Dirty. Ripped. Stained. Sticky. Broken.
Those are words that come to mind when I sit here and look around at their dinning rooms.
Sesame seeds are filling the cracks in their used up, worn and torn benches.
The men's washroom toilet stall has a screw on the door to hook your jacket on!
Very ghetto.
Whoever does their overnight cleaning (if that ever happens) needs to bring a vacuum and use it in all the sesame filled cracks and corners.
This place needs a DEEP cleaning, not the surface cleaning they rarely seem to do.
This is the kind of place that would be featured on a "Kitchen Nightmare" episode with Gordon Ramsey screaming "you don't care!" while pointing out all dirty torn seats.
The seating area at the front windows facing Samson blvd are really hot in winter (before noon on Jan. 30) good for those of us that need a tan or need to thaw when coming in from the cold winter.
Definitely the best McDonald's location of this area, it is facing a farmer's field where you can sit starring out, wondering when your life went so wrong.
Whenever I get drive-thru they skimp on the fries, their mediums are always half full.
This morning (Monday) they were out of peppermint tea and I heard a woman tell another client they were out of something else.
Their chocolate shakes have always been good though!
Their wifi is very good too.
This is the biggest of the 3 McDonald's in this area, the other 2 are on the 13 next to the Couche-Tards and the other is inside the Walmart.
It is just so easy to notice how dirty this place is. And when the dinning room is dirty it is ALWAYS an indication of how dirty the kitchen is and it often is a reflection of the staff but more importantly the owner and managers.
Fast (Junk) food doesn't have to be eaten in a dirty environment, or maybe the two go together like the sea and sand?
The owners should go visit the Pierrefonds location on blvd St-Charles, which, in my opinion is a cleaner, better run restaurant.
Maybe my standards are too high? Nah! Theirs are too low.
These are some of the reasons why a lot of people don't come to fast food restaurants.
P.S. after I wrote this I read other reviews on another website that starts with a G...and a lot of people are saying the same thing as me: Dirty, broke down, out of items, GHETTO.
