I ordered a chicken sandwich and my fries weren't even fresh. They looked and tasted like they had been left out for at least an hour then slightly reheated before being served. Came through the drive thru trying to give this McDonald's a second chance after the staff was incompetent enough to not understand we needed 3 bundles not 1 just to get disappointed. Again. Two double cheeseburgers with everything on it (repeated back and on the screen) with a large fry. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. We don't eat out a lot so when we do it's nice when what's paid for can be received. I know this won't fix anything but it's ridiculous. read more

Drive-through order. Sunday 930 am. No receipt given at window or on the bag. Had to wait 10 minutes for 4 Egg McMuffins and 4 hashbrowns. Hashbrowns stuck to the wrapper. Egg McMuffins with gray slimy Canadian bacon. Had to throw it away and hope for the best. Worst ever MD food. A great reminder to stop eating fast food. read more

This Is one of the worst McDonald's in the country next to the other McDonald's in Leesville. I'm assuming it must be under same ownership. I came at a very inconvenient and unconventional time of 12:08 for lunch. I ordered something strange, like one of their signature sandwiches, the Double Quarter pounder with cheese. Like usual I had to pull forward and wait because it wasn't prepared. It has nothing to do with being busy, as they weren't, they were just I'll prepared like always. Then you'd think I'd get something fresh, but instead I'm treated to cold, half filled order of fries. Thanks McDonald's! I'm so happy that we got a Whataburger in town where I can get actual "fast" food that's warm. read more

Went here yesterday. My order came with an apple pie. Went to take a bite and it tasted off, as if it were stale or re heated. I went to check for a stamp for a 'best by x time' and there was none! It made me literally sick. Usually this McDonald's is better than the one across town on Entrance road, but this time was something else. Customer service was horrible. The girl was literally screaming at me when I went through the drive through. I asked if they had strawberry shakes bc every mcdonalds i've ever been to has shakes but when I asked she said "no we don't have shakes, pick something else." I will not be back bc I was disrespected in many ways. someone needs to be fired bc I will no longer be buying from there. my burger was not put together at all, my pattie was hanging out of the box. read more

October 18 2023 around 3:00 pm. I ordered a happy meal for my kid and it was for the boo bucket . I received the wrong top. I thought no problem i will go in and get the right one. I spoke to the guy inside and i showed him i had the wrong top he said well i cannot get you the right one he said i am cannot open a box to give you the right one . He admitted he had it but he basically said no. I said can i speak to the manager . He said he was the manager . I said well i need the right top for the bucket after he admitted he had it but would not exchange it for the right one. I said this is ridiculous and left. He had a bad attitude no name tag and the inside looked dirty. He was definitely not manager material. I was able to exchange it at another McDonald's with no issue at all. I told the other Mcdonald's what had happened and the manager there agreed that the one in Leesville should have given the right one since I got it there. So the person who was the manager on duty today. If you can't make command decisions and dress sloppy and does not wear the name tag visibly manager level might not be for you . read more

1. They forgot 2 apple juices from my order. They brought me the apple juices after I had reminded them about the juices. And yet one juice had no straw. 2 Mchickens were burnt and tasted weird. 3. I don't know why the ratings on this McDonald's are so low, it's a McDonald's lol. I went the other morning on a Friday when there was prob 10+ cars just in the drive thru and I was out of the drive thru in five mins. The food was what you'd expect from McDonald's. read more

i usually enjoy mcdonald's and i'm not very picky, but this is the first restaurant i've ever had to return my food and download yelp. the fries were fresh and pretty good. the caramel iced coffee was also pretty good. but my burgers were cold and stale af. the cheese tasted like plastic and the bread was somehow burnt and cold. the onions tasted like they sprayed lysol on it. they charged me for water even though it's free and it wasn't even good water. then i was hoping to at least enjoy my strawberry shake. it tasted like formaldehyde. i asked for a remake and they just warmed up my food but the cheese was still somehow cold and still plastic. i know it's mcdonald's but i didn't feel safe eating this and there was some kind of animal hair in my remake. read more
