru and they left out some of my order. when I asked for my food that was missing she started yelling for people to go home and cook! If she can't manage to do her job then why is she working there? This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I received and will not be back as long as she is there and will tell everyone I know about how this place is ran. read more

Unfortunately, it is no longer fast food, about 85% of the time our order is not correct, and the customer service is lacking greatly.

Despite these dumb reviews, the food at this mcdonalds has been better than I've had at any others. Keep it up. Great service as well !

This location sucks!!!!!!!!! They have a bunch of teenagers working on rush hours and they show that are NOT well trained. My 2 orders where entirely messed up. Then, I had to wait for my Mocha Frappé that they brought me a Hot Mocha and that dude have the audacity to tell me that they don't do that in there. read more

I would give negative on stars. Stay away from this location. Go anywhere else or stay home and cook your own meal. The ghetto, rude employees don't care about friendly service or serving fresh food or even if there's any business whatsoever. Would not recommend. Even before COVID I would spend a solid 15-20 minutes in the line waiting. I never go if I'm in a hurry. I also say everything I want (usually the same thing every time) and they still ask me to repeat it three times. Plan on spending your time in line. read more

If Yelp had a negative star rating this place deserves it. On a Saturday night at 1030 it took until 1145 to get through the drive thru . This is the only McDonald's in town and we won't return I'd rather drive the 30 minutes to the next town over than ever to there again. Even after waiting all that time when I finally got to the win they had no idea what my order was., and I still had to tell them at the window more than once. The only way to save this store is to fire everyone, burn it to the ground, build a steak and shake in its place. And make sure they dont hire anyone that ever worked there before. It there is an award for the worst location on the planet this one should be nominated. There is no justification for 30 nuggets to take an hour and a half with 6 cars in front of me... for future reference maybe you should try cooking more than 1 nugget at a time cause that's the only way I could figure out to do it. read more

This is the most poorly operated McDonald's that I have ever attempted to dine in. People congregating around counter, no rhyme or reason to order fulfillment, bickering amongst the staff, etc. Family in front of me finally asked for and received their money back after waiting forever. I stuck it out and was rewarded with a cold, stale bread, Big Mac EVM complete with room temperature french fry pieces. It would be complimentary to call this establishment crappy, in that it fails to rise to the level of crap! Restaurant was filthy with food, napkins and ketchup on the floor. Poorly managed BUT does have great food for a McDonald's. I have never had them tell me they couldn't make my food the way I want it so I'm sure you had a lazy employee ma'am, I have however, been told that they were out of chicken, fries, and Big Macs. Poor customer service! Unfortunately every single time I come here, the customer service is always poor from most of the employees. I'm always nice and courteous but never receive a gentle smile back. I think if the crew members worked on this simple thing then maybe the customers would feel more welcome. They also have the habit of letting you order things (like chicken nuggets) through the drive thru and then after you have paid tell you Oh we are out of all the sauces. I have stopped going there. Came for some quick breakfast, 3 oatmeal's through the drive thru. It was really hard to hear the girl on the speaker. I paid, got to the second window fast. Then I sat there for a while. The girl handing out orders at the front window was there chatting with another employee and never opened the window the whole 5 or so mins I was waiting up there. I forgot to get cups of water and I tried getting her attention so she could get them while I was waiting. When she finally opened the window, she apologized for the wait and handing me my oatmeals. I asked if I could also have 3 cups of ice water and she looks at me and closes the window. She discusses something with another employee and comes back after talking and says, "I have to get all the drink orders for the cars behind you before I could get your waters, so you'll have to pull up to wait" okay no problem, just pull up here? "Yeah it could be a while, I'm not sure how long it will take." I totally get the feeling she doesn't want to give me these cups of water. There's a line behind me but maybe like 4 cars max, which for as long as I was waiting I would think all their drink orders would have been fulfilled by the machine by now, but what do I know. I said never mind and left. I felt so irritated. Over. Water. Had she simply opened the window to say hello when I first pulled up this whole bit probably could have been avoided, but I know how hard it is to say hello to someone when you work in food service. read more

Just left there a few mins ago . I ordered and then part of it was left off. I had then correct it at the 2nd window . They left off my daughters happy meal off. They handed a coke instead of chocolate milk like I ordered. I was passing through Lewisburg, TN one morning and ordered a sausage burrito without cheese via the drive-thru at McDonald's. I got to the window and the cashier said I was just told we can't make burritos without the cheese. Say what!!! I said why not, I ordered it that way at other McDonalds. The cashier shrugged and said she does not know. My issue is I am the paying customer my reasonably request should have been granted. If McDonald's makes their food fresh as they advertises that they do, then why can't they leave the cheese off the burrito. Everyone does not like cheese plus that is not real cheese anyway. Secondly, whoever told that lie that they could not make burritos without the cheese needs to go back through training including the cashier who said she did not know why they could not do it. Anyway, I decided not to argue over a $1 burrito and left without purchasing anything. In the end, that particular McDonald's has lost me as a customer forever. read more

I used to work here, and I'm not saying the as a disgruntled ex employee. I left because I found a better job. This place has really been going down hill lately. I don't know why it's gotten so bad. I went through the drive through to get my daughter's usual order. (Chicken nugget happy meal with two chocolate milks) I paid for it, got to the second window and wait what seemed like 15 minutes. (It was probably more like 10 but with a screaming toddler, everything feels like it takes longer) The girl at the second window was so rude and basically tossed my food at my into my car and shut the window without saying anything. I waited until I could get her attention again. Instead of asking me what was wrong, she just opened the window and said "What?" When I told her she forgot my chocolate milk. She rolled her eyes and got them for me and shut the window. Again, not saying thank you or anything. When I got home, they forgot the yogurt and her toy. My daughter was DEVASTATED. read more

I agree with the other posters. In live in Lewisburg, love their coffee when I can get it. Customer service is very poor. You have to ask for everything(ie, napkins, creamers,) Got pancakes today (5/8/2015), no syrup or butter, what was I thinking always check your bag before leaving. I can be the only one inside just for coffee and it takes 5 minutes, really. Management and staff need to clean up their act and work together. read more

This was a dreaded experience. I was in a rush to get to cookville TN when my family and I needed three cups of coffee. I go in and order and wait literally 25 minutes for this order. A woman eventually was kind enough to ask about my order along with hers. Turns out, 2/3 of my order was literally just sitting there with no lids on! My time was thoroughly wasted. The only saving grace (This is used with the tiniest grain of praise) was that the manager quickly put all their focus on my problem. Do NOT go here.
