Extremely rude staff, absurdly long wait times, cold and disgusting food... I know it's McDonald's but come on.

Service is rude. Ordered a chicken sandwich that was dry and rock hard. Had to wait over 20 minutes for an order that was missing items. Sadly this happens more often than not. Giving up on this one will never return. It's not even a 1 star. read more

The night manager, Cathy, specifically the one that looks like bugs bunny, was VERY rude. Not once, have I met someone with that bad of an attitude! Everytime I am there everyone is always very sweet and patient, but her. The food is great; no complaints in that department. Just a bad attitude. Check your orders never get things right. Don't know how to work 2 lanes they are rude they take food back after giving it to you and you've dug through the bags and find out it's wrong & the drinks too that's nasty! And then still can't get the order right and then want to. This location is horrible. You can't order food after 2 AM unless you pay cash. I've never heard of any other restaurant closing their credit card machine at a certain time. If you do get to order cash or credit after 10 PM you have to drive around the parking lot once you've paid. Why? It's fast food. Everything should be ready only requiring assembly. You should know what your major sellers are, after all you have a "After Midnight Menu." Meaning only certain items are available for purchase after 12AM. This is ridiculous. Tried out the new bbq burger, top and bottom bun, meat, 1 piece of bacon, no onion rings at all! Certainly not worth 7 dollars for the meal.

1 star only because negative stars are not an option. We order, pick it up, and surprise surprise they forgot the salad. I pull back around, wait in line, tell the lady at the intercom they messed up, and pull up to the window. I decline the drink she tries to hand me, and remind her I didn't get my salad. She closes the window, has a mini team meeting with her coworkers for a few min, then hands me a bag.I look in the bag and see a salad, nothing else. So I ask for dressing, croutons, and crackers to which a manager behind her replies "you can only have 2 sides sir" ..... Seriously?? You screw up my order, make me get back in line and wait to tell you it's wrong, and you cant just give me a freaking pack of dressing for my salad??!! Im soooo done with this place. I've never seen a restaurant with such poor service in my life. Pathetic read more

Only giving it 2 stars because its been ok a few times. Slow service, if you use the drive thru be sure and check your bag, they are prone to leave things out. Usually not very friendly. read more

Service is terrible at the window as they do seem like they don't care, but they tend to get my order right? They have yet to get it wrong so I guess I'm just lucky? I also don't order super big meals or anything complicated if that helps, not sure but they could definitely improve a lot. read more

Edit: The atmosphere is wonderful. The whole staff is obviously very close with each other and family friendly. There's a nice little girl here who gave me and my friend a dollar for a misunderstanding. She has an amazing bob, too. If you see this, hi Natalie! Ice cream was extravagant as well. read more

Don't waste your time or money here. They mess up our order all the time. The breakfast is crap. The buns are hard. I went through the drive thru and ordered coffee and a sausage biscuit they parked me I waiting at least 15 min. They brought it out and gave me the wrong order. Finally got the right order they messed up on the one food item I got. My husband called them to let them know and he heard the lady say "Should we hang up on him" You guys need to pull your head out of your Butt. Get the with the program people. read more

Congratulations McDonald's, you've succeeded in proving just how lousy this place is. I rated this place and wrote an email to the owner last year when I was here, even spoke to him on the phone. It was lousy than and it's lousy now. My first time back since. The owner told me last year it was not the norm. It needs leadership which I assure you it has none and the owner is a failure running this franchise. I had a large dine in family ahead of me dining in at 9:50 am. I was next in line. I placed my dine in order, #29 was given to me. At 10:30 I went up to the counter to inquire about my order as the large dine in family was through eating and leaving. I'm still waiting. My order was sitting on the " to go" counter for 30 minutes. It's right here sir, you got to be kidding me, they give you a #, tell you to take a seat and they will bring it out. Than they place it on the to go counter and look at it for 30 minutes. Now it's cold and they want you to take it, lol, what a joke, I had them refund my order. They didn't make any attempt to apologize, did not offer to redo the order, completely dysfunctional and could absolutely care less about customer service. This owner of this franchise needs to take a serious look at how this place is doing. He needs to retrain, he needs a manager that is attentive, he needs a lot of work to get this place in shape. Very discouraging this morning. It is obvious that with the new self-service menu customer service was threw out the window. I guess you can't order unless you use the self-service menu. 1 worker was more concerned more with texting. Did not get a "hello", "welcome", " be right with you". If I could give negative Stars I would the McDonald's here in Levelland will never have your order right they will pull you up for any and every reason imaginable the customer service sucks the rudest employees ever management does not care the only reason we come to this McDonald's is because it's the only one we have in Levelland it is the worst place ever. I am here this morning for hotcakes and YES I got pulled up now I have waited for 17mins pulled up for hotcakes!!!! This place is a JOKE!!! Is there negative stars? Went in around 3 a.m., and waited for almost a whole hours! We ordered a double meat cheese burger with 2 fries. When we finally made it to the window, they gave us two hamburgers and two fries. I normally wouldn't complain, but they charged us for the second burger! Plus, I ordered them plain and dry and one had all condiments and the other had the hardest buns. Very disappointed tonight. read more

This McDonald is horrible...they are slow...the food is cold most times and fries are ALWAYS COLD and hard from being old are not cooked enough to be crispy and they cant even stick one napkin in your bag...I DO NOT EAT THERE ANYMORE!! read more

Zero stars. Slow. Poor service. Wrong orders. Rude managers. Worked there maybe a week and they didnt train at all. Wouldn't listen to my questions or anything else I tried to tell them.
